Over charge
I OREDERED A GARDEN SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN AND I GOT A SIDE SALAD AND I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR A GARDEN SALAD. SO THAT MEANS I WAS CHARGED 5$ FOR A 1$ SALAD AND CHICKEN, I SPENT MY LUNCH HOUR GETTING MY LUNCH AND HAVING TO RETURN IT . NO ONE EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR IT INCLUDING OFFICE MANAGER . I WAS SO ANGRY THAT IT TOOK UP ALL MY TIME AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT MY SALAD WASNT EVEN GREEN IT WAS ALL WHITE . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN . IF THEY DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT YOU ASK FOR THEN THEY NEED TO NOT OVER CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING IN SMALLER PORTION U CANT TELL ME THAT THE CHICKEN WAS $4 THAT IS REDICULOUS. OH AND P.S THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY ORDER NEEDS TO NOT WEAR SO MUCH MAKE-UP AND NOT TO TALK CRAP ABOUT A CUSTOMER IN SPANISH TO THE MANAGER IN FRONT OF THEM BECAUSE I UNDERSTOOD WHAT SHE SAID JUST FINE!

Awful customer service and management
I have observed for the last 6 months that service has been lacking and employees are not following through on orders that where taken when they had you your food and when they do most seem to not look at you just had off your food to who is ever standing there to take it. I am fully aware of businesses running on a small crew and if the service is good and your food is correct thats fine I am never in a rush and I give this crew the benifit of a doubt they can do the job but with the change in mamagement and the lack of true customer service its a hassel just to go in. I have seen when the computers stop working on a weekly basis to take orders and the dress code has been stretched to the point of mangers and crew wearing flip flops to work also they TV in the main lobby is off which I believe is to keep the transients from staing into long I have seem them beg for food or take it when someone is not looking or the smell that lingers from them even after there gone. My last issue is with the cancelatin of the chessy tots this was the only item that I would go out of my way for from this burger chain and it is replaced my horrible carnie funnel sticks "seriously" if it was fish sticks then i could see it but then again I would still want the tots.

Bad Customer Service
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST 3 or so YEARS AT THIS BURGER KING IN KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN...CORK STREET AND SPRINKLE ROAD LOCATION...MY WIFE AND I USED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION MANY TIMES A WEEK AND CONSIDERED OURSELVES LOYAL CUSTOMERS...FOR YEARS WE VISITED THEM AT LEAST 3-5 TIMES A WEEK AND SPENT OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...THEY WERE RAN OR MANAGED BY A GUY THAT MY WIFE LOVED...HE WAS VERY GOOD WITH CUSTOMERS, KEPT A CLEAN RESTAURANT AND A PRETTY DECENT SPEED AT THE DRIVE THRU. WHILE THERE WERE SOEMTIMES IT WAS A BIT SLOW, IT WAS NEVER WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER BAD AND NEVER WORSE THAN MCDONALDS...WE THINK HIS NAME WAS RYAN ...THEY SHOULD BRING HIM BACK BK!!! THIS NEW LESSLIE CHICK WHO RUNS IT HAS THE SPEED DOWN BUT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND WE'VE HAD AT LEAST 6 DIFFERENT ISSUES WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PAST 3 OR SO YEARS...WE BELIEVE THE GUY WE LIKED WAS JUST LET GO AND UNLESS HE STOLE MONEY THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO REASON THIS HAPPENED AS HE RAN A CLEAN QUICK STORE, BUT TRULY LOVED HIS CUSTOMERS AND WE SAW HIM EVERY TIME WE WERE THERE, HE WAS VERY HARD WORKING...
ON A SEPERATE NOTE BURGER KING, YOU GUYS AT CAROLS CORPORATION NEED TO WATCH OUT FOR THAT MICHELLE LADY THAT IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER FOR YOU. SHE IS NOT VERY HELPFUL AS WE HAVE CALLED ON 3 OF THE FORMER SAID ISSUES, AND HAVE ONLY BEEN GIVEN 1 CALL BACK AND WE WERE NOT SATISFIED AT ALL FROM HER.
OH WELL, WE WONT BE BACK UNLESS YOU GUYS BRING BACK RYAN!!!

