You should be able to request a kid toy without having to pay extra for the toy
I think if you order an adult meal for your child that qualifies for a kids meal, you should be able to request a kid toy without having to pay extra for the toy. I have three children and sometimes one or two of them will get kids meals and the others get adult meals. Well of course being kids they want a prize. When I have asked they say well you have to pay for it. Well I just paid for an adult meal for a child. This has happened many times at Burger King.

It took forever for our order coz the manager didn't know where are the buttons for those sandwiches
86th street brooklyn store number is 9418 customer service number is 7186305535 .i went there like 2 days ago with my two sons and we order #1 #11 and #6.the assistant manager was taking orders and it took forever for our order coz the manager didnt know where are the buttons for those sandwiches.and then we were waiting for too long to get the food coz everybody was playing around.

Does not give you the ability to submit a complaint or feedback on-line
While I like Burger King in general, I have a complaint about the store located in Bohemia, Long Island (NY), right off Sunrise Highway. First, it was cold in the store. It was cold outside and I expected to be able to eat inside in warmth. It was probably warm for the food preparers but not for customers. As a matter of fact, I waited a few minutes to be waited on as the manager was on the phone but was looking at me and finally asked a worker to come to the register. But I am not going to complain about that.
Secondly, I asked for a cup of their "turbo" coffee which they had advertised. The cashier did not know what I was talking about. He said he would ask the manager, but she was on the phone. But he was intrigued by the concept of stronger-than-usual coffee and asked me if it was like the coffee you get at a gas station.
The worst part of this is that Burger King, unlike many other franchised restaurants, does not give you the ability to submit a complaint or feedback on-line. You have to either write a letter to the corporate office (who has time) or contact the store directly (OK, but defeating the purpose of making corporate aware of franchisees that do not properly run the business).

I am fed up with Burger King. Who wants them to take dried up components out of a drawer and throw them in the microwave. I twice tried the new $1 breakfast muffin. It had totaly dried out and been passed the holding time and all they did was re-nuke it. You could not bite into the muffin. You had to get a grip on it with your teeth and try to pull it apart. Not to mention the over use of microwave melts the cheese into the paper and makes the whole thing a mess. I tried a whopper this week and forgot to say do not microwave. It was a chewy mess. I want the condiments to not burn when I bite into it.
Here is a clue Burger King:
Soggy, steaming hot pickles SUCK!!!

They are irritating a long term customer just to save a little money
6/24/10 at Burger King US 17 in Mt. Pleaseant SC I ordered sweet tea and found it was sweetened with an artificial sweetener. This is really stupid - irritating a long term customer just to save a little money.

Stay far away from Burger King
Upon my visit i noticed many signs about trying something need, ribs.It said only $1.99 with any value meal.My daughter saw it and wanted it so i ordered 2 value meals to try these new ribs.Cashier said that they were all out.I still had to get the value meal because my daughter was upset.Your helpn had no sign posted that you were out of them nor was i offered any type of compensation for your lack of having the proper amount of things in stock.This was on monday 6/14 at 12:06 PM.How can you be out of stock at this time and why no sign posted saying that?Your adds bring people into the place but do not make good on them.I hope you improve your service.

