False advertised store hours
After a pleasant drive through the canyon I rolled past the quaint little town of Driggs, ID. The only visible restaurant open at 630 am was this Burger King. I stopped at the drive thru and was excited to order the blueberry muffins for breakfast. I sat at the order screen for a few minutes. The sign said Breakfast started at 600 am! Well, I rolled to the pickup window and knocked. The woman in an irritated mood opened the window. I asked what time they opened. Oh, they were open, but the food hadn't even been started yet! 20 more minutes until something was ready to serve! Let me just be honest, if your sign says you open at 600 am you need to be ready to serve at 600 am!

OK, I saw something on my facebook page. I takled to the person who posted it and she confirmed the statement made. I tried to contact Burger king to let them know this was happening but their sight makes it impossible to figure out how to contact them with a complaint or concern.
This is what was posted. "so today the boss says that when she leaves she is going to fire everyone and hire all new people who have to be trained as her vengeance on the corporation. I wonder if she was being honest. Guess I need to be looking a lot harder than I already am just in case. This woman rarely makes idle threats."
But Burger King does not seam to care if they make it so hard to ask them about this.

Money
i was in the drive thur this evening and ordered a whopper jr., bk single stacker and a original chicken sandwich. it came to about 7 dollars and some odd change. i drove to the window gave her a $20 and she gave me 2 dollars and some odd cents back. i told the person at the window and told them i gave a $20 but got change for a $10. they told me to pull forward and they would count the drawer. after a while she came back out and said they counted the drawer and it showed they were only over .3 not 20.00. i had three twenties in my wallet and they did not invite me to go over the count with them or stand there while they counted it. why was that? so i paid 17.00 dollars for my dinner tonight instead of 7.

nast food
the 2 sorry burgers i got were just nasty and didn't even have the charbroil cast on top of that 10 mins later when we arrived back home started to eat the 2bkstakers with no cheese I find the attendant lied after I ask him do the burgers come with lettuce tomatoes and pickles he said yes and on top of that no napkins!

On 4/17/11 I stopped at the Portland Burger King. I ordered a soda, fries, fish sandwich and chicken nuggets, received the order and decided to eat it in my truck. When I opened the nuggets I found one had the end bitten off with obvious teeth marks on it. Setting it aside I then went to eat the fish sandwich and found a corner of that bitten off. In I went to the manager who was upset, refunded my money and personally made me a new meal. As there was only a couple of people working there, I'm sure he knew who did it. Apoligized and said he was just filling in as this wasn't his normal store. Next day I was sick..to boot!

Overcharge
I was over charged by approx. $17.00 on my ATM card at this Burger King. When I called to talk about the charge, the person had me repeat myself many times. Then, she started asking me all sorts of questions. I asked her if I can dispute this with my bank, she said no you cannot do that as the money is already in with them. She then went on to say I will have to call back later when the guy who sold me the food is there. I asked her if there was a Manager I could talk to and she said she is in-charge at the moment. I asked her if there was someone else I can speak to as she was being very rude, SHE SIMPLY HUNG UP!! WAY TO BK!! You just lost a customer..

Dirty Men
After a brilliant weeks holiday in Egypt, My wife and I decided to eat at Burger king airport, whilst waiting for our return flight. My wife and I were waiting to be served and a Man from behind the counter, constantly clucked and wolf whistled towards my wife while calling out "sexy woman" and "my woman", the man's name on his tag was Ahmad. My wife and I were appaled by this and my wife was made to feel like a piece of meat.
Please can you advise me on any thing I can do.

missing order
I ordered a large french fry 2 single stackers 1 double cheese buger and 2 jalapeno cheddar burgers and only ended up with one of everything and when i went back the lady told the manager she gave me everything so i ended up arguing with the server and the manager this is not the way burger king is supposed to be ran...

Horrible & Rude Service
On Sunday, 3/27/11, I went to the Burger King in Kilgore, TX to get their Italian Chicken Sandwich and was told that they do not have that on the menu even though there are commercials and coupons out for it. I asked to speak to the manager and she just looked up and ignored me. So, I decided that the store did not need my business. On Tuesday, 3/29/11, I was in Longview, TX and decided to go to Burger King and see if they had the Italian Chicken Sandwich. I placed my order of 2 IC Sandwiches, 2 BK Single Stackers, and 2 Large Onion Rings to go. The total came to $14.75 and I paid with my debit card. I get home and am missing the 2 BK Stackers, so I call the store to see what I need to do to either get my food or get my money back. The first person to answer the phone told me he made them and he would let me talk to the manager. The manager told me that they were super busy when I was there and that is why some of the food was missing. I told him when I arrived there was only 1 car in the parking lot and they were leaving and there were no cars in the drive thru. He told me I could come back and get the burgers or my money. So off I go back to the store. Then I decided to call and see if I could come and pick up the money in the next couple of days when I would be close by. The same guy that answered the phone the first time I called, answered and I asked to speak to the manager. He yelled for the manager and told the manager twice "It is that lady again, you just need to cuss her out." When the manager got on the phone, I asked if I heard this young man correctly and he said "No, he said it sounded like you were going to cuss me out." I then informed him that I was on my way and he needed to have my money ready when I got there and that I would be calling the corporate office in Florida the next morning . He said because I used my debit card, he would need the card to refund the money on. I said fine, I have the card with me. When I arrived at the location, I went in and he had already refunded all my money to my card and had sent the young man home that answered the phone. This tells me that even after they have your card back, they still have access to it to charge you more, and if he could have refunded it to my card without me there, why did he make me drive back?

Idiotic Policy
Received coupons in the mail today. Ordered items featured in the coupons at drive through. Drive through person told me that I could only use one coupon per visit. Cancelled order. Went to Der Wienerschnitzel. Ordered items featured in the coupons. Order was completed in a timely manner, attendant was friendly, courteous, multiple coupons were accepted and Der Wienerschnitzel received my money. "Have it your way" Burger King, you will never receive another cent from me. BTW: your competitors, Arbys, Carls Jr., Jack in the Box, Der Wienerschnitzel, etc. all accept multiple coupons. BK needs to get back to the basics...listen to your own slogan. I'm tired of the hassle.
