Order placed 12/1/09, wanted 1 unit and website states $9.99 plus $7.95 Shipping & Handling. However, when processed they automatically do a buy one get one free with double shipping charge. The total amount does not show up until credit card already processed. You then try and contact them to call and are advised you must wait a minimum 24 hours to show up in their system. I told them I already had an order number and an e-mail confirmation...still told must call the next day. Guess what?? On 12/2/09 still not in the system so could not cancel. Please call back on 12/3/09. Guess what?? Called on 12/3/09 and too late, already shipped, so can't cancel. Return when you get it and they will credit $9.99, but the $15.90 shipping charges they keep. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I too fell for the scam of getting my 2 sets of bumpits and paid for extra fast shipping to get it faster, I got through the shopping cart process and at the end after you agree, then the total for shipping comes up as 47.00. I was horrified, and I immediately started looking for a way to cancel my order. They have membership rebates that say that they will give you 25.00, but in the small print they charge you too. I started reading these complaints and it was very obvious that since my bank was already closed that I was going to have to call and cancel my card to avoid getting ripped off by these scam artists. I guess that waiting 10 days for a new card is better than paying 47.00 for shipping almost 75.00 total for some cheap crap that doesn't work. If you refuse the product they don't refund shipping and they know that if they over charge you that they can rip you off and they do it when your bank is closed and their customer service is not open. This place is a joke and should be shut down. BOOOOOO!

I ordered the Bumpits thinking it was going to be a great product it was not, I got the stupid things cought in my hair and they are worthless they do not work. After being asked about 10 times on the website during my ordering process if I wanted upgrades and other products it just said thank you for your order. They did not send a email varification. No total at all I had to wait and look at my bank statement to even find out the total.

I got the stupid things in the mail and there still was no receipt or anything just the Bumpits.

I went to a local drug store today a saw the Bumpits for $9.00 I could not belive it after I had spent $30.

I called the customer service number after being on hold for over 30 min and being 'disconnected' twice I finally spoke with the agent who did not speak any english at all. I had to ask to speak with someone that I could understand. The next person was asking for information such as my credit card number and name and adress I told her she did not need that information I was just calling to get a return adress since information seems to be very limtied on there website.They tried to offer me $10 to keep the product. She went on a little rant about how good the product is and I am obviously not doing it right pretty much saying I was dumb. Before she would even give me the adress. I finaly got the adress.

So I will never order or buy anything from there company ever again!!
