my bank statment dated on the 18 November 2010 for a pack I never
received.. !!!

On the 19 November 2010 you have taken £38, 18 and again on the 20
December 2010 £39.09... You must be joking with people around all over
the world...You are taken money from peoples account who some of them
hardly have money to pay for their bills !!! Im a mom and you have
taken money which I now is there on my account and i can use it to go
and buy food for my children and when i notice the money is not there
!!! because you have taken it without my permission...

You own me £77.27 I want a FULL refund on my account on the next few
