Hello
to whom it may concern-
I have a complaint about one of your managers-currently works at the store in wayne county on wayne memorial, in North Carolina.
his name is Jason Wright-he is sexually harrassing female employes.
I used to work at the store on Berkley when he used to work there
he actually asked me if I would give him a blow job and offerd me $600 of I could do it with in 15 minutes.
well reguardless to say I no longer work there and he is one of the reasons I no longer
work there-I was nice and did not press charges all though I should have-but the store
manager knew of this Ms Danette (pardon me is if I spelled her name wrong) as well as the
district manager knew about this and neither believed me or they just did not feel like
doing anything about the problem.
well I as well found out recently he used to work at the burger king/gas station in marmac-
he got transfered from there to berkley (this was before I knew him) because of sexuall
harrassment-he got transfered from berkley to marmac (same reason) then from marmac to wayne memorial ( same reason)
why do they keep transferring him and trying to hide it instead of just firing him?!?!
I also found out he is really good friends with the district manager..

I have a friend that just started working at burger king ( I did not know she was working there)
but talking to her on the phone and what not she was complaining about how this person was sexually harrasing
her-I said she needed to report it-she was scared to report it cause she did not want to loose her
job cause she has to support her baby and her husband had just lost his job -well I asked her where
she was working at-she then told me burger king-I asked her by chance is the guys name Jason Wright?
she said yes!
she said that he was doing this to all the ladies that work there particulary the ones that happen to be white.
this man has to be stopped! I do not mean a slap on the hand either he needs to be fired.
I have been talking to the other ladies he ahs been doing this to,
I know I let to much time go by to do much of anything now which is my bad-
but these girls are even talking about going as far as taking it to the local news one if them said
she went to school with one of the local broadcaster.
I said that I would e mail you guys-cause this needs to be fixed-she said if it is not delt with
immediatly as possible then she is going to take this to the news.
and embarasse the crap out of burger king in this area for not doing a thing about it.
this other girl Jason has gone as far as message her on yahoo and has no clue how he got
her yahoo id (she thinks may have been from the job application) but started to harrassing
her on yahoo messenger-Jason Wright has done this to me as well and YES!! I have saved the
recent conversations of this! so now I have proof!!!
there are a few other thing that went on at the Berkly burger king-like the night shift
during the time I was working there all but 3 people were taking drugs- and going to work high as a kite
one of them was always drunk- 2 others would light up marjuana (joints) while on the clock in the back room-
and yes ms Daenette knew about this as well as the managers working on there shifts and
nothing was ever done about it.when one particualr manager was working I think her name is Keontay-she was one of the managers that knew of this.

SOMETHING has to be done before more damage is done.
I love burger king it is my favorite fast food place- I can not believe that this was allowed to go on.
I will be watching in hope that your coporation cares enought to do something before the girl
I mentioned takes this to the media -and the other girl takes this to court.

Food Poisoning
Personal experience taught me not to trust any fast food service, but once in a while, I like a veggie burger while I am away from home. Burger King offers them so I buy them from time to time. I had a streak of good luck and ate 10 before the latest one (9/12/2010) made me sick. I got over it today and don't usually complain, but that time I also picked up a Whopper meal for my wife and she is still sick today (9/13). These horror stories about BK employees abusing their customers reflects very badly on the company. I am afraid to return for any more food.

Service
On 9/8/2010, between 11:30pm and 12am, I went through the drive through to get some sandwiches for me and a friend of mine. When I got to the menu, where you place your order prior to going to the window, I waited for a couple of minutes for a response. I didn't get a response. I then said "Hello" through the speaker and still got no response. I waited for a couple of more minutes and said "Hello" again. I still got no response. Well after a couple more attempts, I finally went to the drive through window. The ORDER TAKER had the nerve to tell me to drive around again when I got to the window!!! I tried to explain to the order taker that I didn't get a response when i said "Hello" and wanted to place my order. Before I could get one word in the order taker shut the window door in my face. Well then I got pretty angry and tried to ask for a manager for having the door "slammed in my face!!! Again, she came up and slammed the door in my face!!! I'll admit I did say some words to the order taker prior but it was because I was so angry for the way I was getting treated!!! What's worse none of the other employees seemed concerned of how I was getting treated!!! SO, TO SUM IT UP IF ANYONE, IN THE BIRMINGHAM, AL. AREA DECIDES TO GO TO BURGER KING DON'T GO TO STORE #461!!! THIS STORE IS LOCATED AT 290 OXMOOR RD., BIRMINGHAM, AL.!!! This store is off I-65 on Oxmoor Road. THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU WELL!!!

I just went to your business on carter hill road.The manager screamed at the crew the whole 10 minutes it took for me to place my order, pay for it and pick it up.There are a lot of honest hardworking people who know how to talk and treat people with respect no matter how meanial their job seems.The crew were handling the crowd in a polite manner that made you feel comfortable and attended to, but that fat, loud, ill-mannered manager needs another job because this one is not for her if she can't deal with the public then she can't lead a crew in the manner in which they should perform.Sonics is just across the street from them and a lot of us at the hospital and at the college will really stop giving you our business if these are the type of people you are forcing others to deal with while spending our money.I know cursing and screaming seems to be the norm in the U.S. but not in burgerking i've worked for this company before but the standards for leadedship were NEVER this low

Slow service and horrible food safety
I stopped by the burger king at 2808 North Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL 34234-5814 during my lunch break yesterday and felt the need to complain about my experience there. I was struck by how long it took for three customers to make their way through the line. While waiting in the almost non moving line I noticed that no one who was handling food were wearing gloves, including the woman who was assembling and wrapping the burgers. I repeatedly watched her line up the meat on the bun and put on the bun top with bare hands and never wash her hands between burgers. I should mention that I have noticed food service performed without the use of gloves at EVERY BK I have been to. I have worked in food service several times in the past, and know that gloves are a requirement when handling food items. In addition my burger was not fully done. Usually I do not mind a little pink in my burger, but at fast food places I expect a well done burger.

