There are few words to describe the disgust we (a very reasonable and forgiving family) feel for this most negligent company that twice endangered our lives with improperly maintained vehicles and for leaving us broken down (for the second time) stranded for almost 24 hours (and still counting) while we wait for assistance.

The vehicles were filthy, both were seriously mechanically inept, and their lack of "customer service" is the biggest slap in our faces yet. I have full photo and video documentation of our truck literally stalling while on I-75 -- and of the 3 completely corroded batteries and wiring.

THIS COMPANY WILL CERTAINLY CAUSE DEATHS AND FRUSTRATION TO THOSE WHO RENT WITH THE BEST OF INTENTIONS. We have already lost thousands of dollars moving our items from one broken truck to another -- and in lost business for being away from our home and business for so long. This will go to court and I want you the consumer to be aware of their unacceptable practices.
