Filthy employees and very rude to all customers
I bought my fries and my drink. so i happen to turn me receipt around and read it. it stated "with completion of a survey and purchase of FRIES and DRINK you will receive a free WHOPPER or CHICKEN SANDWICH" i took the survey, got validation code, but the burger king manager buy the name of Cesar refused to give me the FREE WHOPPER. he also refused to let me borrow a pen and would not give my friend a water cup as asked but then gave a random black guy one. NOTE- my friend is WHITE and of different culture while the manager is spanish. I feel a sense of racism from the manager "CESAR" NOTE- THE EMPLOYEES WORKING ARE DISGUSTING! THEY ARE ALL FILTHY AND VERY RUDE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE BURGER KING IN "LANTANA FLORIDA" AT "1001 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY" thank you i hope you will do something of this disturbance.

Awful Promo Steakhouse XT
My wife and I tried the "Steakhouse XT" yesterday 4/1/2010 (thank God it was a B1G1Free coupon) and it was AWFUL! We'll stick with the Whopper.
1) The XT meat was mushy as if it had flour added as an extender (like you add bread crumbs to meatballs but tasteless).
2) The meat clearly had been pre-cooked and then MICROWAVED (microwaves should be frea_cking removed from all fast-food joints). BTW: the meat would've tasted nasty even if it had been "fresh-cooked". We went at 7:30 PM so it was not "rush hour". Can't find a real number to call BK or I would.

Commercials, violence
I have been growing concerned about the violence depicted in the Burger King commercials, of late. Last night was the last straw. The King, wearing a hoodie, breaks in and steals the Egg McMuffin recipe. As I sat there watching with my 8 year old, I had to explain that the reason we would no longer be going to BK is because the King is a criminal and we cannot support such behavior. Really folks, just because crime is rampant in our society, do you really thing that what our kids need is to see a fictional character that they admire perpetrating violence against others and committing crimes???

Rude Service w/o the smile but w/ attitude
I experienced the rudest service ever in front of my two children at BK. The cashier was very rude, kept acting like we were slow to order and apologizing for us to the customers behind us. She also forgot to give us a child size cup, when I asked for it she snapped back at me, "I will get it in a minute." Just seemed to me way too rude. Afterward, while we were eating at our table, she proceded to clean off tables around us but glared at me as if she wanted to kick my A**. I don't know... it seems you just can't get good friendly service these days. I will not be going back to BK anytime soon, I do know that!

not using glove when servicing food
Visit Burger King during a visit to Redding CA. I went to BK to order a Veggie sandwich and noticed the food server was not using gloves to prepare food. He touch my food with his bare hands I report to the clerk immediately that the food server should be wearing gloves when working with food. The clerk stating yes he should be wearing gloves, but oh well. I was very upset and request food server not to touch food with bare hands.
I noticed even after receiving my order that gloves were not used to when servicing other customers.
Redding Burger King store # where this incident happened 1838 on March 26 at 10:36AM. I am request that Burger King management look into this problem ASAP and retrain the staff to wear gloves when working with food.

Poor service
Six of us go to this Burger King and and a friend of ours was feeding us for helping him move. We noticed it was getting late and decided to go in and order since there was six of us and take our food to go. However when we walked in the dinning room the girl approaches us and says the dinning room is closed already. It wasn't 10:00 yet and I said "I'ts not 10:00 yet". And she replies "yeah but our manager tells us to close at 9:50." (When we do get home with our food the reciept says 9:49. And that was after all the arguing!) So I told her "Fine I want to speak to your manager." Then the girl behind the counter goes "I'm sorry whats wrong?" And I tell her the same thing and that I worked fast food for 4 years and 2 as a manager" She gets an attitude with me too and finnally the manager comes up and asks whats wrong I tell him its not 10:00 yet! He says its fine and to take our order and walks off. Working fast food of course when I get home i check my food and everyone elses. Everone elses was fine but mine was soggy and nasty...And looked as though someone spit in it! On top of that I can't even get ahold of anyone for after hours complaints! I'll never eat at another Burger King again!

vomit like substance in breakfast wrap
On thursday march 25 2010 @ 7:18 am i went to the burger king on lee/harvard in cleveland ohio and purchased a combo which consisted of two bacon and egg wraps a small hashbrown and a coffee. I pulled out of the drive thru and proceeded to work .When i stopped at the red light i pulled the wrap out and took a bite and as im biting into the wrap i noticed the wrap had a strong vomit smell to it and right away i spit the wrap out.After i got to work i called the burger king where i purchased the wrap from and asked to speak to a manager.I didnt know if i had called burger king or not because the person that answered the phone was not proffesional at all.I asked the person on the phone if she was the manager and she didnt answer me she just kept repeating"burger king" burger king". I proceded to explain my situation about the breakfast wrap to her and while im explaining she passed the phone to someone else.i asked this woman if she was the manager and she said" yeah can i help you?" I again explained what happened to me to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that she didnt believe me and i would have to bring the wrap back to the store i told her that i would bring it back but i couldnt do that until i got off work.The manager that i spoke to said that she wouldnt be there but i should talk to the afternoon manager. I took the sandwhich back to the store but i was told that the manager wasnt in this is why i am filing a complaint with you.I believe that someone from that burger king di vomit in that breakfast wrap it had the smell and look of vomit.Ive purchased breakfast wraps from burger king many times and this is the first time that i have seen a pinkish colored substance on the wrap.bacon is not pink neither is cheese or eggs.Whatever the pink substance was had the stinch of vomit and as i said before i truly believe that it was vomit.I was advised to keep the wrap in the freezer until it could be analized.I kept the wrap that i took a bite out of and the wrap that i didnt open.

Food quality
I stopped by Burger King on my way into work and got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I chipped my tooth on a bone fragment that was found in the sausage. So far, I've spent 2 40 minute sessions on hold trying to get in touch with customer service.
As far as I can tell, there is no way to submit a complaint online.

Rude Employees
on 03/23/10 @ 3pm pulled up to the drive-thru but had to stop short due to a young punk employer who seemed to be taking out the garbage, he rudely & disruptively stared at us & stood in the middle of the drive-thru just staring at us before he finally went on his way towards the bldng. not only did we waitthere for several minutes but we were not greeted at all. so we drove up to the window & had to order that way, & there again was this kid just staring at us then I heard him make a smart ass reply like oh she only parked 6ft away from the window, and this really upset me cuz he shouldve let the gal know who was taking orders that we obviously needed assistance, I then yelled at him that he was in the way. I feel very upset about the way they handled my order, and how this punk kid just stared very rudely like he knew us . It was Very UNCOMFORTABLE. I think he was a petafile or something. But anyways well not go to this store again until that petafile kid no longer works there anymore.

Service and store cleanliness
On Tuesday, 3/16/2010, we noted that there was one person ("order expediter" ??) eating while filling customer orders (bags and trays); there was another person counting out a cash drawer in the food preparation area, only inches away from where burgers were being assembled; there were few tables that were clean, although the restaurant was virtually empty and there were approximately 6 - 7 people on duty, that we could see. Many of the staff were being loud and boisterous in the back and out front, not caring who heard their loud, raucous conversations, etc. We've tried to avoid this particular Burger King, as the service has been terrible in the past, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and the staff appears not to care what their customers think about their place of business.
