Rip off

I ordered a Dog Kennell from this company which seemed fine, i got a confirmation order through to say my goods would be here in 3 - 5 Days however this is the seventh day and still no goods, i have rang and rang with no answer i have emailed 4 times with no reply and now believe they have taken the money and are not a real company.

Can not get my money back

I ordered two items on 14 march 2009. One was delivered and the other one never arrived. I have written and emailed about this many times but the owner Marc Cheesman he will not acknowledge letters or emails. I have contacted my credit card company and they have sent a letter but this does not seem to have done any good. I have contacted trading standards and they have sent a letter again this seems to have done nothing to help get my money back. I have found various other people on line who have also lost money to Mr Marc Cheesman. It seems I can't get my money back or the goods.
