Burger King Reviews

I will forever boycott them
Tonight at the Burger King drive thru, I ordered a rodeo burger, small fry, and small soda. The price: Close to seven dollars. When I verified the price at the window, I asked then just for the burger and some water. The manager, Ray, had a serious attitude b/c he had to adjust the register. He asked, "What, you can't afford to eat here?" I told him that I could, but not for that price. A heated exchange occurred. I would tell BK corporate, but they are too cheap to put forth a toll free number. Now I see online all these complaints against them, and will forever boycott them.

No one acknowledge I was there
I went to Burger King on Jan.08, 2010. I finally got to the front of the line where I awaited at least 10 minutes in line while everyone was taking care of the drive-up. The next day Saturday, I went back. Hey I am going to get good service today because I was the only one in line. However I was disappointed again because no one acknowledge I was there, and after four minutes I walked out with my family of four.

The Burger King that I went to was on Colonial Drive and Dillard in Winter Garden Florida. I hope your other Burger Kings are operated better.

Price of Garden Salad
Burger King is charging $4.02 for a garden salad served in a soup sized bowl about 3/4 of the way full. Rediculous.

Poor service and dirty conditions
My wife and I went to the Burger King located at 2435 25th Ave Greeley, CO 80634 for lunch on 12/23/09 (1 pm). The inside of the restaurant was very dirty, including the floors, and tables. The employee who took our order could barely speak English and had a very difficult time entering our order. It took 15 minutes for us to receive our order (eat in) which consisted of a Whopper Jr, Chicken Sandwich, 2 small fires and 2 small drinks. Both sandwiches were cold and not eatable. The girl who took our order assisted a customer who lost her keys in the trash. The employee helped dig through the trash with bare hands. Once the keys were found, the employee returned to her post and began to fill fry bags without washing her hands. A group of friends of the employees came in and hung out at the counter speaking very loudly in Spanish, laughing and goofing off. We were disgusted at the condition of the restaurant, the food was not eatable and seeing an employee dig though the trash and not wash her hands was disgusting. We will no longer visit this or any Burger Kings in the future.

I will never ever do business at this particular Burger King
My aunt Terry sent this to me today. This is a true story that happened to her today (12/24/09). It will make you mad! Unbelievable that people could treat someone like this. What my aunt didn't mention was that this woman wasn't a teenager that worked at burger king, but a woman in her 40's, though it would be just as bad no matter what age she was. Please read this and pass it on. Thank you, Jeremiah Wilson

A lady came into our shop today to pay off her account. To let you know something about this ladies character I would like to share what I know of her. Our business provided a service to her this December 2009. On the date that she agreed to pay she came to the shop and said that she would not be able to pay at this time but that she would pay on her next pay day (December 24, 2009). She left and we surmised that we would never see her or our money again. (shame on us!!) On December 24, 2009, true to her word she came to the shop and paid her account in full. She stayed for awhile and related this story with us. We realize that of course there are two sides to every story but I believe this person's account of what happened. I do not know this person at all so I will relate and my give opinion of the situation, you can make your own assumption of the situation.

It seems that at the Burger King on 4508 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho 83202 they had their annual Christmas party. It must have been a potluck, as everyone was suppose to bring something. This lady knew about the party, she showed up early by one half hour because she was suppose to work the shift that day. She was unable to bring anything for the potluck as she could not afford it.

She was told that she could not participate in the party because she had not brought anything to share. She was also told that she could not be loitering around waiting for her shift to begin. She was told to wait in her vehicle until it was time to begin her shift. She said that she went to her car and cried because she felt humiliated. This is not your typical teenager, I would guess her to be in her forties.

She came in to start her shift to find that the food was all locked up in the managers office. She completed her shift and prepared to leave. The manager opened the office and invited the rest of the employee's to share the left overs. This lady decided that she no longer wanted to be employed at this place of business and quit her job. ( I can't say that I blame her for that) She went in to pick up her check, I would guess at about 10:00 A.M. and was told that they could actually make her wait until 3:00P.M. if they wanted too. (she came to our place of business to pay her account at 10:30 A.M.

