Spoke with customer service reps on 11/23/09 to stop all the automatic withdrawls from my account and remitted to me. Pulse and MVQ Privacy Matters 123 are the two cos. that were charging for their services. (BTW: I do not even know what services they provide, because I do not recall enrolling for their services) They both gladly refunded my money on 11/24/09, but then proceeded to charge me for Budget Savers for two more payments (Dec and Jan). When I called them today (1/8/10), I spoke with a Membership Svcs Rep named Lori, who stated my membership was cancelled as of today; however, I could not get my charges refunded to me through her offices. Refunds require a letter to be sent, a form to be filled out and returned, with an expectation of a refund in 7 weeks. She further stated that this membership was separate from the other memberships in which I had enrolled, so was not cancelled on my previous phone call. I do not ever recall enrolling in any memberships that would amount to monthly charges of $80.00 per month. And I am certain that I did, indeed, cancel Budget Savers in Nov. I found this complaint site by asking in Nov. who would listen to my complaint and that is why I am writing you. I have kept notes of all the contacts to whom I spoke during my phone calls. These contacts and this complaint form have now comsumed about two hours of my time. I have never in my life of 30 years of financial independence written a complaint letter about a company before today. If futher questions, please contact me through this email address. Thank you.

Budget Savers has been calling my cell phone for a month and I have never answered because the number was not familiar. Finally annoyed enough, I answered, to barely understand what was being told to me by a woman with a strong East Indian accent. I did hear the name Budget Savers though, and I immediately stopped the woman to tell her that I had heard of their so-called company and that I did not want anything they were offering, not to send me anything in the mail, and not to charge me for anything I did not want. Before I could finish, she had hung up on me. So now, I don't know what to expect! I don't know what sort of financial information they have on me and I do not want any fraudulent charges on any of my accounts. What they are doing should be illegal. If it is illegal, they need to be stopped.

I was promised Gas Vouchers and Gift Cards for signing up... Never received this and was billed by Budget Saver, Privacy Member Service and Travel Member for over $75 the next month when it was not cancelled. I called Budget Saver at (800) 4751942 an pressed #2 to speak with someone. I requested a refund and explained I had never received anything they had promised along with the other Privacy Member (888)239-0316 and Travel Member (877)226-1837 they all explained that my membership will be canceled and money put back in my account within 3-5 business days. I will keep you posted on it this really happens. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE MONEY FROM YOU TAKE THE TIME TO CALL AND CANCEL, ALSO GET AGENT #, AND DATE/TIME YOU CALLED FOR YOUR RECORDS!!!

Budget savers has been deducting $24.95 for the last 3 months from my husbands account. We dont know what we are being billed for. Upon quiry to the bank we were informed of the deductions today. We would like to contact the company to cease all the deductions but they dont have any phone number to contact them with.
Can someone help us contact them. The deductions are too costly for us especially not receiving anything for our money.

I got a call about 3 days ago from a gentleman, telling me I am qualified to get a $40 gas card. And he was also trying to tell me I would be getting coupons for different stores in my area. I told the man, I was not interested and he further told me he will giving me a 30 day trial and that if i wasn't satisfied I would be able to call and cancel. I kept telling him no no no. He then transfered me to his so called manager that let me mention was the same voice as his and tried to get me to sign up for more coupons. my answer was still no after all of it. At the end of the phone call he then started to repeat my account information for my bank..and I had asked him where he had gotten my information from and told me not to worry about it.. hello its my money not budget savers. A couple days later I went onto my bank account to see that best benefits took out 29.95 out of my checking account without authorization. So I went to my bank as soon as possible to try and get everything solved. They don't have your account number they have your card number, your 3 digit secruity code and your signature. So I took further action and called the second number and talked to some very rude lady. She was just telling me to calm down and that my money will be refunded into my account.. that never happened.. So now my next step is to get an attorney involved with this case.

BE WARE OF THIS!!! SCAM SCAM SCAMMM!!! IF SOMEONE CALLS YOU FROM A STRANGE NUMBER DONT STAY ON THE PHONE.. JUST HANG UP ON THEM!
