Thieves for Employees
I went through the drive through this morning and the employee who waited on me didn't give me my change but gave me my receipt. The person in the car with me witnessed her not giving the change. When I told her that she had not given it to me...she began to argue saying she did. Needless to say...I told her "you need to count down your register then". After being told to pull around until she did...10 mins. later...No one has come out to say anything. After going inside the manager told me the register wasnt over and that "we dont give back money like that"...Told her pull surveilance because money doesn't grow on trees. She told me she would call me after she checked. its 9 hours later now and I never received a call. And she's now off from work until Tuesday.

I am really tired of them messing up the order
I am hard of hearing. Everytime i goes there to order something and i sometime write the order down, and they mess up my order. But in Drive thru-- i gave cashier drive thru the order and she didn't add the drinks and gave toys that is boy and girl. It is both boys. ANd also want to have onion ring instead of the fries. I am really tired of them messing up the order that i wrote it down on piece of paper and also if i am in person in the restaurant. I say it to them but sometime don't understand me but they gave me the menu and point it to them. It was nice but i am really getting tired of the wrong order all the time that i go there.

The adult 'baby' campaign is so offensive, and so stupid
I'm not even sure that this is going to get to the right person, the one that can really make a difference, as you don't have an obvious 'customer-service' or 'customer response' email link on your main site. I'm sure that is contributing to your declining market share, of your substandard, failing franchise.
I am writing this email, and taking the extra time to find a contact address, because I think that your new commercials, featuring the 'adult baby' are so offensive, and so rediculous, that I will NEVER, EVER, again come to one of your franchises!! What were you thinking, when you came up with this stupid, 'retarded' concept for commercials?? Are you suggesting that your customers are 'retarded' adult babies??
I would have your entire advertising staff scrubbing toilets, and have the 'janitors' promoted to the marketing postions!! How did you screw the pooch, so offensively, and so obviously????? I'm sure that the janitors would do a much better job, creating new advertising campaigns!!!
The adult 'baby' campaign is so offensive, and so stupid, that I wish that there was more that I could do than just post a blog. . .
Shame on you for demeaning, and offending the entire nation, and demeaning us, in such a foolish, and absurd way!!

A female manager has no proper attitude
I went into a store on Park Av, So. Plainfield. A female manager has no proper attitude. She screamed and yelled so loud, got angry for changing and adding an order. Drive thru stopping in the middle is the always thing she does each time I drive in. She said that it is for their timer, but it is very annoying me if each time I have to stop in the middle of drive thru.

This is not a good way to run a store
I went into one of the stores in Louisville, KY on Broadway and 28th street. There was only three people in the store. We have been standing there about fifteen minutes and as about our ordes and the Manager stated you order is not ready, your numbers is not up. There were cars blowing there horns in the drive in. The employees were just standing around talking and not caring about the customers. This is not a good way to run a store. I will tell everyone I know not to use the store.

mi nombre es claudia ramirez yo trabajaba para esta compañia pero la mager que se llama parrim me despidio injustificadamente por que un dia que me tocaba descanzo ella me llamo para qur fuera a trabajar y yo no pude ir al siguiente dia me llamo para despedirme anterior a esto habia tenido una discucion por que a ella le gusta mal tratar alos hispanos ella es bien racista solo alas personas que son de su misma raza ella los trata bien y eso no le gusto a ella por que yo le reclame y ahi comenso ella a descriminarme mas la tienda de burger kin es el # 17336 el tel. 281-242-0414 y hable con el supervisor y no hizo nada y tampoco me deja trabajar en otra tienda no me quieren dar el tranfer gracias

Burger King charging individually for items that is inclusive of a Value Meal
Why is it Berger King charging individually for items that is inclusive of a Value Meal? Your Value Meal comprises of a medium POP: a small FRY and a Whopper or whatever the Sandwich is. I visited one of the location in Palatine Illinois and order two different value and notice that the Pop was rang-up individually for 1:49 my total was 6.87 that is over charging if after I call and was told that the value meal total before tax was 5:15. This seem to be a regular practice and a lot of us do not check our receipt to see that over charging. This should be corrected.I should be refunded for the over charge or be compensated.

Why are there no policies to wear plastic protective gloves
My concern is this. Why are there no policies in place in South Carolina requiring employees of Burger King (that actually handle food) to wear plastic protective gloves. We stopped at a Burger King yesterday at Tanger Outlets in Charleston area and our sandwiches were prepared with bare hands. One would hope that wearing protective gloves is a world wide requirement. We're originally from New York and all restaurants and supermarkets require employees use gloves when handling food. We threw the food away and will not be dining at any restaurant that doesn't take some precautions against the spread of infectious disease. It's disgusting. :-P

It was the most disgusting fast food I have ever tried
I tried the Cheesy breakfast wraps value meal at Burger King this AM. It was awful. It was the most disgusting fast food I have ever tried. Hardly any bacon, which was tasteless; unmelted american cheese; a slab of precooked egg; and several hash brown circles to fill out the thing and make it look round when all wrapped up. Awful.

BK must need a negative IQ rating for their managers
Used the drive and ordered a sandwich. paid $4.47. drove 12 miles. hungry as hell. open the bag. wrong sandwich for lesser cost with the wrong toppings. the fat slobs at the drive thru got it wrong. funny thing is I ordered what should be the most popular sandwich -- whopper. called the manager to complain. she hung up on me. sign being put up in employee lunch room advising all employees to avoid burger king . bk must need a negative IQ rating for their managers.