She really never said anything bad about her former employer, only that her feelings had been hurt over the party incident.

I guess that maybe I am a bleeding heart but I really wanted to know if it was really as bad as it sounded so I called Burger King and asked to talk with the manager, not the shift manager, the manager of the store. The person who answered the phone identified theirselve as "Linda"ans said that she was the manager. I identified myself by first and last name and asked her to do the same. She became very defensive and wanted to know what this was regarding. I began the story, she very abruptly and rudely said that she didn't want too, and would not discuss it with me, then she hung up on me. It really was none of my business but I just absolutely could not believe that this story could be this sad without some provocation. If she would have just talked with me the problem would have been resolved. NOW, I promise that I will NEVER, EVER do business at this particular BURGER KING.

Have a Merry Christmas and keep the reason for the season in your heart.

I feel that Burger King has no consideration for their patrons
I have a complaint about a Burger King located at Broad & Wyoming Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. My complaint is that whenever it snows they will clean their drive thur for the window excellent, but yet they never clean their sidewalks which is a part of this business - The city states that all business and homeowners should do this. I feel that Burger King has no consideration for their patrons.

Unclean practices
The person who took my order walked inside the building from outside along with me. After handling the register he went to the food prep area and began fixing my order without washing his hands. The person who was supervising the shift was standing where she could observe the whole event, but never corrected the young man.
My concern is if I had gone to the drive thur window I would not have known what took place.

thrown out the store
My husband and i went into this burger king after fixing his car all day long we were so hungry. well we walked in and waited for about 15 mins, noone came to tell us im sorry we will be right with you or nothing.
so this asst manager came and his name was kareem...
he started takin my husbands order and then when he was about to
take mind he had got a phone call and walked away and didnt come back for a few minutes..
when he finally came back i told him that was rude of you to leave us
standing there and you not apoligize for it or taking our order and then
attending to your call...
well the man, (kareem) told us that were not welcomed here and that
there is another burger king down the road on oakland drive and he erased our order and he just turned around and left.
we were so mad and upset that i had called the numbers 800 and 305 area code numbers that were given that nothing was open and the customer service hotline didnt even care what i had to say.
I know economy is bad, but when u have customers that actually have money and want to eat, u should treat them with respect and i feel so
unwelcomed and so discriminated by this burger king i will take it further if i have to, ...
Just to be told we are a white couple and (kareem) is black

Unfair business practices
There is a big advertising budget for the $1 Double Cheeseburger. Billboards show it with lettuce and tomato. I ordered them a couple of times and they were served without these items. Then I was told you had to ASK for them (clearly trying to save a few pennies). So I did. It worked fine. Then today, I ordered, asked for lettuce and tomato, and discovered I was charged 10¢. I guess they figure they can. BUT, it is a 10% surcharge for something that the advertising indicates is standard. Not fair, guys!

Service
I went into the Burger King, on Shelbyville Rd neaer Trinity High School in Louisville, KY at 12:06 this noon. My receipt does not have the Restaurant #. I was the only one in line so my order was taken quickly. I waited for 10 minutes before I received my double cheese burgers (2). All the other orders behind me (6 )and I really don't know how many drive thru orders were taken care of before a gentleman ask me for my orginial receipt. I did not get my receipt back but was given a front counter receipt. As we were waitng for our food, there was a long line of people who were waiting to order but the were igorned. One customer left. I don't know where the manager was but no one seem to want to work. The gentleman, who took my order was Jason. I now know why orders get missed up. The person who should have helped put the orders together was wondering arouond. Neither of them looked like they knew what was going on. My lunch mate sat in the car waiting for me and was wondering what happen since two of the cars who can in after us, had left before I got to the car. We didn't go through the drive up window because it was too long. We probably would have gotten through it faster.
