Accuracy of Orders, Speed of Service, and Cleanliness of Employees
1.) ACCURACY OF ORDERS
I really love Burger King food . . . when it is correct. I usually order a Whopper with Cheese, with ketchup and mayo only. The last several times in a row when I have ordered this from the Burger King in Vincennes, Indiana, I have not received what I wanted.

I usually order from the drive-thru, so I don't want to hold up the line by opening up the bag of food, opening up the sandwhich, and examining it. I would want to think that I am getting what appears on the screen when I order.

Also, one evening after work, I stopped to pick up a Tendercrisp Value Meal for a friend. I got a Strawberry Shake (very similar sounding words??), and when I returned it, I was told to pull forward, and it would be delivered to me in about 5.5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had to park the car and go in to find out where my food was. After waiting for several more minutes for someone to come to the counter, I asked them for my order, and the employee said, "Oh, you're still waiting on that? I thought we brought it out to you." The girl who had taken the order at the drive thru looked at me and said, "Oh, no, " like she forgot to put my order in at all.

Today, at the Washington, Indiana, Burger King, I ordered my usual meal, and I received an incorrect sandwhich once again. The smell of it made me so sick I couldn't eat it once I took off all the additional, unwanted toppings.

2.) SPEED OF SERVICE
I can expect at least a 10 minute or longer wait every time I go to the Burger King in Vincennes. I can be the only one in the line, and somehow, it still takes that long. When I get the food, it is not hot, so they cannot say the wait was for the food to cook.

3.) CLEANLINESS OF EMPLOYEES
When a cook takes off his hat, scratches his head, little flakes fly out everywhere, and he then resumes his job, you have to wonder what gets into the food.

I can go to a sit-down, Mexican restaurant, order from people who do not speak English well, and get a better tasting/correct order in less time than at Burger King, a fast-food restaurant, where the people who take my orders speak perfect English! Don't expect any more of my business, Burger King. I've wasted enough money.

Poor Service
On Nov 01, 2009 at 1045 a.m. I visited a Burger King in Hope Mills NC, at 3012 Hope Mills Rd. I was refused the opportunity to purchase from the lunch menu. Reason given by cashier is her supervisor told her to let me know she was not ready. So, I stated I was willing to place my order and wait. I was then refused again to be given that option. I ask to speak with the manager and she refuse to come to the front counter. I then ask for her name, she simply sent a message stating her name was Wykia. I then ask for a last name or spell the first name. I was told all I needed to know was Wykia. I am not sure if the spelling is correct, I found this to be very poor business management. Service was due by a particular time, and when it was not available no explanation was given. Only a statement of "you can buy from the a.m. menu or not by the manager". If the manager has an business attitude of this nature, what type of influence will this be on the employees to follow her lead. This has help me to re-evaluate eating at Burger King. I hope this manager will receive some education in Business etiquette.

no shakes 3 week in a row
Apparently the shake machine is broken every night after 1pm. 3rd straight week with the same explaination on a Saturday Night.

service and food
I ordered food for 3 adults and one kid dine in there was hair in the food the soda was out of flavor the apples in the kids meal were rotten the food was cold the person at the counter was very unproffesional and when i complained about the hair in my food the boos was very snotty and said just one hair and the apple fries were brown i could not believe this burger kingstore number 16023 in tonopah nevada 89049 only one there it is a waste dont eat there they must not care if they sale food i could not believe this place

Service/incomplete order
Today I went to a burger king at least 20 miles away from my house. My son had a football game in that area and afterwards we went to Burger King to eat. I placed my order from the drive-thru window and I ordered 2 hershey's pies for my kids. I got about 10 minutes down the road and realized that my pies were not in my bag. I tried to call to this burger king store 7 times before i was actually able to speak to someone. They told me that i needed to come back to that particular store and redeem my pies. I asked the person who i spoke to the phone if they could call the BK restaurant closer to my house and arrange for me to get my pies there. He informed me he couldn't (without even checking) and they were part of a different franchise or something. He told me that I needed to come back to that particular restaurant to get my pies. I went to the BK restaurant near my house and they basically told me the same thing. I am still not satisfied with the service I received. My complaint is: My pies were $2.78. It would have cost me more in gas to go back to that restaurant than to just pick up my pies at the BK restaurant that is 2 minutes from my house. The lack of customer service that I had, it was unacceptable. Had these two restaurants been communicating with each other I could have possibly received my pies and been a satisfied customer. I am quite sure that it would not have hurt these two stores financially to have given me two pies, I had already paid at another restaurant!

