My family and I moved to Auburn IN about two years ago. I have always been fond of Burger King. But since we have been here everytime we have gone through Burger King the food is horrible. Always the burgers are burnt. I know that they are flame broiled but these are bad. I'll stop going for a few months hoping who ever is was is gone or was fired, but sure enough i order more burgers and they are burnt. Its pretty sad, if want a burger from burger king I have to drive 38 miles to get one. I am simply done with the hassle. Oh and by the way what company doesn't have a complaint line on their website. This is the only way i can find to send a complaint, and I don't even know if it will ever see the head honchos or not. I am not one to complain, but like I said this has been happening for two years and its about enough. When i called the store to get information about complaints she simply told me that it lunch time and she is unaware of any complaint headquarters. She simply didn't have time to talk and hung up on me. I just want the company to be aware that i am not ending here. I will stay on hold with your headquarters for hours again until this is resolved or i am satisfied. Burger Kind fix your website. I know you don't want to believe people are unhappy with your business, but they are. Make it possible for us to contact you without waiting on hold for 5 hours.
