I NEED TO SPEAK WITH MS. JACQUI RANKINS ABOUT A LOT OF PROBLEMS AT STORE 6057

Got a receipt for a purchase and on the back it gave a phone no. to call to get an authorization no. for a free sandwich. Went in to the store in Princeton, W. Va. and was charged for the sandwich.
Is this a scam or what. I called the store and talked to the manager with no satisfaction. It isn't the cost it is that the manager told me because we used a coupon from the paper for free funnel cakes the offer on the back of the receipt is not valid. THEN WHY DIDN'T THE CLERK WAITING ON US TELL US THAT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE? It, in my opinion is a rip off so they do not have to give the more expensive item to the cistomer.

On the 9th January I went into the Burger King on Queen St in Cardiff, I queued up and ordered a vegetarian burger and handed the cashier the money. He said it would be a few minutes so I went and waited at the side, twenty minutes later my burger still hadn't been given to me so I went up and asked where it was. Their response was to deny that I had ever ordered a vegetarian burger, the manager came over and backed up his staff who were lying and said that I wouldn't be getting one! I consequently took down the guys names, krashina and dino and left, I will never be going back!

Everytime we go to the Burger King on rte 47 in Glassboro we have problems. The service has been rude on more than 1 occasion. No rolls one night, no burgers another . One night they asked to pull up and they would bring the order out to the car. After waiting 25 minutes I had to go in and get my order. Not once in 20 visits has the order been right ! I have called the manager several times to complain.

I just had the worst whopper ever. My three year old could have made less of a mess and made sure to use lettuce that was not brown. It was terrible. If it wouldn't have taken me more than 15 minutes to take it back I would've but was at work. Fort Bliss El Paso Tx. Won't be going there anymore. One lost customer for Burger King.
