Manager refused to make fish sandwich as advertised "your way"
When we placed our our we request a big fish with no bread and to add: mayo, pickle, catsup, and onion. The cashier accepted the order but when it go to the prep people the manger came out and refused to make it that way. Now mind you, we had ordered the same thing through the drive thru at this location only 2 weeks earlier with no problem. We got a refund and left the store...we will never go back there again!
What ever happened to "we make it your way"?
Suggestion: Retrain employees to have better customer service skills and to understand that the customer should be treated with respect and not disgust.

Awful quality food
I ordered #4 whopper junior meal--coke-frys with two bbq sauces!!no mayo-no special sauce- add pickle lettuce -tomatoe- August 5th--I ate it in my car in there parking lot---I drove to the store-picked up diapers-drove home which took 23 minutes. I walked into the house laid doen and immediately had excruciating pain in my stomach and esophagus-I was screaming in agony--then i started to vomit and have diarrhea simultaneously--I had shooting pains in my stomach and was so weak i could not move!!
My husband bought peptobismol-vernors ginger ale-zantac-gas x tablets-7-up-chicken soup --pedialyte-and i was so sick until 10th August.
I will never eat at the Main street and Ventura Avenue Burger King again. This cost us a lot in supplies to get well. I reported it to my doctor.
They should pay our out of pocket expenses!

Awful place
I went into burger King for a quick lunch. When I left I realized I forgot my wallet there so I went back. The workers claimed they did not see a wallet. Yet when i was there the first time and the second time there were no customers so it is very obvious who stole it. So I guess one of them will have fun today with the 400 dollars they made off with wich to pay off my tuition at college.

bad service
I went to the one of the Burger Kings in our town, we have a total of 3. Even though this Burger King is closer to my home I don't usually go because of the bad service you consistently get. I would rather go across to the other side of town to get better service. But I was in a hurry so I to this location. Again the service was horrible. They didn't get the order correct. We ordered whoopers, one with no mayo, onion, and no cheese. The other one we order no onion, add bacon and cheese. We received 2 extactly alike, with onion, mayo, but had no pickles. Nothing what we ordered. I am allergic to Mayonaise. So I could not eat my hamburger anyway. When you order they make you feel like your inconvenincing them. I know most fast food places can only get uneducated people or teenagers still in high school or college. But if you have to work at a fast food place have some pride. Treat other as you would want to be treated.

Disgusting food
First off, I'd like to say "Have it your way" is complete and utter false advertisement. Let me tell you "My Way". Here's all I want...I'd like my food to be fresh(not microwaved or reheated in old grease.) I'm not sure how hard that is to comprehend, but it must be. Countless times I have went to this Burger King and left highly disappointed. My food was either cold or rubbery from being reheated in the microwave or whatever it is they use. You would think by paying all this money on usually a weekly basis that they could atleast give you the satisfaction of having something fresh to eat. I called and complained to what they claimed to be the store manager and she didn't even care at all!! I told her I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and she basically told me that's fine. I also told her I'd just take my business somewhere else and again she said, and I quote "That's fine." It's unbelievable! This economy is so terrible as it is and then businesses could care less if their customers are satisfied? How do they expect to stay in business with such poor work ethics? I'd also like to know whether they're supposed to wear gloves while handling our food? We walked in today and watched them all touching our food with no gloves! One of the employees even licked his finger to get something and continued touching our food. When we got there they were just coming in from smoking. Not one of them washed their hands. Overall I'm highly disappointed and even disgusted with this place and hope enough people complain so they'll be closed or atleast under new management where they'll enforce some kind of rules and regulations.

Horrible Rude Service
I went thru the Drive thru was advised Cash only so I say ok arrive at window two ladies inside neither say one word then one bends down and stares at me no words so I hand her the cash in which she jerks from my hand and drops the change so the 2nd lady beside her glares at me and stares again not a word then ask the other girl "Did she just throw that at you"? The lady said no I didnt see the change and dropped it. so she stpas back away and stares me down again they hand me the food not saying a word then turn around and walked away frm the window and I said Thank you and the 2nd woman whom asked if I threw the chang jut shut the window in my face and gave me an dirty look. Never had someone be so rude to me and I did nothing Will not go back I hope both woman get fired.

Service
I went to Burger King To get a burger for my daughter. I stood ing line 10 minutes before my order was taken, then another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on the food. When I left all orders had been taken, but there were people lined all way down to the back of the building waiting on food. That has got to be the worse service in that area ...after all...it is fast food. Nothing fast there...I will not be going back anytimne soon or recomend for anyone else to either.

Discriminating commercial
Burger has gone way over the line with their recent commercial showing females shaking their behinds while the king uses a level to make sure their behinds are square. This is to promote a childrens' meal!!!. What has shaking butts in front of a camera to do with kids' meals. This is a disgrace to our intelligence and also of our children. I will not eat at Burger King again. Enough is enough.

I just saw the most aweful ads directed at kids for kiddy meals I have ever seen. Ladies shakinmg their asses and with phonebooks in ther pants. I am never never again going to do businesss withthem. Low life Godless people obviously.

Terrible place
On April 17, 29009, I was witness to a revolting incident, at your store No. 55; your Manager, Oscar, reprimended an employee - Yveto - in a very loud voice, yelling at her in front of all customers, that "She does not know how to work!". When she tried to give an explanation, he repeated: "I don't care!" All the customers in line and at tables were looking at the scene and looked flabergasted.
After finishing my lunch, I went back to the counter to place an order to go out. I asked the cashier Nelly if the Manager was always like that, she answered: "Yes, I have been working here for a week and he is always like that!" I then told her that the Manager has no right to treat an employee like in front of customers, she agreed and said "Thank you".
I then turned to the Manager and told him he was very rude with the employee and that I would report him to the Company. He answered, "Go right ahead!", instead of apologizing. Then, Yveta thanked me.
I feel that such scenes are detrimental to the good repulation of your enterprise and demonstrate discrimination against women. and I thought you would be interested in finding out the opinion of your customers.
