TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT
I received a call from them and was promised all this stuff like a gas card and some other things, but never got them. They took 29 dollars from my bank account!!! They are nothing but a rip off.

they called and i was a little interested, because i had it before and got my money, so this time i was only to pay a small fee, and had to cancel within a certain amount of days, so after four days i decided t cancel, i got the materials aboutthree weeks later, which is today, the letter says 100in cashback gas rebates so, and checked the website and nothing kept getting this,

fradulant charges
These people should be rounded up and placed in jail. I received charges that i did not authorize on my account. somthing needs to be done about this company.

unauthorized withdraw from my bank account
I purchased some blueberry plants on line and somehow Budget Savers obtained my information including my credit card I assume from Gardeners Choice. They called me and tried to brow beat me into signing up for their discount program including a free $100 gas card. I kept telling them I don't want it and he said that that was ok that they would send me the gas card anyhow free of charge. Being the skeptic that I am I told him to take his gas card and stick it because all I wanted was the blueberry plants. Don't you know the next week they got into my credit card account at charged $1.00..what the heck. I know they are up to something so now I am going to have to go to my bank and close every thing out because I am afraid what they will do. I was also told by Mr pushy that they would send me the gas card and discount card with my blueberry order and there would be a number on that to cancel the card if I did not want it...what part of I don't want it does he not understand. Well I got my blueberry plants and of course there was no number to call and no gas card. The only way I found their number was that a number was listed on my bank statement when they withdrew the dollar. I called them and got some BITCH on the phone who was extremely rude and would not answer my questions as to why they took money out of my account. All she would say is that my membership would be cancelled. This company is a total scam...stay away and just hang up instead of arguing with them. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office but I need an address or city and state where they are out of, if anybody has that info please email me at [email protected] Thanks |

Charged for services I did not receive nor authorize
This company is a scam. I was called about a 30 day free trial service, but my debit card was billed from a book that I ordered on line.
I did not authorize the membership to Budget Savers or Value Plus. I would like to have both charged credited to my account immediately. When I tried calling to complain I was placed on hold and never had anyone answer. I have repeated this process several times. I will call my bank to dispute charges. Please have this company removed from business.

Unauthorized Charge
They charged my bank account $29.95 without my knowledge. I called 1-800-475-1942 and they credited the charge.

Coupon fees
I called to cancel a payment in the amount of 29.95 for some coupons after ordering a 'SlimT shirt that I saw advertise on t.v. I received a phone call about this offer and these coupons. I don't want the coupons and I will be calling on Monday to make sure that that money is'nt taken out of my credit card.If the company does'nt comply, than I will call my credit card company so that the payment will be refused.

charged me $24.99 after i had cancelled my subscription.
I purchased a Yoshi blade knife online and they signed me up for this "service". I immediatly canceled it after receiving the knife. Knife is okay but budget savers scam took 24.99 out of my account!

Expired Gas Cetificates
I was told I would recieve $100 in gas vouchers and never got them and the website doesn't even have a tab for the gas vouchers. Also, on top of that I got the paperwork 2 weeks to late and the voucher are expired! So, now that I've called up the company and complained they will supposedly send me some more vouchers. We shall see. I am making it known that I cancelled my membership on 1/12/2011. Also, after I talked with them I had a hit on my checking account for $30 that was not authorized and so I filed fraud against that company. I found it odd that it happened right after talking with this "Budget Savers" program. To any of those out there do not talk with these people!!! EVER!!!

FRAUD!
I cannot access my "Free $100 Gas Rebates" that these people promised me with NO OBLIGATION to try their services! Also, when they called me (they got my number from an online order that I placed for Criss Angel's Magic Kit), the lady informed me that they will charge $1.00 to my credit card and then I could call back within 7-10 business days, once I receive my Budget Savers kit in the mail. Well, I received the paper over 14 days later! It says that they will bill me $29.95 per month from here on out! FRAUDULENT AND SCAM!!! I am gonna have to cancel my credit card just to prevent them from stealing from me! AND I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO PRINT OUT MY GAS VOUCHERS WITH THIS BOGUS WEBSITE THEY PROVIDE!