HI, I WORK AT BURGER KING AND I'D LIKE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW.NEVER APPLY TO BURGER KING FOR A JOB.TWO WEEKS AGO
I GOT INTO IT WITH A EMPLOYEE.THIS EMPLOYEE IS KNOWN FOR STARTING TROUBLE ON THE JOB.I WAS SO ANGRY, I HAD ASK IF I COULD GO HOME EARLY.SO I CAN COOL DOWN OVER THE WEEKEND, AND I'LL BE BACK ON MONDAY.SHE HAD SAID YEA OK.NOW THE NEXT WEEK I CAME BACK, MY GENERAL MANGER DID NOT ASK ME OF ANY SORT WHAT HAPPEN ON LAST FRIDAY.THE THIRD WEEK ON FRI, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE GOT INTO WITH SOMEONE ELSE THAT WORKED IN THE FRONT.THE MANGER WAS IN THE OFFICE, I GUESS DOING PAPER WORK.I WAS WORKING ON WHOPPER BOARD.THEY BOTH STARTED ARGUING, MIND YOU I'M STILL WORKING NOT EVEN BE INVOLVED.AFTER A CERTAIN POINT OF THE ARGUMENT, SHE DECIDES TO SEND HIM HOME.LATER ONE OF MY FRIENDS COME IN TO WORK AT 4PM.HE AND I WERE TALKING AND OUR CONVERSATION WAS BETWEEN BOTH OF US.I HAD TOLD HIM THAT SO AND SO HAD GOT INTO IT WITH SO AND SO.AND HE WAS SENT HOME.A HALF AN HOUR LATER, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME IN AND SAID THAT YOU CAN GO HOME.SO I WAS THINKING MAYBE I'M GOING HOME BECAUSE IT WAS SLOW FOR THE MOMENT OR MAYBE I CLOCKED TO MANY HOURS.I THOUGHT NOTHING OF IT, CLOCKED OUT AND WENT HOME.I LATER ON MY FRIEND WHICH IS THE ONE WHO CAME IN AT 4PM.HE TEXT ME SAYING WHY WAS I SUSPENDED FROM WORK.I HAD SAID I WASN'T, I WENT HOME EARLY.HE STATED, THAT MY NAME WAS CROSSED OUT THE WHOLE WEEK.HE HAD TOLD ME SHE SAID SHE SUSPENDED TWO PEOPLE AND I'M ONE OF THEM.I CALLED TO TRY TO FIGURE THIS OUT.I SPOKE TO THE MANGER, SHE SAID SHE IS SUSPENDING ME CAUSE I CALLED THE PERSON A BITCH THAT WAS ARGUING WITH MY FRIEND.I SAID NO SUCH THING, SHE INSISTED THAT I DID.AND ALSO SHE SAID THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPEN BECAUSE I WORK IN THE BACK AS WELL.SHE ALSO SAID I AM SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF THE ARGUMENT, WHICH HAPPEN TWO WEEKS AGO.THE THING I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED I WAS SUSPENDED, INSTEAD OF SENDING HOME EARLY AND NOT TELLING ME.WHY DIDN'T SHE SUSPEND THE PERSON TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS ARGUING WITH.WHAT KIND OF WORLD ARE WE LIVING IN.I GIVE ANYBODY ADVICE, DO NOT WORK FOR BURGER KING.BURGER KING TREATS PEOPLE LIKE CRAP.THEY DON'T APPRECIATE GOOD WORKERS.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
June 16, 2010 was traveling out of town and stop at BK drive-thru for food. First, was given the order of the car behind mine. Then was given peice-meal parts of my order. Then was directed by a manager(?) to pull to the front of the store and wait for them to complete my order. I realized that I didn't ask for ranch dressing so I subsequently went inside. I was rudely scolded by this so-called manager " I thought I told you to pull around to the front and stay in your car, that we would bring out your order once we had it completed?" Excuse me? The he proceeded to tell me that I ordered my food wrong. ??? Excuse me? After all was said and done...the order was still incorrect and I was so upset, as I also have high blood pressure, that I couldn't even eat my food...even had to pull off the side of the road to vomit. Subsequently turned around and did not complete my trip as a result. I called Customer Relations the following day looking for resolution and am still waiting for a response as of June 22, 2010. Just a bad attitude and god forbid anyone there take accountability for their mistakes.

This was the lousiest service I have ever gotten
I went to the drive-thru window of store #15862 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and did my usual order of a triple whopper large meal. After I got my meal, I found that they gave me a single instead. That's when I went inside and had them take the sandwich back and make it a triple. I went back in my car and drove off to work. When I got to work, I found out that the staff didn't fix the problem and kept it as a single. I was not too happy. As far as i'm concerned, the employees of that store do not know the meaning of paying attention. This was the lousiest service I have ever gotten. I tell you what, this place just a lost a customer.

The workers are loud and pay no attention to what they are doing
We have been io in the Hazelhurst, Mississippi Burger King for the last time! The service is terrible. The workers are loud and pay no attention to what they are doing. The first time we were there they were so loud and boistrous that we left with two other customers. The next two times we ordered from the drive thru and both times the orders were wrong. Something needs to be done. This is the only Burger King in town. It has made us McDonalds customers.
