Incompetent staff
Today, my father went inside a Burger King on Milgen Road to get a few Whoppers, fries, and two sodas. Normally our experience here is an excellent one (one of my friends works there as a cashier) but this time wasn't very good at all. Here's why:

1. 60% of the order was messed up (We ordered three burgers with only lettuce, tomato, and onion, but they put everything on them) The only things they got right was the fries and drinks (which is self serve)

2.Upon eating one of the burgers, my mother found a black hair, which makes me question their sanitation standards.

3.Ridiculously long wait time. This is inexcusable due to the order being wrong.

Like I said, we don't usually have this bad of an experience at this location, but this one is unacceptable. At least the staff was nice and didn't have any attitude.

Glacial drive-up service
12/3/09 7:33 -7:57 p.m. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru, I asked the florid-faced girl in the window how much longer it would be before my sandwich arrived. she said they were short staffed & she was sorry. I figured the were under-manned because I'd already spent my 25 minutes waiting. (It is unusual to need reading material in any drive-up). She didn't know how much longer it would be. I was disinclined to wait any longer or to pay for food with this vague a delivery time, Coupled with the need to use a bathroom, after such a long wait, I went next door. Someone should paddle the manager @ this location. I did NOT stop back a 2nd time to see if the wait was shorter. My freetime is precious to me.

Star Trek Glasses
My son and grandsons purchased 3 of the Star Trek glasses from a promotion that burger King had. Two of the glasses broke while I was washing them. The first one cut my hand and did not require stitches. The second one I washed broke in my hand requiring me to go the the emergency room to get 6 stitches in my left hand. Where these cheaply made glasses? I have been doing dishes for over 30 years and have never injured myself. And to be injured twice both time on these glasses makes me wonder?

New Moon Promotion giveaway
I went to Burger King in Claymont, Delaware on Sunday November 29, 2009 and I ordered the six sliders meal, hoping to get my "New Moon fan pack" as the commercial says. I got the six sliders, the french fries, and the soda, and no fan pack...now, I had to go to work, or I'd have gone back inside and pushed the issue, but didn't the commercial say "get a 'Twilight Saga: New Moon' fan pack with the purchase of any slider value meal?" I'm not imagining? If that's the case, you should be able to get your free stuff with a medium size, and not have to upsize to get the stuff. Really! I'm shocked! Oh wait, no I'm not. Get it together Burger King, and give me my stuff, pronto, or I will take it to the BBB

Charging for items included in a sandwich
When ordering a sandwich where, on the menu, it says what the sandwich includes...why should I have to pay extra for it? The menu says the american chicken sandwich comes with tomato and cheese...Why am I being charged extra for it if it's supposed to be included. This isn't the first time I've been charged extra for things that are supposed to be included and I know I'm not the only one either. I love BK food, but I won't pay extra for included items.

Never again
My wife and I went to burger king and ordered a cup of coffee and two croissan'wiches. As soon as I made the turn to go out on the road, the lid from the coffee came off and spilled all over my wife's leg burning her with at least first degree burns.The first layer of skin peeled off about the size of an apple on her thigh. Why in the hell do these morons at fast food joints make the coffee so HOT. There must be some kind of temperature gage somewhere on the coffee maker, you know NON-BOILING. I am actually glad she did not drink it. She would have had first degree burns on her lips and mouth. Thanks, Burger King you lost another customer. Didn't an old lady sue Mcdonalds for the same thing ten years ago? You think these places would understand this by now, but I guess their too big to care. Farewell, fast food, never again.

