MYSELF MY WIFE AND 23YR OLD DAUGHTER STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS AT BUCKINGHAM HOTEL IN NEW YORK IN SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR - IF YOU BROWSE THEIR WEBSITE IT GIVES THE IMPRESSION OF A LUXURIOUS HOTEL AND FOR THE MOST PART I AM SURE IT IS BUT THE ACCOMMDATION WE WERE GIVEN DID NOT MATCH UP THAT STANDARD AT ALL - IHAVE CONTACTED THEM FIVE TIMES THREE TIMES BY EMAIL ONE EVEN TO THE MD AND TWO BY SIGNED FOR SERVICES WITH ROYAL MAIL AND NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING - CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
