The BT business broadbrand service has been unavilable for over one month! have been sent 3 new HUB systems to my one business to correct the technical problem, this has failed on three different occasstions.
I want to cancell the contract on the bt broadbrand service on a whole! have been told there will be a direct charge of £500, which will cover the rest of the 20 months remaining on the24 month contract. Not happy with this cancellation fee charge under the circumstances of being given a bad service for 1 month, and being a new customer since Septemer 2009!
