overall bad experience here
Drive thru horrible - can't understand a word the drive thru worker is saying both because the speaker is aweful and the person's English is aweful. There's no screen to ensure that order is correct. It's a total crapshoot as to whether or not you'll get a correct order. Most of the time you don't get what you ordered - but you still are charged for it. And Burger King corporation has no place on their corporate website for complaints or suggestions. I'm not paying more to call and complain than I would for the fries or burger I (or worse, my kids) didn't get. No wonder there's hardly anyone at this Burger King. I won't be going back.

Awful place
On Saturday May 23, 2009 at 9:30am my family and I stopped at Burger King in Charlottesville Va to make a quick rest stop before preceding to go to my nephews graduation from the military school. I went into the stall to urinate, once i sat down I noticed there was brown matter on my foot. At first I miss took it to be mud until i left the stall and one of my family members pointed out the matter was also on my ankle, leg and the side of my dress shorts. It was then I realized the brown matter was in fact feces. I told the manager about the situation and the feces all over the base of the toilet. It took her 30 minutes to come in to clean it up, she was rude when I asked for her name so I could report this. I was very irate, I had fecal matter on my clothes, humilated because I had to remove my shorts and stand in the bathroom in my panties to wash the stain out and became late for the graduation. I feel like something needs to be done about this. email me back. I am in the process of taking corrective action.

Lawn Sprinklewrs
I ride a handicaped scooter and parked on the North side. While inside the lawn sprinklersw came on drenching the controls. Assistance had to be called to haul the scooter home because it soaked the controls. The extent of the dammage is yet unknown. It is absurd that the lawn be watered at high noon. (574) 773 2925

Seven Incher ad
The ad for the Seven Incher showing a woman about to fellate the burger is just plain insulting. Having the word "Blow" adds to the offense. I will not support a company that thinks it's good marketing to sell sandwiches while degrading women.

The food
Is there any wonder that there are no lines at Burger King? They serve the worst fries and burgers I've ever tasted. Perhaps they should raise prices, cut the obnoxious advertising budget and start making food that tastes good.

Anyone ever gone to White Castle, or In n Out on the West Coast? they don't need to advertise; they just make great tasting food.

Horrible Service
I don't mean to be rude to every person who works in fast food as a matter of fact I have worked for St.Louis Bread Company or Panera Bread before. But it's like most of these people are incompetent. I went to Burger King in Overland, MO (suburb of St. Louis) and ordered french toast my order came to 1.07 I gave her 1.12 okay people we all know I was to get back a NICKLE! She gives me 14 cents back! LOL Oh My Goodness this is sad. Not to mention she never said good morning have a nice day Nothing! How sad. She was so into her conversation with her co worker tacky I might add to do in front of customers. If I worked for Burger king Corporation I would have to fire her due to her representing Burger King in a bad light. She actually is the reason I don't want to give them my money again. If these companies paid these kind of workers better I feel their attitude might be a little different, but who knows because some people just would find something else to have an attitude about.
More money should go into training these people however if a person is ignorant no training class can fix that. I just wish people took more pride in what they do because no matter your position or title in a job YOU should still have character and that would shine through in whatever job you have. There are assholes at the top of the pole and bottom. This is funny all this came out of my taste for french toast serves me right I'm supposed to be dieting!!!

I was getting lunch yesterday when I noticed one upfront employee being rude to the cashier. She then called to the back, "Hey, don't burn anybody back there!" I thought that was odd, so I looked in the back and saw that the cook had a severe burn injury. I was so shocked I couldn't say anything. I've had other problems at that Burger King, but now I know I will never go back there.

store
We--me, my friend, and grandson had lunch at the Burger King in Marseilles, IL, today. It left a lot to be desired--cleanliness being at the T-O-P of the list. The sandwiches had by the adults were next.

I had the original chicken sandwich value meal. My friend had the fish value meal, and the grandson had the 6 piece chicken nugget value meal. My sandwich and my friend's sandwich looked as if they had been sat on. I should have taken them back T-H-E-N.

The number of the store is #10812. It is located at 295 Main Street, Marseilles, IL.

The manager, 0055, and the 'employees' seemed to care less about the appearance of the store and the quality of the food. I think we, the consumers, should get quality food in a clean 'fast food' restaurant. Needless to say, I will tell the grandson that Burger King is NOT the place to go the next time he wants to go there for lunch.

rude service/over charged
I went inside place an order to go.The lady up front took my order
when she told me the total, I ask was she sure she had my order right, and she rolled her eyes at me took a deep breath and said yes real rude.I should have left then but I did not.I paid my total and she handed me alot of cups .I said mam what are the cups for ans she said they go with the combos.I told her i did not order any combos, and she very rude.She said OH YES YOU DID, of course i said i did not, she looks at me throws her arms up and said then what do you want.Still in a very rude tone, at that time i said i did not want anything accept a refund, Amanager was in the lobby on a cell phone and would not help me, he walked outside and started smoking, another manager came from drive thru and helped me.She was the only person at the restaurant who had a personality, but it did not stop at that point the employee told her i had not paid her and i did so i showed her my receipt, she had no way of knowing other than counting the drawer, and thats what she did and sure enough the register was over 25.84 wow that was the amount i spent.The goofy mgr outside never tried to help what a joke i will never ever go to burger king again, and this was adults not teenagers maybe the adults should leave fast food to the younger generation.

disrepect/no service
on june 21, 2009 while trying to order food at thye drive thru window I was made to wait while the manager was in an arguement with someone at the counter. I tried twice to order and was told to wait. I drove up to the window and asked to talk to the manager. The women said she was the manager and I stated my complaint. I was told to go to McDonalds. I went inside to ask for corperates phone number and her name. She removed her name tag and would not give me the number. This same woman was not only disrespectful but very unprofessional. I plan on doing whatever I can to make this situation known to corperate. This person needs to be terminated and/or replaced.