6 piece flamed cooked rib meal
I recently stoped at a burger king resturant in tennessee and tried a new 6 piece rib value meal - - URK!!! what a disapointment. The little 2 inch x 6 pc in a little box for $7.49 was rediculous There was very little meat, -they werevery dry( must have laid on grill all day). come on guys ! surely you dont expect the public to like this high priced dried out bunch of little bones do you? not me any more URK! again.

No customer service, no employee
I went to the Burger King Drive Thru on May 1, 2010. I waited 3 mins for someone to take my order. I yelled Hello is anyone going to take my order? I got no reply. I waited a couple more mins but no reply. Another car pulled up behind me it did not take long before he started blowing the horn. Still no one answer from the Burger King. I then left out of the drive thru. I pulled around to see no one at the drive thru window and no cars in the drive thru either. I went to the front of BK and parked. I entered the store. I asked for corporates office number but got no answer from any of the 3 employee working there. The guy that was in the drive thru behind me went to the window and blow his horn several times before a lady went to the window saying who is running drivr thru? The other people working there said a girls name. The other worker said she has been gone for 5 hours now and i am too busy to work drive thru. This on a sturday at 7pm. This is also a 24 hour Bk. One of the guys working on the line said we need to lock our doors and went and locked the front doors. Still no one would give me the number. I unlocked the front door and left. I went to the Mc Donalds across the street and they took great care of me. Something sould be done.

Their uncaring and obnoxious treatment goes on and on
US 1, Melbourne, FLorida Burger King has been consistently the WORST place for customer service in a fast food industry EVER in this area. Unbelievable! Don't go there on the way to work or school, you are stuck in line for 20 min then told at the window to pull up front, your food isn't done. Then you wait another 10-20 min, see someone through the front window put your bag on the counter and LEAVE IT. This has happened so many times I'm stunned I go back. It's the only place on the way to the local high school to get food (from this direction anyway) so we wait awhile and give them another change. CONSISTENTLY the WORST EVER! Their uncaring and obnoxious treatment goes on and on. In this economy how can they risk a bad reputation? They obviously don't care about that either!

ribs
price was shown to be 3 ribs for $3.99
What was given ( in a bag) was 1 rib cut into 3 pieces.
Burnt and almost no meat on these 3 pieces of bone.
WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
There are 13 ribs in a rack.
Burger King is charging $3.99 for the equivalent of ONE RIB.
That computes to $51.87 for a rack of POOR QUALITY RIBS.

Bad service
My Fiance' and I decided to dine-in at your restuarant in Lincoln, IL on June 8th, 2010. When we arrived and went inside, the girl I assumed to be the manager on duty was on her cell phone behind the counter, while we waited for her to get off the phone, hearing her say hold on I have to train the new girl how to take an order. Then she took my fiance's order and asked if that was all for us. I said no and then I ordered. We received our food about 5 to 7 minutes later. I ordered the tendergrill chicken value meal, which looked like blackened chicken because it was overcooked and my fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. My fiance' ordered a double stacker value meal with onion rings and then a orginal chicken samdwich. His double stacker was still pink in some places and it grossed him out so he didn't eat it, his onion rings tasted like rubber and he said his chicken sandwich wasn't any better. I also notice in the dining room a few of the tables still had garbage on them. My fiance' and I were the only ones dining in at the time. They could have cleaned up the dining room. And while we were eating the manager on duty's boyfriend came in and hung out at the front counter. We didn't even finish our food and left. I will NOT be returning to this establishment anytime soon if ever. And I urge anyone else who doesn't want bad service to stay away from there too!!

Not only was it bad customer service but the veggie burger and stix were cold
Went to burger king drive-thru, ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals, and one veggie burger, and an order of your funnel cake stix. When we arrived at home w/ the veggie burger and funnel stix were missing. I called BK to let them know about the missing items, and the guy on the phone was pretty rude and i asked to speak to a manager and he said he was. He said he had the items sitting there on the counter and i told him my husband would be there to pick it up. He didnt even apologize. when my husband went to pick up the food, once again he did not apologize for the mistake. Not only was it bad customer service but the veggie burger and stix were cold and our sandwiches had yellow lettuce. we will not be returning to burger king!

They do not wash hands after handling money
I was in a local BK Restaurant at 9:30 this morning, and watched the shift manager handling money at the drive thru, then going directly to the food prep area, and making a breakfast wrap, no washing hands before doing so! Disgusting!
