Bad service
Went thru the drive thru, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo, a double cheeseburger combo, a tendercrisp combo and a whopper combo all go large as well as a large order of onion rings with zesty sauce. When I received my order it wasnt what I "thought" I had ordered as it wasnt what I usually receive. I tried telling the lady at the window but she kept asking me what I ordered and that I got what I ordered. She then tells me if I wanted a whopper double cheeseburger, I agreed and said yes thats most likely what I wanted cause the burger they gave me was much smaller than I remembered. She leaves the window and I could hear her complaining to her co- workers about how she had to repeat herslf to me and on and on ... I tell her thru the window that there was no reason to get rude and she slams the window in my face. I opened the window back to insist on my money back when she trys to remove my hand from closing the window back. Which I then repeat that I want my money back.. she comes back a mintue later with a receipt that doesnt say anything but my order I tell her I need proof that my transaction has been canceled and she tells me that it will be on my credit card statement. I asked for her mangers name which she replys Jennifer ... i asked for a last name which she replys something with a roll of her eyes... I ask for her name which she replys Gayle. I honestly dont believe either of these names are accurate but I will be filing a complaint with the main branch anyway.

over charging
I stopped at the Drive Thru this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The girl asked if I wanted it in a combo and I stated no.
She said that will be $2.82. I could not believe a single biscuit cost that much!! Was I being punished for not buying a combo???
Also, some time a ago I told a BK employee that BK is encourging people to over eat by trying to get them to supper size their order. The employee told me if you don't want the extra food just throw it away. My reply to her was, and be wasteful!?!? It always ticks me off when an employee tries to get me to purchase a combo or super size my order. If I wanted more food I would order it. However, I don't appreciate having to pay more because I didn't choose a combo or a super sized meal.
I should have told the girl to forget it but I was in a hurry. BK owes me some money back!!

Unsanitary behavior
I was in line trying to get a meal, when I saw the guy that makes the sandwiches using his cellphone with one hand and preparing the food with the other, I called the supervisor named: Heather, and I told her about this person unsanitary behavior, she ask me if I'm goint to order anything which I replied, of course not!.<br />
The restaurant is located at 2122 E 10th st., Indianapolis, Indiana.<br />
It's going to be along time before I come back to that location.

No way would i buy anything for my child that has an avertisement like that
I can not believe you ever thought it was a good idea to make a kids meal commercial like that. no way would i buy anything for my child that has an avertisement like that why would you think to put kids meal and booty in the same sentence this is just rediculous i was so mad when i seen it i refuse to buy a kids meal there that is the last thing i want my 4 year old to see.

A1 burger
I purchased a $6.89 A1 burger today, and it was awful! I cannot belive you charge that much money for a horrible burger. There was no A1 for one thing--if thats what you call A1--you have no idea what the original A1 tastes like then. If I had time, I would have actually complained in person, but I was on my lunch break. I hope you take that burger off the menu, or at least make it like its suppose to be. I spent $19 there for lunch today for myself, daughter and husband. My husband and I pitched 1/2 our lunch cuz it was sooo nasty!

Very disappointed in this revenue strategy of charging for condiments
Lately, I have noticed a disturbing trend at BK, especialy in yrban laocations, I recently went to Rest. #2471 at 24th & Oregon in Phila., Pa. I ordered a Whopper meal and asked for 2 BBQ sauces. I was told that the 1st was complimentary, but I would be charged for the 2nd. I refused the extra charge, but it made me wonder about the charge for extra BBQ sauce. As I said this has happened before, and the price for the extra sauce has varied from $.25 to $1.00. Is this a legit charge? What is the set price for an extra BBQ sauce? Are there charges for other condiments? If so, where are they listed? As a lover of BK for many years I am very disappointed in this revenue strategy of charging for condiments. I would like someone from BK to clarify this for me.

Nasty attitude with customers
Last night 3 of my friends and I went to our local BurgerKing (Deptford, NJ) and were told that they had no buns. About a month ago we went to the same BK and they had no burgers. How can a burger restaurant run out of hamburgers or buns and why didn't they close? Instead of fixing the problem the manager thought it best to get a nasty attitude with customers.

Problem with food
I got hot water for tea out of dispenser and a dead fly came out in the water. Also ordered 2 side salads and one came with tomatoes and one without. When asking about it I was informed there was a shortage of tomatoes.

For 3 weeks they were out of tea bags and last week they were out of forks and could not sell salads.

Got ill too cold
Went to eat inside in a supposedly warm inviroment. While dinning in employees opened the front door & kept it opened. Several customers were complaing because it was very cold that day ( Feb. 1, 2010 ). The customers would close the door but the employees would open it over & over again. As a result of the door being kept opened I became very ill. I haven't got over my cold, sore throat, cough & congestion. The reason the door was kept opened the employees said, " Was cause there was to much smoke in the cooking bay. " I enjoy eating at Burger King alot. But with this incedent I think I will change my place of eating. I hope you can help resolve this problem.

Food Poisoning
I'm glad I found a place to complain. In early May of 2009, I along with my granddaughter stopped into this Burger King at 11 pm.<br />
The restaurant was closed but the drive in was still open. I bought a cheesy tots and when I began to eat them I noticed they were<br />
not good and were like hockey pucks. Why I kept eating them I don't know but exactly 6 hours later at 5 am all hell broke loose. I<br />
became deathly sick and for the first few hours didn't realize that it was food poisoning. The swine flu had just began getting popular<br />
and that is what I thought I might have had. At 4 pm my husband drove me to the hospital and I was treated for food poisoning and<br />
released several hours later. I was sick for at least 7 days. When I complained to Burger King all I got back was a letter stating they<br />
were sorry I got sick. Should have sued them! Just wanted people to be aware of the fact that your food may be laying around<br />
for longer then is legal in these fast food joints and trust me, you don't want to get food poisoning. If something tastes funny take it<br />
back immediately and tell them to eat it.
