Won't replace piece of bunk bed that arrived damaged.
Ordered and received beautiful set of Atlantic Furniture bunks beds from BunkBeds.net (company name: Kasa Furniture). The order arrived via DB Shenker - commercial shipping, and the driver even brought the 6 boxes up to our apartment. Wow. We signed for the boxes without opening them. Later that night we opened the first box and one leg was completely shattered - so at sometime the box must've been dropped. I called the shipper, DB Shenker, back immediately and they put me off until the next day. Bunkbeds.net customer service wasn't open. I called the shipper and bunkbeds.net the next day. No answer from DB Shenker contact even though I left several messages. Bunkbeds.net had me send them an email with damage pictures. 2 days later still haven't heard anything, so I called back today (10/29/10). Assured I would get a replacement piece. Got an email from bunkbeds.net 30 minutes later saying shipper won't pay damage claim because damage was not noted for at delivery. What?! I called bunkbeds.net customer service again and was told that the shipping company won't pay for the damage, so their hands were tied and they couldn't do anything. What?! I didn't order from the shipper nor did I set up the shipping end of the order, but bunkbeds.net is blaming them and won't replace the damaged piece I received - in addition, they won't take the bunk beds back and issue a refund, so now I'm stuck with a top bunk that can't be set up -- hence useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, send you defective/damaged merchandise or allow the shipper to do so, and not help you once you realize you have damaged merchandise. Their web-site says "Satisfaction Guaranteed", however there is no statement that can be further from the truth when it comes to this company. Do not ever order anything from KASA FURNITURE and/or BUNKBEDS.NET. Worst internet buying experience ever.

Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else
Crappy customer service. Poor communication. When an item was delivered defective and sent back with the transport company, they stuck me with the delivery bill and informed me that they will not be sending me replacement parts. They refuse to give me the name of a Supervisor or allow me to speak to one. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!
