The problems with my order, mirror those of countless other consumers, and are listed below:
Ordered food items. Bulkfoods.com did not correctly utilize the ship to information I submitted, and I called them to ask that they intercept before the order shipped. They refused, since they were closing for the day and wanted to go home (per David the representative I spoke with, who said they would take care of it the next day). I followed up with an email identifying a problem had arisen with the order, and what needed to be done to correct it before it shipped to the wrong address. They emailed me the next day saying they would not rectify the problem, and that I would have to pay to get them to do so. I asked for the order to be cancelled, and my money refunded which they refused to do. I filed a BBB complaint today, and have discovered that my experience is very common with Bulkfoods.com. They are callous, unresponsive, unhelpful, and incompetent.
