I was was a manager for BCR for several years and there structure is set up to call as many consumers as possible as many times a day as possible. Not only do they harass the consumer but they report false payments to there clients.They do this to collect money from there clients before that money has been truly collected. This company BCR Bureau of collection recovery INC. told me that I could settle my account for 312.00. After they took thier money they called me again and tolg me that I owe more money. I have phone records that I have called to talk to a manager Micheal never will get on the phone. I have talk to Doug who also gave me the run around. I have talk to Nick and michelle and so far thei is crazy. They keep calling me. This is really stressing me out.
