The pool of the Bunker Hill Towers has been closed for 5 months now and apparently it will stay so one more month before it will be reopened.
All the tenants have signed a lease with the expectation of having a pool open year round and especially during the summer.
The management claimed that the delay in reopening the pool was partly due to the delay in getting City's approval of their permit but this is highly questionable considering the incompetent nature of the management known to all from how they cope with other issues.
Now that's it's mid June and that it has been several weeks since the management has obtained approval from the city, there is very little sign of activity around the pool area.
The worst thing about this is that when the management is asked about the issue, they seem not to have any concern over it or bear any responsibility whatsoever. Whatever excuse they provide and they don't provide much with their terrible attitude, the fact remains that the tenants of the Bunker Hill have been deceived. We were promised a pool and for almost half a year we are not getting it.
To rectify the situation, the management should be held responsible for this and an appropriate amount of money should be deducted from our rents for all the months during the pool remains closed.
