Please, please, please save yourself the aggravation and use someone else. Fred, the owner, is one of the most unethical people in his profession. He will promise you the world until he gets your money and not deliver on any of his promises. The work is sub par. He cuts corners whenever and wherever he can and if it doesn't meet code requirements, he blames the homeowner and asks for more money to do it the "right" way. I'm shocked that he is still in business. I just wish we had been a little more careful and did more web-based research, perhaps we would have seen some of these other negative reviews and not be in the awful situation we are in now. If you happen to be currently in contract with him, DO NOT PAY THE BALANCE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES until all work is completed to your satisfaction and APPROVED by CODE officials. Otherwise, it will never be done and you will never chase him down. WARNING - STAY AWAY! This man is fraudulent and should not harm another consumer!