The workers and the food
Why does Burger King hire the scum of the earth? Really, some of the worst trailer trash people work at BK. The burgers are also is uncooked. 15 years ago the food was good. Today the burgers don't taste good at all. So much for charred broiled, MORE LIKE FROZEN THEN MICROWAVED FOR 10 SECONDS. Vomit, is it any wonder they are closing all their stores, one by one.

Slow and Poor Service
The last four times I went to this store the service was unbearably slow and poor. If there were another store in town I would go to it and never go to this store again (Store # 2472). With just four customers ahead of you, it takes over 15 minutes to place your order and receive your food. The third time I went the cashier was putting on lip bum while running the register. She took my order and when I got it I did not look at it until I went home. The sandwich was not properly prepared. One of the buns was overlaping the other but not on top of each other. The lettus was in the wrapper and not on the bun. I ordered onion rings. The container was only half full. I also ordered apple pie. When I opened it, it was burnt until it was black on top and not edible. I did the survey, but it willnot let you talk to a live person. No one will answer as the store most of the time. I went back a forth time. Again it took almost 12 minutes to place the order and there were only four people ahead of me. I ordered my meal to go. So I waited and waited and watched all of the people ahead me leave and all of the people who placed their order after get thheir food. The cashier went to the food counter several times to check for my food but did not ask anyone where it was. After 12 to 15 minutes, I said "where is my food"? Only then did someone make my sandwich. I love Burger King food but the store #2472, the service is always very very poor and slow. The store appearance and cleanliness are always poor. I had stopped going to this store for over a year, but it is the only Burger King in town so I went back only to be disappointed and angered by the poor service. I have talked to several of my co-workers and they say they do not go there because of the poor service. I ask that someone from corporate headquarter visit this store unannounced and discharge the management and take corrective action the bring this store up to proper standards. I have no plans on visiting this store again until it is under new management and it can service its patrons in a timely manner and the store is well maintained.

coupon
I used a coupon for buy a Whopper get a free Whopper. I used it on a value meal, and they charged it as a single. So they got me on the soda and fries. A value meal is $5.39 plus 80 cents to make it a large. The way they did it they charged me extra on fries and soda. I explained that I always bought the value meal and got the free Whopper. It really not the money as much as the treatment I received.

Scammers
I was at Burger king an asked for the number 6 in the menu that is a chicken burger; I asked to have it with a SMALL milk shake, then I saw at the screen that they were charging me for a medium milk shake. I repeated my order thinking that they didnt hear me clearly, so their answer was that they are not allow to give you an small milk shake with the meal. It means that it is not my wayÂ…. The small milk shake was $1.79 and the medium milk shake is $2.29 the difference of .50 Â….. so it means that I will be wasting 50 cents, plus I will be wasting the food because I know what is my wayÂ….. I do not eat like a cow. And my way is not double or tripleÂ…. If I could have it my way that will be small. Other think imagine that every customer, every time is paying to this corporation .50 cents more, because it is the way the do it. The corporation is stolen money from their costumers to HAVE IT THEIR WAYÂ… no to HAVE IT YOUR WAY. Anyway I was upset; I got off of the car and I asked to talk to the manager, because the employee from the window was rude, because I didnt want the medium milk shake, and the manager response was that he can do anything that that is the way the computer have the prices and sizes fix. By the way the Burger King is in 34819 Pacific Hwy. So. Federal Way, WA 98003. I think that BK should train their managers better.
