The company has been to my house to spray for cocroaches on the 7th of november 2010, they moved my refrigerator to spray behind it and left it as is, my wife was home and said that she will move it back in position, when I came home my wife said she put the refrigerator on in the position they left it and it tripped the power and is not working. I phoned a company to come and have a look at my expense and they said the motor has packed up, I went to buy another fridge for R 2500, when I phoned the company to complian the owner said that it is murfy's law that my fridge broke, but she will extend my guarantee for 2 months, the cockroahes did not dissapear after a week and they came again to spray for the second time free of charge at the end of november 2010. I accepted the fact of the expense of my refridgerator, but when I phoned them the 18th of January 2011 the owner's husband told me that the owner said I am out of guarantee, I told him that this is unacceptable, because they came again the end of November, i also mentioned the Refridgerator and he said it is not them and that they cannot help me unless I pay, well after R600 for the job and a new refrigerator of R 2500 I still have cockroaches and out of pocket R 3100.
i am very upset about their attitude and service
