I purchased a BullyXtreme4 which is a piece of exercise equipment. When I got the product, it was obviously poorly made and not usable. I returned the product and got my money back, but the company never stood behind it to say what the problem was. They acknowledged the product was bad and unusable and complained that it's manufactured in Asia. It sounds like they're just a front for some Asian manufacturer and have no control over the quality. The customer service department from this company is one of the worst I've ever seen. In fact, they know there's a problem with the product, but they're continuing to sell it! That's fraud! And someone should stop this. Selling defective products that you know to be defective is criminal! And we need to put such companies out of business. There's a lot of scams out there on exercise equipment, and at least we have this place to do our part to protect unsuspecting customers from enduring the same crap as I did. Stay away from BullyXtreme!
