This compnay should be out of business. DO NOT USE THEM. They contract out their work to shady contractors, who hire persons of questionable legal status and no professionalm or concern for customer service. I had specificially stated that I had to give possession of my house at 5:00 PM and they had agreed to be at my house at 10:00 AM to pick up. THey didn't get here until 4:30 PM - My buyer was furious!!! They didn't finished pakcing up midnight. I had to stay in a motel that night. THey barely spoke English, handeled my things roughly, dropped alot of stuff. Many items arrived broken as they were packed very poorly. THey ran out of pakcing supplies before everything was packed. They were supposed to deliver to my new home by 5:00 PM the following day. Instead they went to another town in another state and picked up another houshold. They informed me I would owe them anohter $2k IN CASH before they would unload. On the following day, while I was waiting for them to arrive at the appointed 5:00 PM time - they called (called acutally at 6:30) and told me they were just leaving the next state and would be here in 3 hours!!! THat woudl have made it 8:30 PM before they would even start unload!!! We got them to agree to deliver the next morning. That night, they called me at 11:00 PM to tell me I would owe an additional $300 for extra cubic feet taken up in the truck (note that they had picked up another household and put that stuff in the same truck as mine by then). If you read any good reviews on this company they are probably phony!!! THis move was a total nightmare - final cost over double the estimate not to mention the dealays and missed time frames. I was virtually homeless for 2 nights because of their lies to me. Some very sentimental items were damaged in the move as well. When I asked the guy if they were insured he just laughed at me!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
