Food poisoning at SJC airport (May 15th 2009)
I had never had food poisoning in my life until I ate at Burger King on May 15th 2009 at the San Jose, CA airport. I had a bacon, egg & cheese croissantwhich & the bacon tasted aweful. What ran through my head? "I've been eating Burger King for years. It's never made me sick before." Oh, stupid naive little girl. How do I know it was BK? Well considering I had dinner w/ my husband the night before & he wasn't sick. I also started making trips to the bathroom only 2 hrs after eating the break-ya-fast poison crud from BK!
I had to fly again very early the following morning & the slight illness that had been creeping up on me since the day before finally full on attacked me! After missing 2 lay over flights I finally got the plane w/ my sister & explained that she had to take me to the hospital after we arrived at our destination. For the 1st time in my life I wanted the plane to fall from the sky & put me out of my misery. I literally thought I was going to die a slow & painful death!
You've lost a customer for LIFE!! Burn in hell BK...burn in hell!

I ordered a whopper w/ cheese, they say you can have it your way, I asked for it to be fresh, when I got home, the burger had been one that was sitting out and cold. I warmed it up cause it was too far to drive back, the next day I was on the toilet all day, and I mean all day. I know it was the mayo from sitting out so long. By afternoon i called the BurgerKing to let him know about what had happened, I didnt want anything but to let the manager know that they cant serve them old burgers to customers because leaving a staff meeting 3 times in one hour is not cool. The managar was so rude, he was like "how do you know it was from the burger, are you telling me that is all you ate all day" I was like yes thats all I had that night and I had not ate anything this morning because I had been so sick. The manager tells me " my story is hard to believe about not eating anything else" I told him, is this about what I ate all day or are you listening to me about my complaint. He then said to me, " well what do you want me to do about it" I was like who is your manager, he told me to call back tomorrow and find out! I called corporate headquarters on that and went in to see his manager Brenda the next day. I will follow up on that, cause thats what I want to do.

changing stations?
Today I stopped at Burger King to get dinner with my 15 month old daughter. After the meal, I realized she needed a diaper change. Unfortunately, the bathrooms did not offer diaper changing stations that most restaurants do offer. Because I was no where near home, I had to change her diaper in the trunk of my car. I'm sure this was a very appealing sight to the customers waiting in the drive-thru line, but I saw no other option. For a restaurant that offers a kids' menu and claims to be family friendly, it really wasn't for us!!

Salted food
I have been told by my Doctor that my blood pressure was higher than any figures he had seen. The restaurant at which I eat has been putting additional salt on my food. I dont mean like salt on the french fries. I mean on a fish sandwich or a whopper they add so much salt when I show up that it is non- eadible at times. (Althought out of hunger I ate it knowint they had porpusely salted my food.) Ur staff is full of bigots. Urs is not the only restaurant I ve caught doing this to my food. But I thought maybe u should know u have a problem with ur people in Fort Myers and the East Fort MYers Store. I dont know maybe u dont care if ur people r poisoning people with salt and I dont mean the natural salt that comes on the food . The last time I was in the Cleveland ave store across from the Edsion Mall I ordered a Fish sandwich. They had added so much salt to the tarter sauce I couldnt eat it. But I noticed no one else who ws eating one had the problem. It hs been over a month since I went to ur store so it will do no good to scold anyone now. U have such a high turnover of people anyway. Like the other restaurants that have been doing thsi to my food I have stopped going there except when I felt I had to eat something. Since ur probably a bigot to this wont matter and ull delete this email. But I wont be the only one God may judge.

Bad Service and Dirty Conditions
This is not the first time .. but the time .. I just could not stand still and do nothing. We went into the Burger King in Mt. Shasta, Ca after Church today around 12:30 pm. There was no one at the counter to take our order. We were 2nd in line with others behind us. Others tried to get the attention of workers walking back and forth .. making orders .. but we were all just ignored! No response at all! Not even ..."someone will be with you in a moment" .. or anything. They (More than 3 employees) just acted like we were not there! Finally when someone did come to the counter to take our orders ... Some comments was made (not nice) ... After that begining experience .. we sat down to a dirty table to look around at dirty walls, floor, chairs, etc. Makes you wonder what condition the kitchen is in.
Never again ...even if it is my grandaughter's Birthday! Cutsomer Lost! I will make sure the word is passed along also!

refusal of service
This morning, at 10:29 A.M., I attempted to purchase breakfast at the
Burger King mentioned above. As I approached the counter, the
manager blocked the breakfast menu and declared that the time for
ending the meal was 10:30 A.M.
An employee questioned the time and said that they thought it was
11:00 A.M. for the cut-off time for breakfast.
The whole matter was handled rudely. I am extremely disappointed
in the treatment that I received.

Can't have it my way
Big sign in front of Burger King, Church Street, Hazleton PA. $1 Double Cheesburgers. I entered the drive thru at 11:15AM the only car in line. I don't care for their type of cheese so I ordered two burgers hold the cheese. The kid on the other end of the line said "hold the cheese?" and I confirmed this. ON the screen the order popped up two double hamburgers for 3.78. I corrected him and told him I wanted the double cheeseburgers at $1 each but minus the cheese.
He stated that this becomes the double hamburger at the price charged. I asked what happened to "have it your way" and he said I couldn't have it my way.
I asked to speak to the manager and he said I had to park the car and come in to talk to a manager. I reminded him that the purpose of a drive thru was so that I did not have to come in. I again asked to speak to a manager. He refused to get one for me.
Needless to say we all had McDonalds for lunch today and for many years to come.
You would think in these hard times they would be trying to keep customers, not drive them away. I wasn't asking for more on my sandwich but I acutally wanted LESS than they were offering. What a bunch of JERKS...

Customer Service
I lost the bet for dinner and off to Burger King I went. After ordering $27.44 in food in the drive thru, I get home to see that they forgot MY sandwich. My husband took the receipt and went to retrieve my sandwich after I called them and let them know we were coming to get it. When my husband returned home they were kind of enough to throw in a large fry for our inconvenience. That was nice. I opened my sandwich and it was wrong! I took it all the way back down to the store and they refunded my money for my SANDWICH. Now, I don't expect much nor did I get ignorant with anyone, I do however feel that after 2 trips down there that I should have gotten more than $3.xx for my time and inconvenience, as the manager told me that was all she could do for me. I never asked for any more than that. There are always going to be mistakes, but for those that keep going there should be a little more thrown in!

poor service
We have been going to this store for several years but the last few years have been mostly bad experiences. Out of soda, grill down, wrong food items, dirty soda fountain, filthy restroom, out of napkins, no ketchup, etc. come on any company should be aware of these repeated problems and fix them. Guess I need to learn to like fried burgers at the competition.

i come into this restaurant just about everday.i, ve noticed here lately the manager brenda waid has been bullying her employees.they will in just good moods and she will smart off to them to bring them down. she needs to go to anger management classes or go see doctor.
