A repair person came out checked the microwave and told me of the problem, she thought she had the part on the truck, but could not find it . She said she would emergency order it and UPS would deliver it Tuesday. Monday night when I got home there was a message to call a 8oo number. I called and the person I talked to said If I got the parts to call tomorrow. I said schedule the appointment for Wednesday as the repair person said and if I didn"t get the parts I would call and cancel the appointment. This person basically told me you just call when you have the parts. From past expierence if you try to get next day service it never is available. So If it can't be done Wednesday, Thursday is Thanksgiving and we are out of town on Friday and Saterday that would mean over 10days with no service.
Your people should get toghther and get on the sane page.
We have always had Kenmore appliances, but after this encounter I wonder where the service went.