Very Poor Service
I pulled up to burger kings drive thru, the girl started off with, we only have whoppers, french fries and fried foods. so i ordered a #2 which is a double burger meal. as im trying to finish saying what i wanted, she cut me off to ask s, m, or large? so i answered lg. then she wanted to know if that completed my order. well, what was she going to serve for a drink? and did i want onion rings or fries or was she going to listen to anything else i said? then i continued to try to tell her what i wanted to drink. then she cut me off again and wanted to know if that would complete my order. i said no and tried giving my second selection. she again cut me off before i could finish and asked the same questions. so i had to wait until she finally shut up and stopped cutting me off to finish my second selection. then i tried to order my third selection and she cut me off so much i just told her thats all and drove to the window to finish my order. i asked her to add another whopper to my order and she just turned away and started taking another order, told me how much i owed and i just finally gave up and took what i could get. the drinks had only a small amount of ice in them so i asked for more ice. again i was completely ignored. there was barely any ice in the drinks. she handed them out even after hearing me ask for more ice. i know she heard me because she made a point to stop and lookook straight at me while asking her. well, i didnt get my order but i did get the other 2 orders so i paid and left.
when i arrived home i called the manager and talked to him. he just said yes maam, yes maam and nothing else. i said so you dont care about what your customers want? he said nothing so it seemed that he was just going to hang up without even trying to resolve the problem. i said well i guess i wont be back to your store anymore and he said whatever you want to do. i asked him to make sure i understood what he just said and i asked him specifically, "so are you saying you dont care about what your customers order? and he said yes maam. i then said i would take my complaint to burger king complaints.
IS THIS WHAT IS MEANT BY "HAVE IT YOUR WAY?" no one wants to be shut off when they open their mouth, especially when they are only ordering food from a food vender. this is not the first time this has happened at this store.
i have not been to this store for about a year for this reason. you would think there might be some improvement made in that amount of time.

everything bad..
This is the only location of BK that i have gone to in several years mainly because it is so close to my home. Over the past 10 years, service has been AWFUL at this (Levittown, PA) location. Of course its mainly teenagers that work there during the hours that i usually went there. I am an understanding person and know they have other things on their mind. But hey cmon, if your going to work why not make an attempt to do it correctly? i've been shortchanged money and food on many occasions. A few times i went through the drive through but EVERY single time i did that, something was missing from my order. I would get home and not have enough food and my children being little would start crying. Of course i'd have to pack them all up in their carseats and return to the store, go inside and get what they left out. So i learned my lesson and started going INSIDE to get my order instead of the drive through hoping if i did that, my food order would be correct. As it turns out, it didnt matter. i still had to check my bags before leaving. Then with 3 kids in tow, i'd be lucky to make it to the car with my drink carrier and two bags which was no easy feat!<br />

So, i stopped going to BK. As the kids grew older, we frequented the fast food places very seldom. But when we did, I always drove the extra distance (out of my way) just to get to McDonalds. Then one day recently, i thought well its been several years now, maybe i'll try out BK again and give it a shot. BIG MISTAKE! I went inside paid for my food and checked my bags there at the counter. 2 items were missing. I told the girl and she went and got the items and then said, "$3.59 please". i said "EXCUSE ME?, I just paid you BEFORE and now i have to give you MORE money? for what?" you gotta be kidding me...i was so angry, i grabbed my stuff and left. NO MORE BK EVERRRR! they never have any ketchup anyway. if it wasnt for the place being a hangout for the high school kids next door, that place would have been out of business a long time ago i'm sure.

not treated good at all
HI MY NAME IS JUDY IM DISABLE I WENT TO BURGER KING RESTURANT ON FRIDAY I BROUGHT LUNCH FOR ME AND MY SON AND A FRIEND AND THE CASHIER RANG IN THE WRONG AMOUNT AND SHE CLEAR IT THEN CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN SO I DIDNT THINK ABOUT IT UNTIL I GOT HOME SO THEN CALL THE RESTURANT AND THE MANAGER I TALK THAT NIGHT DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO SO SHE SAID SHE WOULD CK INTO IT WOULD CALL ME BK SO I STAY UP WAITING FOR THE CALL SO SATURDAY MORNING I CALL I WAS TALKING TO ONE WOMAN THEN ANOTHER WOMAN CAME ONLINE DIDNT TELL HER NAME BUT SHE WAS VERY RUDE SHE CLAIMS THAT SHE DIDNT SEE A CHARGE FOR WHAT I TOLD HER SO I LOOK AT MY BANK STATEMENT THEY LET IT GO THRU SO I NEED TO TALK DISTRICT MANAGER FOR THIS STORE ITS ON MAIN ST IN OSHKOSH I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO HIM PERSONAL TELL HIM HOW I FELT VERY MISS TREATED THE WHOLE TIME NOT ONE OF THE MANAGER SAID THEY WERE SORRY THAT THIS HAPPEN, , , SO PLEASE HAVE THE DISTRICT MANAGER OF THIS STORE CALL ME PLEASE OR LEAVE A MESSAGE ON PHONE I HAVE ANSWER MACHINE...VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

Double Cheese Burger
They say on their commercials that there double cheese burger, has two slices of cheese on it but all Burger Kings are instructed to only put one slice on it. Can you imagine how much money BK saves by ripping people off that way..
