In many years of purchases on internet I have never delt with a company so utterly incompetent and unprofessional. I bought a scooter and helmet from them. The first time it was sent it was rerouted in the middle of the way after wasting my morning waiting for the delivery. Second time it was sent but without the helmet. When they finally sent the helmet, surprize, it was not the plain blue helmet I ordered but a white one with blue butterflies and flower stick-ons. Now did they really think I was going to ware this? I am surprized this company is still in business. If you have to do business with them, ask not to have Trevor in charge, he is unprofessional and mallicious.
