EVERYTHING
What WASN'T bad about this experience?
Filthy store, employees with more hickeys than teeth, and a manager who clearly should have re-thought his decision to quit school at 8th grade.
My experience has way too many negative aspects to go into in this email.. but suffice to say, if you are ever in St. Joe and on Belt Hwy and see this BK.. KEEP GOING! You'd have a better experience re-swallowing your own vomit than dine here.

Terrible advertisement
I am complaining about the new advertisement that burger king has on with spongebob (no brain) and scantily dressed women dancing provocatively advertising kids meals. This is just unbelievable. Why would they use sex to sell a kids meal? What are they thinking, obviously they weren't because they will lose a lot of business because they are really upsetting and angering the mothers who are the ones that mostly take there kids to these food chains and I bet a lot will stop going to burger king because of this commercial, I know that I am not going there again. This is totally uncalled for, if they just used spongebob, that is was would make the kids want to go there, not the sexy women, I think this is for the fathers. Well, they are just being plain stupid because I guarantee its mostly mother that bring the children there so they are just hurting themselves.

the store
Went in on last friday 9-18-09 during lunch my mistake. There were 5 guys and all i heard was swearing and no food was beinig served. I orderd a #9 wich was chicken and got it large size. The chicken was crappy and the fries were stale. The chicken taseted like it was there for a while and it was mushy and really flimsy. the fires had no taste to them and were hard as a brick.
Then i deside to use the restroom and that was a adventure in its own. You know the sign on the back of the doors that show when the restroom was cleaned? it was marked for the hour i was there but the bathroom smelt like a nasty out house. I puked a little in my mouth and walked out and left my food on the table. DO NOT GO THERE.

bad experience
It was POURING down rain when I visited. I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings at the sign. Pulled up and paid at first window. Pulled up to second window and they asked "what was your order?" I told them. She said, "pull up to the next window." Before I pulled up I asked for ketchup and the girl looked at me like I was crazy and ignored me. I repeated, "Can i have some ketchup?" and she snarled, "I will put it in the bag". I pulled up and waited and waited. Cars behind me were getting their food and leaving. They brought me my food and I started to pull away while looking in the bag...NO onion rings, they had given me fries. I backed up and no one came to the window so I honked my horn. The snarling girl can to the window and I told her i ordered onion rings and handed her the fries and then I waited and waited. While waiting I noticed that I did not get a receipt and I needed a receipt. She brought me my onion rings and I asked for a receipt. I waited and waited and then she handed me the receipt while snarling at me. I asked to speak to the manager. A young man came to the window that looked all the world like a gang banger. I said, "I will never pull up to the third window again. I have had to open my window six times and look how wet it is inside my car". He smarted back, "we cant control the weather". I started to argue that they could put up a better overhang but knew it was useless to bring that up. I told him, "Ok, forget about the rain thing that is not what my complaint is..." Then he cut me off and said, "you were complaining about the rain and your car being wet, I suggest you come inside next time". I said, "my complaint is about being sent to the third window and being forgotten about, then getting the wrong order...". Then he cut me off again and said "you were complaining about the rain, I don't have time for this i am busy". Then I lost it and yelled, "write your f---ing name on the receipt so I can complain to the manager later". He snatched the receipt out of my hand and disappeared. Then he comes back to the window holding a cell phone to his ear and says, "I am calling the police." We bicker back and forth a few minute with me continuing to ask his name... finally he says "J.D." and I drive off.

Wrong Order
I went to the Burger King today 9/16/09 on wheeling island in wv. This is the third time in a row they have gotten my order wrong. Today I ordered several burgers when I got home there were burgers missing, And the burgers I did get were cold... I ordered tots and when I got home I had cold fries... The man ahead of me brought his order back it was also wrong. What can I do to next time get what I ordered?

It is cheaper to order extra and throw away1
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, advertised for $3. I did not, however, want the sausage on them. Logic would dictate that if you remove an ingredient, especially meat, the cost should be cheaper - but not more. I was told however, that I *had* to have the meat to get the price! This is no joke! I asked if I could get the sausage patties on the side, and I could throw them out, and was told that was the only way to get the promotional price. So, I litterally took the sauages patties out the bag, and threw them away.

Rude
My husband has lots over 150 lbs by going to Bk for the last 3 years. He has gone there 3 times a day everyday. But if I continue to get bad service as we have been getting lately we will stop and go else where. The service has been very very slow lately. And they are often rude. My experience tonight was waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker before they even acknowledge that I was waiting and then said I will be with you soon. Again after 3 more minutes I finally Got how can I help you. I had to tell her 3 times the kind of dressing I needed, and that made her upset. Then she repeated back to me my order and got it wrong then we did it again, and finally got it right. She was very rude also. Then when I asked if the malene was working she said no, and then another manager came over and rudly asked me what I ordered and before I could answer she walked away. Again if this is how people treat there paying customers well we will go else where. Again if you can aford to lose customers like us then we have no problem not coming back. What happened to all the good people that worked there???

Upsizing
So far I've seen this new marketing strategy at Burger King and Arby's. It's a new marketing technique that they try to make their customers upsize the value meals without them realizing it. Normaly, when you order a value meal you get a medium drink and fries. Now with Arby's and Burger King you get a small drink and fries with your value meal. It's still the same size as the old medium size. When ordering your value meal now, they'll say, " Would you like that small, medium or large?". People are use to saying and wanting medium size. Once you order it medium though, your upsizing it. Yeah, it's not much to the customer to upsize a meal but it's good money to the business and they're doing it in a sleezy sneaky way.
Has anyone else see this before? Do you think it's kinda sneaky the way their doing it?

2- ordered chichen sandwichs with fries both served cold andbarlyeatably
the fries were exchanged
but we choked downt the sandwiches
worst food we have had and we eat out lots but not bk anymore

Bad customer Service/bad food
This Burger King is on the corner of Old National Hwy and Godby Rd. in College Park Ga. This is a low income neighborhood where some merchants expect the customers in this area to accept any kind of treatment. I went to this location on September 3rd between 10:30 and 11 am. I stood at the register for 5min. before anyone took my order. They were out of biscuit sandwiches (breakfast) so I opted for a whopper with "Only lettuce, only tomato, only ketchup and only lettuce. I hate fast food mayonnaise. The sandwich was slathered with it. Two people came in after me and they both received their order before me. When I did pick up my order, as I left the counter the kitchen crew errupted in jungle animal sounds (ie baboon, elephants, dogs etc). It was loud. The manager was right there and did nothing. I had a very busy morning ahead of me and was planning my next few stops when I started to feel queasy. That's when I noticed the sandwich had mayo. I had already noticed that the meat was cold. I spoke to a Mr. Darrell Hatfield (alleged regional manager) who promised he would refund my money and provide a complimentary meal when I returned. Neither of these things occured. I'm still waiting
