I was involved in a serious car accident 1/12/2010, so I was out of commission for a year. Now that I can help my husband with our small business by picking up cigarettes, and last minutes items . I am limited with using your wheeled chairs which help alot and most of the personnel are helpful. Due to the fact that the wheelchair doesn't fit in the cigarette area, I have been told by one employ that he would not pull my cigarette order, I spoke with a manager and she assured that this would not happen again. My foot was crushed in the accident so I'm looking to at least two more surgeies. The incident with Jason happened again so I went back to the manager.

4/7/2010 I went to pick up some tobacco products for the store, I was in a wheelchair. the regular checkout were mostly closed and all of the the customers were going thru the cigarette lane. I asked the attendant if she had a assistant and she said no that I would need to gather my cigarettes myself. So I got out of the wheelchair with my cain and tried to pull my items myself. (There was 4 upper management personnel standing around talking and laughing not more than 10ft away)You try holding a handbag, cain and pull cigarettes from shelves that are tall, it not easy . You want me to get my own products then make it more assessable for a wheelchair. I don't want to use your disabled equipment but its the only way I can help my family run our business. I can't fax a order, we don't know from one day to the next what we will need. I'm not an enemy I'm disabled! Barbara Rodrigue
