bad service
i went thru burger king this morning on Beavercreek rd.off Mollala street...we ordered a breakfast sand.and the drive thru guy handed us our bag of food and the wind caught it and it blew up in between the car and the wall up in front of the car.the drive thru guy told me-THERES YOUR FOOD! ON THE GROUND.I GUESS I WAS SUPPOSE TO SCURRY OUT BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE CAR...
AND GRAB MY FOOD OFF THE GROUND.MY daughter told him -make us another one...so he did but he was mad.handed to us and slammed the window.hmm.what the heck????

Worst service ever
Went for breakfast. There was 6 minutes left on ordering breakfast. This is according to the receipt we received. The cashier took our monies. Walked away and then came back. She told us in an unfriendly way that there were no more biscuits so they couldn't fill our order. This is because it was so close to the end of breakfast that they were not going to make another batch of biscuits. We then had to wait 5 minutes to get our monies back. The store # is #10654 on Ridgeway in Greece NY. Due to this, we will never visit another BK again. It may have been different had they told us that it was to close to end of breakfast to make a new batch of biscuits and before charging our credit card. We could have made it to McDonalds in time to still get breakfast, but no, they had to run us through a bad experience. So, we ended up with no breakfast and have decided to never go to another BK. We will also tell our friends and anyone else about the poor service. We will never recommend a BK to anyone either. Just bad customer service over all. I guess they have enough customers, so they don't need us as one.

overcharging / no reciept detail
I went to the drive-thru at this location on 10-29-2010 @ 8:30am. I ordered 2 dollar menu items (sausage biscuit & 16oz soft drink). The employee named Cindy told me she would have my total when I pulled around to the window. I was charged $2.56 which, by my math is about .42 cents too much. I said nothing of this to her as I was in a hurry. The receipt for this sale was wadded up in the very bottom of the bag. It also had no pricing or tax information, just listing the items that I purchased. My best guess is that she pulled this amount ($2.56) out of her head when I got to the window. I question whether or not she even rang the sale up. I called consumer relations and spoke to someone named Stephanie who was reluctant to give me the district managers name (Mark Stahl) and would certainly not give a phone number for him. The phone number for the store, which is listed on the corporate website, goes to a fax machine. To me, this kind of service is disappointing and unacceptable. I work a large corporation myself and had I given service like this I would have never heard the end of it. IS THE KING LISTENING??

Terrible attitude
I recently visited a 24 hour Burger King at Brandon, Ms at 4am 10-15-2010. First I was ignored for over 8 minutes at the drive thru speaker, so then I drove forward to the window. Still no service after about 3 minutes. I could see 2 employees inside so I honked my horn and still ignored. I saw the female employee walk outside on the other side of the building and startined soliciting with 2 guys in a car chit-chatting. So I pulled around and asked if I could get some service, she replied that the cook wasnt ready yet, remind you this was a 24 hour service. Absolutely unreal, what are these folks getting paid for? I would be embarrased if I was a manager or owner of this establishment. My 4 year old is more qualified to work there. I know this will fall on def ears, because obviously nothing gets done about it.

Menu, nutrition
Burger King advertises that it has a "plain" iced coffee, but when you get the drink, it is LOADED with sugar and cream, and they don't ask you about it or give you an option. That is not "plain" coffee, it's coffee with junk in it. it has 45 grams of sugar and too much fat content. This is deceptive advertising and poor customer service.

rude service
I went to the Burger King closest to my job and arrived there at 6:02 a.m. When I got to the drive thru to order I was told they were not open. I asked the lady what time they opened and she said 6 a.m. and they still had ten minutes. I told her it was after 6 and she said we go by our clock not yours. I drove 30 seconds down the street to McDonalds and go my breakfast and was on my way in 1 1/2 minutes. I will never go back to Burger King again!!!

coffee
Went to BK because I love(d) their coffee. I didn't know they had changed brands. When I opened the lid, I thought they had poured some that must have been sitting for hours. It didn't even smell like the coffee I had been getting, and tasted horrible. Then I saw the side of the cup proclaiming to have some Seattle's Best Coffee. I hope they get a million complaints about switching. Bring back the other coffee, PLEASE!

Dirty store and bad employee behavior
My friend and I visited the Milford, Ohio Burger King on old hwy 28 and we have some major concerns. First of all, the store if filthy, dirty tables, food and crumbs all over the window sills, some windows you can't even see through, general messy and very dirty appearance and feeling when you sit in the dining room! Two employees were sitting in dining room on break and the young woman was trying to locate authorities regarding her divorce and a young guy was telling her where her resources are; they were very loud and annoying; and needless to say a very unappetizing eating environment! The server in the kitchen was throwing an attitude and was rude with customers; the young guy taking orders was cool...finally, we got the double whoppers, cold with no flavor or seasoning at all! The sat on the tray while the onion rings and french fries were cooking...we tolerated the burgers but the cleanliness and unprofessionalism is unforgiveable...so, we are never going back, not ever! This occurred on Saturday, October 16th, 2010 at 4:30 pm...thanks.

Bad management
There is a manager at Burger King in East Ellijay, Georgia that is rude, rolls her eyes at customers, scolds subordinates in front of customers, and has an "I'm better than everyone attitude". Her name is rhonda turner. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I wonder how many good employees and valued customers she has ran off.

Not working around school schedule
The Manager is Rebecca Brand. The GM is not cooperating with my school schedule and i ended up doing a career i didnt want to do. I want to sue her. I am currently in Everst college and in the midical assistant program. I originally was going to do Medical Administrative Assistant and becky would not let me work around that time i need to go to MAA.
