I HAVE APPLIED FOR A EVDO DATA CARD FOR BROADBAND SERVICE ON 28/NOVEMBER/2010 AND IT IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE 23/DECEMBER/2010 BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF AND ALSO THEY ARE UNWILLING TO WORK AS THEY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME IN RESPONDING TO THE CUSTOMERS AND PASS TIME IN OTHER ACTIVITIES LIKE SMILING & LAUGHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER REPORTS AND ALWAYS GIVE LAME EXCUSES LIKE ---- 1) THE SERVER IS NOT WORKING
2)WE HAVE DONE E MAIL TO OUR SUPERIORS
3)THERE ARE NO SIGNAL OF THE DATA CARD
4) WE ARE TRYING TO FIX IT
5) WE ARE NEW IN THIS DEPARTMENT WE DONOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE
THEY HAVE DELAYED ME AS I AM STUDENT OF MBA AND IS LACKING IN MY STUDIES BECAUSE OF THAT AND THEY ALWAYS ME SENDING FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER AND I AM VERY TRIED AND FROM THE SERVICE THEY ARE GIVING ME DIS-SATISFACTION AND I THOUGHT THAT I NEVER TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM BSNL IN FUTURE. BSNL IS THE MOST UNMANAGED AND MOST DIS SATISFACTING STAFF IN WHICH NO ONE EVER LISTEN TO YOU.