I visited the Burger king in Liverpool city centre, L1 it was 9.30pm on 27th August 2010. It was very busy with it being The Mathews street festival weekend. There were apporox 3 or 4at each till waiting, bearing in mind they had only 2 till open the other 10 not operated.
the couple before me had waited 20 mins, had paid for the food, chips and Burgers served 10 mins later they announced they had ran out of onions. they were very cross, the next Gentleman the same, so by the time i got to the front, no onion rings no milk no tom sauce.
Asked to speak to the Manager she was out, so was the assistant Manager, along came a young man who did not know what to do, have all the dairu cattle gone on strike and the whole UK crop of onions died, it is slap bang in the centre of town, could they no go out to a supermarket and buy some milk etc. Appauled, young staff who were petrefied. I missed my bus had to go over to McDs who were operating fantastic, you are a shambles get your act together we have millions unemployed.

REALLY RAW BISCUIT FROM DRIVE THROUGH
NASTY RAW BISCUIT AT BK

burger king served up RAW UNCOOKED biscuit WITH A TOASTED TOP on sausage and biscuit that I ordered at the drive through at 1800 Stirling in Dania Beach, FL, on August 22, 2010. There is no way who ever wrapped that one up did not know it was a raw biscuit as there is nothing else with the consistency of raw dough. I got home and cooked an egg to go with it, and had to cook that biscuit in microwave and then in skillet. It was nasty and hard as a rock. The overweight mean looking woman at the window was almost beligerant when I asked for jelly, and after I unwrapped the biscuit I knew why. What a sorry mess that was.

Employees that are thieves
I'm not sure if you can help me resolve an issue or not. Long story short.. A few weeks ago my daughter, my friend and I visited a Cobb Co. Burger King, the one located on Bells Ferry off of 575. We were on our way to Savannah, Ga. I accidently left my cell phone on the table where we ate our food. My mom and my self both contacted that BK and got their word that they would 'save' my phone for me. My mom advised them that it would be a few days before I could come retrieve the phone, that was okay with them. (still not friendly but we believed them) Then I tried to contact them and another manager doesn't know of a phone, I share the story with him, he blames it on a manager thats on maternity leave..says hes going to contact her and see what she could have done with it. A days passes I call back another woman manager, is still extremely unfriendly and unhelpful..basically informs me that I'm going to have to get another phone, she asks me what I would like her do? I told her please check your roster someone that day had to of taken my phone or saw what happend to it, please at least contact that manager that was on leave. She didn't, she laid the phone down and continued to laugh about it and talk trash in the background. I gave her my name and number she promised to get in touch. I waited. The next day I called again, the guy manager answered he said he couldnt help me, he didn't know what to tell me, I asked for the district managers number, he gave me a chat lines number!---My friend that was with me happend to be down that way, she stopped in and asked for my phone the lady manager was terribly mean to her, my friend Nicole told her I guess we have to bring the law into it. Well after that and the chat line, I contacted Cobb Co. Police Dept. a local officer took my complaint, I gave him the serial number, and all the info on what had taken place. He turned it over to an 'Investigator'. Well almost a week later, which ended up being today..he calls me. He says he went in and spoke to the guy manager, he told the investigator that it laid behind the counter for days and someone took it., and there isn't cameras behind the counter. Well this particular manager never told me no such thing. The investigator says he doesnt know what to tell me that someone has it but since they have so many employees (which I doubt) he doesn't know what to do. Call it at a loss because It wasn't worth much. Ive tried to contact district managers, Ive called from the beginning and no one will contact me back. I have receipts for my phone which was only $89.99 and for my $30.00 time card that was on it. I know thats a cheap phone, but it's all I could afford, point being it was mine. It seems that someone from Burger King should have to pay, they should have to investigate, they're all ignoring me and blowing me off. I thought part of being a manager was dealing with customer relations..customer comes 1st. I know this isn't extremely important, but I need help getting some answers. If you can't help I understand. If you could it would be great. I tried not to leave anything out, but I'm upset so it may be hard to read, I'm sorry. Thank you for your time.

Drive thru food
Can someone fix this Burger King, can I get fresh food out of a drive-thru or is that how you get rid of the food that has been sitting there all day. The Arby's next to this store went under because the employees were serving terrible food also. The same employees must have went next store and got a job with this burger king and don't care what kind of food they are serving. I like Burger King but I have to choose wisely which one I'm going to try to eat from. Pass this on to all Fast food restaurants, Don't serve SHIT out of the drive thru, It should be fresh food all the time

Bug in my food!
I bought a Whopper the other day and there was a bug stuck in the bun. It was really gross and was on top of the burger so I don't know how they didnt see it. I saw it right away when I opened the wrapper but I had already driven home and didn't want to go all the way back to sort it. I wonder if one of their employees put it on there on purpose.
