Bad Service
I went inside the Burger King in Milford this morning and ordered a breakfast platter and a coffee. I never got my order. The two people who came in after me got their order and the 3 or 4 people who went through the drive through got their order. I asked the cashier what was taking so long with my order. She said something to the manger in back (couldn't hear what she said). This happened a couple of times and she said she was trying to find out. Finally I said "M'am can I have my order, 2 people after me already received theirs, the manger (I assume he was the manager, he was behind making the food and looked like he had a dress shirt and tie on) yelled out "STOP!" I asked the cashier for my money back, she told the manger I wanted my money back, he told her to give it to me and she said she didn't know how. I told the girl, "It's ok, it's not your fault, you just have a shitty manager." He did not come out from behind to ask what the problem was and he basically ignored her (she was trying to help me). Managment in Milford MA stinks and I think he should be fired. I walked out, did not get my money and went across the street to McDonalds and enjoyed a great breakfast and service there. Will not be patronizing that establishment again.

They suck
They suck big ass monkey balls, the manager blows and the other manager is ugly as hell The food sucks the service is horrible. I just found out that the billion dollar cooperate people just cut all hours to like 50 a day ya way to make the service suck even more way to make a buck u cheap fucks. All i have to say is suck a big fat one u tree hugging homos. PS go mcdonalds

Worker handling dog while working
I took the drive-thru to get my grand son a kids meal on Friday afternoon after school. (March 25) While waiting at the window for my food, I turned my head forward to see a black Navigator parked slightly ahead of me. A worker from inside the restaurant came out and delivered food to the people in the Navigator. Then the driver of the Navigator handed the BK worker a small dog. The worker handled the dog for a minute then pass it back to the driver. The employee/worker then hurriedly came back inside the restaurant and began to put more food in a bag and returned to deliver it to the Navigator again. I watched him both times when he returned to the inside of the restaurant (walking very hastily) ... walk directly back to the food prep area and continued on to put 'MY' order in a bag. I was outraged and asked the window attendant what was the number for customer complaint ...he said it was on my receipt. I left the store than later threw out the food because I didn't want to cause a scene about how disgusting it is for some one not to wash their hands after handling a dog that way, especially while handling food. What are the teaching employees of the Burger King in Benbrook Texas ... there is only one in this location. Guess I'll have to scratch this location off my list unless I receive some kind of acceptable response, otherwise I can go to an out of the way BK when I want to order food.

I have saved my receipt from my visit if you need that info.

ATTITUDE/CUSTOMER SERVICE
We eat at Burger King several times a week, especially since BK rolled out the STACKERS. They are wondeful! I like the flavor but I really like that they don't have mustard, ketchup or pickles. Employees, not just in Alabama, have no pride and do not want to follow the 'have it your way' slogan. It's not just BK, but lately, I have never met such downright rude employees. Glad BK is updating the restaurants, but training and manners go a long way. People will not return to a BK where they are treated so shabbily. I understand that today's employees are not the bet; however, BK needs to try harder. Great food, flame-broiled flavor not quite there like before, but great, non-greasy food. Love the STACKERS AND ICEES!!!

Verbal Abuse
We went to Burger King and placed our order inside to the Manager, Adil, he was extremely rude whilst talking the order and he was very rude and ignorant.
He was giving us problems while we were inside trying to refill out drinks. He was saying we are not aloud to refill and we have to pay extra. Whereas, all refills are free once you pay for the cup. We were willing to pay him even to refill and thats when he started shouting and giving a major attitude.
This was very upsetting and embarrassing. We suggest that you guys get better managers at your corporate stores.

chicken nugget
I was at buger king today and i order 20 pcs of chicken nuggets, they give it to me, look like they put it in the oven and give to me.it taste like shit. compare to mcdonald .mcdonald they have good costumer service there fast food alway taste better.your food tastes like the food you poeple give to the dog not human

incorrect information about the food
i was in burger king this afternoon and the i order chilli cheese i thought its a vegetrian food but when i took my first bite i realised its beef i was quite upset about it because i never ate beef in my life its against my cuture so i spoke with manager but i didnot get any response from him i said to him the advertisment is wrong about the food but i did not get any reply But what happened to consumer choice I am absoloutley disgusted at his attitude. i need to get the response asap i got some proof as well if i dont get the reply asap then i need to see my solicitor ( if you want to contact me then sent me email [email protected]

restaurant manager
its been a while that i went to uxbridge burger king with my friends. the restaurant manager which i dont know the name exactly served us. on asking him he told me that he is the RGM of uxbridge BK. later on after some days i went to pizzahut uxbridge and saw the same RGM working as a waiter in there. i was surprised to see that a RGM of burger king was also working as waiter in pizzahut, that really surprised me. either the standards of pizza hut have gone high or standereds of Burger King have gone low. buts that a real shame . God bless BK.

Lazy/Rude "never been your way"

The problem with fast food is they give you really horrible service, to include over pricing for nasty old food, crapy attitueds from high school kids worken the counters, and just out right lazyness... we were just comen from the hospital with our 4 year old and we were runnen late on lunch, my wife is a type one diabetic. Since we had a sick child in the car we decided to run through the drive through. it was still a lil busy so i was excited to actually get fresh BK for once, "this location has always been horrible, just a tip for travilers." so we ordered a chicken tender and a double stacker both medium meals, my wife being a type one diabetic ordered a minuet maid lite. the girl told us they didnt have it, so i replyed with mame we've been here befor you have it for sure up front, she replyed with well your just gonna have to come in and get it, thats really what set me off. so the total come out to $11.41 i dont know about the rest of the world but who makes $11.41 in less than 2 minuets? so i go to get my food and it was horrible the tenders were hard as a rock, my sandwich was like a brick figuren they had a steady line of coustomers my food should of never been that bad. it was so bad i had to go to subway to feed my family, and oh by the way they made me park the car and go inside to get our drinks... ill never eat there again in 10 years ive never been happy with them
