Food
Two weeks ago I went into the Burger King located on N. West Ave., El Dorado, AR 71730. I order the same thing every week. This week when I placed my order and the cashier gave me my change, she short changed me. When I held up my receipt she said I know I owe you a dollar. She knew right off the bat that she had short changed me. In fact she owed me $1.23 but I did let the 23 cents slide.

Everytime I go to this Burger King they are always out of something, whether it is tomatoes, or onions. I am beginning to question the staff's loyalty to Burger King. If they don't want to make the customers happy why should the customer visit Burger King. This is not just once or twice a month that they are out of something. It is everyweek. The person who does the ordering should have gotten better at their job by now.

Bad Service/Management
I've given this particular store more chances than it deserves. Always been greeted by very rude staff, who obviously do not want to be there or be bothered by the customer, this has been EVERY time I been there. And this is only the tip of the issues with this store.

Orders have been wrong more than not, when I brought back a Whopper that had onions on it one time, the cashier yelled at me, actually YELLED at me.

This last time was this morning, at 10:00 am, I asked if they were serving lunch yet, and the always so rude staff rolled her eyes, shook her head, and sternly said "No, 10:30!" So trying to be polite, I just said, "Ok, I will come back" and she flipped her hand at me and said"No matter to me".

I just looked at her, and said, "No, I will not come back, ever, and I am reporting this store to your corporate office", and she actually laughed and said "I don't give a sh*t"

So, if you like to be treated like crap, get your order wrong, and have a bad experience, the go to this BK.

If not, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

incorrect order and missing food
my husband and i purchased 3 triple whoppers and 2 double cheesebugers and 1 deluxe burger the deluxe burger had no meat
the double cheeseburgers was single and the 3 triple whoppers was jr whoppers i am very disppointed and will not be shopping at burger king no more the cashiers are rude and selfish.

I am like an elephant...I never forget. I was highly offended by the nasty ads and no matter how much you change, I will always remember you as putting them out. So, I will never buy anything at a Burger King again...NEVER ! ! !6e52a

Low Customer Satisfaction
I was reading about how Burger King is losing customers. They think it's all about losing their "Super Fans" to the economy. Their problem is in 4 areas. #1. Marketing has gone mad! They run commercials that seem to compete with Hardees in the "idiotic" sense. What happened to "normal" people who like to eat fast food? Their ads do not represent me or even people that I know. #2. What ever happened to "have it your way"? Try ordering a Whopper with extra pickles or no onion and you'll get a look that could kill. If not from the cashier, from the cooks that can be seen from the counter. Then again from the person who calls out your order. "Whopper extra pickles and no onions"???? It is as if they want the other people who have been waiting in line to know that it as "you" who slowed down the burger making process. 3. Kids. What happened to the days of the Kids Club? Where is the focus on children? Who do they think encourages Mom and Dad to go out and eat? 4. To me the most important influence as to why I eat at Burger King only 2-3 times a year (vs. when I used to eat there 2-3 times a week) is that they changed their french fry recipe. They did this several years ago and I tried to hang on as a loyal Super Fan. Now I have get my french fry fix at McDonalds. I later asked a Manager why they changed the fry recipe. He indicated the fries got an extra 3 minute hold-time and required less salting by the employees. So, they sacrificed me as a customer over cold fries that don't go limp? ... and a seasoning issue? I'm glad McDonalds didn't go drastic on us.

rude service from Brooke
Brooke doesn't like my daughter for personal reasons and she's been harrassing her for several months so when my daughter went in there for lunch one day brooke waited on her and practically threw her food at her to the point that she almost shoved it across the counter into the floor. After that she was behind the counter staring and snickering at my daughter and her friend while they were eating and making them very uncomfortable. She also keyed my daughter's car at some point and then called the cops on my daughter b/c she said my daughter threw something on her car. It turns out that the cop she called was best friends with brooke's mother. So this girl is 21 and my daughter is underage and brooke is using the cops to get away with whatever she wants to do. Now we cannot even eat at burger king for fear of getting our food spit in. Someone needs to put a stop to this because burger king is losing a lot of money because we used to get food there every time we went to a fast food restaurant.

customer service
I went to your store located on Goldenrod and curry ford road in orlando florida, 32822. I went to the drive through, I did not recieve my bacon double cheese burger that came with my meal. My husband went inside with the bag and reciept to show them that they did not give it to us. the manager did not believe him and gave him a hard time. well, they gave him the burger but when I checked, it was a whopper Jr. so I went back inside again and showed it to them. the man had told me that is how it came, which was not! I went to walk out with the hamburger because he wanted to argue with me about it. as I walk away it fell out of my hand and all the workers, including the manager at the time started to laugh. They did not even fix my order or replaice it when they were wrong in the first place. I have been there before with the same manager and have had similar problems with my order. They are very un-professional and act like they are under the influence of drugs. I have worked in the food service field and know that what they did was absolutely un-called for! Service
I was at Burger King in Mayodan, NC today and I was disguisted! The service was slow, the employees were preparing the food and DID NOT have on rubber gloves, and the dining room was filthy! At the bar where you make your drinks and get napkins, ketchup, etc. was not stocked. There weren't any little white cups to get ketchup, hardly no napkins, and the tea keg was empty.<br />
When I asked for tea, she was very rude and she really got upset when I asked for cups for ketchup. She gave me 4 packs of ketchup and told me "she didn't have time to get some cups, but thanks for telling me they are out." The dining room looked like it had not been swept and mopped all week. It is not unusual to go there after dark and see most of the employees standing outside smoking and there will be customers inside waiting to order or waiting for food. I don't know what kind of management they call themselves having, it seems to me that management needs to be re-evaluated. I wish I had pictures to send. The next time I go over there, I will have my camera.

Never again
I went to the Mount Pleasant Texas Burger King (drive thru) with my son. After paying and waiting for my food, I asked the girl at the window if they had a nutritional information pamplet that I could pick up. She said she thought they had some inside. I asked her to find out for me so she turned around and asked the man standing behind her. He (the manager) stuck his head out the window and told me that there was some inside if I wanted to come inside to get one!

I will absolutely NEVER go back to Burger King again! That was pure laziness and stupidity on the store managers part. I asked his name and was told it is Steve...no last name.

Poor Sewrvice Service

My name is John Diaz, I am a District Leader for Quick Chek Food Stores and a Citizen of Kearny New Jersey...My Kids and I, we love to Go to our Burger King Location and we bought hundred's of dollars in Burger king meals for the last 13 years and today, my daughter and I, we were rudely treated by the staff or what I guess they call staff at the Burger King on Kearny NJ 07032 on Passaic Av.. I was yelled at through the drive thru window to "PULL AWAY ALREADY" and "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR"! the cashier name is Patricia C.!! I called to let the manager know and when she finished laughing she told me that she thought I was over reacting and I could call corporate but it meant nothing.YMy daugther is 11 years old only and she is afraid to go back to this location...I will go to Wendy's now...With this economy situation and the budget you are triyng to heat, I do not think that with cashiers like Patricia you wilkl be able to reach your customer count target...I will talk to my family my friends my coworkers...You are loosing not only one customer but more...
I will not return and either will family or friends. I am offering customer service for the last 7 years and the way how patricia talk to me and my daughter is not going to make me come back any more...I plan on posting something in our local news paper. Treating paying customers like this is unacceptable.
