Customer eating without shoes
I visited the Burger King in San Diego and saw there was a customer eating without shoes. I complained to the Burger King crew and advised me they would handle it. I reminded them once again, and they told me they are not allowed tell the customer anything. I was surprised there was no sign saying no shirt, no shoes, no service, but this is obvious as this customer was disgusting to see while once eats.

burker king as a whole
i recently went to burger king in dundee on the kings way, the service was awful the shop was disorganised, staff were being lazy when asked to fill up napkins, cup lids, sauces the member of staff said no. tables needed cleared and there was only three tables in at the time loads of staff so they there was plently of staff to be clearing tables and replacing items that had ran out so the place just looked grubby and i wont be returning. on top of all this its far to over priced.

Never gets a order right
On my ticket my order is right but none of the burger are done right, I asked for onion rings I got frys, didn't even ask for cheese on 2 of the burgers there is cheese, asked for chicken fries I got chicken nuggets, asked for coke don't even know what I got. Ordered 5 drinks and did not get any straws, the list goes on. A $30 order you would think they would try to read the ticket right to get the order right. When I called to talk to the manager I could hardly understand him, then he said ( what do you want me to do about it) then I just got pissed. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, so I guess for now on I will have to drive to a better one to make sure I get my order right.

Derogatory comments by drive-thru employee
On Thursday night, May 4, 2011, I went to the Burger King on Inman Avenue, Edison, NJ to order some food. The drive-thru worker's words were very difficult to understand because of the static radiating from her mike. I had asked if the diet coke could have flavor because the last time I had been there it was flat with no taste. Upon reaching the take-out window, a very rude and ill-mannered teenage girl greeted me. Mind you, I had an eight-year old in the backseat of my car, who could hear everything. She asked if I wanted catsup and ?? I said, "No, salt." She turned her back to the window and said, "Do you have an attitude problem?" I asked if she was speaking to me and very fresh said, "Yes." I asked to speak to the manager and a teenage boy came to the window. I asked if he was the manager and his answer was no. While this is going go, the window person was ranting and raving having to work. The manager came to the window and I told her my story. All the while, the worker is making comments, which ended with her calling me a fucking bitch. I brought this to the manager's attention and the manager informed me that the worker was speaking to her.

Bad service bad food
I just left Burger King On Josey off of Beltline In Carrollton Tx...The food is terrible the service is bad today is May 6th at 7pm. I am ashamed of the way the restrnt had gone downhill I have been going there for years. I asked my grandson to get us some napkins. I watched the employee look right at him and would not wait on him. He took about 7 peoples orders why he just stood there. Finally I had to get up and leave my other smaller grandson at the table unattended to get loud and demanding to get napkins. There is not reason for that. I am not going back to this Burger King and I thing the health department needs to check in on them and the corporate manager too. That was gross food and sorry service...

Customer Service
I have gone to the Burger King at 35th & Grant in Gary Indiana several times. Every time I pull up at the drive thru, they make me pull forward to wait on my order no matter how small it is. They have also commented on my race several times. I am a Caucasian and most of their employees are African American. I have asked for a breakfast sandwich to be made a special way because I have servious ulcers. They always say they can't do that; however, I have seen them give others a special made sandwich. I thought Burger King advertisements say "Have it your Way." When I go to another Burger King that is further away from where I live, they make my order any way I want it, as long as it is within reason and serve to me with a smile. The lady at the drive thru on the early morning shift is very rude and I have complained about her service before; however, nothing is ever done about it because nothing has changed with her customer service. I used to go there every day, now I go to McDonalds accross the street because their customer service is much better. If you can solve this problem for me, I will be happy to return to this Burger King in the future. The employees there definately have a problem with my race and I don't appreciate that.

Ripoff Bad Food
Me and a coworker just got off work, we decited for some stupid reason that we would get Whoppers for diner. He was going to eat at my house and seeing how I have 3 kids I ordered 7 whoppers. We pulled up to the window where there was a girl whose brother was once a person that I didn't get along with. She started her stuff about how I treated him so bad, I told her she just needs to get my food and shut up. She said and I quote 'We will see about that food' and she walked toward the kitchen. We got our food from a differant cashier and went home, only to find the burgers looked like they just came out of the trash. Me and my co-worker called the manager in charge that day( someone I didn't get along with anyway) he stated that is was my problem, we can not and will not give me my money back or exchange the burgers, even though not a bite was taken from them, and I had my recipt. So I took some pics. I don't know what to do from here, if anyone knows I still have the burgers and the recipt, but they still won't talk to me about it.

Aweful Service.
I was at Burger King Saturday morning 925 a.m. I waited until 945 for my food got not one apology and after she took 10 minutes to come up to me when she was fooling around inside at the front desk. She told me that the hash browns were going to be a few minutes! I was furiated! I was not only late for work because of this jam but when I reach in the bag to eat my food everything except the hashbrowns were COLD! UNEXCEPTABLE. I will NEVER eat at BK agian this is rediculous and wrong.

Worst chicken sandwich EVER!!!!
I just had to say that I bit into the worst piece of chicken ever!!!I dont know if it was spoiled or what but I literally almost threw it up after 2 bites!I tink I may have given up chicken after this!

buck double went up
I just went to buy a buck double and it is now $1.29 that is a 29% increase. I wish freakin fast food companies would just admit that they are raising prices and leave it there instead of hiding it behind marketing it would make me respect them more.
