A Burger King cashier told me that the price on a 6pk Burger King slots was $2.84. After paying her I looked at the receipt, it was $3.99 + 7% tax. I asked her but she said, oh, that's the price! Yeah what a price on 6 mini burgers that don't even tase like their ordinary burger. Were flat, no condiments, & the ground beef was very thin, almost a piece of cardboard. Even the other kind of burgers, the meat patties were also thin, cutting down, & the lettuce & other condiments are cut down too; but the price is still the same!

I have to say that the one thing good about this place is their fries!!! However every time I go to the site in Auburn, New York I have to pull around front and wait!! Sometimes I'm waiting for 10 minutes!!! I can be in a line and only have a small $ 6.00 purchase or larger when people behind me and in front of me are serviced and leave right from the line. The last 15 times I've been to this place and mind you all at different times of the day and night I have to wait!!! I last stoppped at this place at 9pm Thursday March 19, 2009 and ordered three Jr. Whoppers and large fries and had to wait!! I mainly wait and have the patience with these people but I've had it and when I got out of a funeral after 5 hours the last thing I wanted to do is wait! Michelle is the night manager and has no excuse for this! I'd like something done about this!! To top that all off they didn't have any buns for my burgers and had to saw in half their club buns and that's what I paid for?! You got to be kidding me! Where is the customer service now a days? Do I not count as a customer or what? Is my money not the same as everyone elses? You can't get anything done about this even when you demand to talk to a manager! You get the most unapologetic apology with a smirk on their face!! I'm so disappointed with Burger King there are not words for my feelings of disgust!!! Who can I speak with about this and how can I get it fixed so noone else has to have this experience with them? Sincerely upset and disgusted resident

I went through the drive through with a friend and we ordered enough food for the two of us, and two drinks. Got to the window, paid, and got our drinks. The girl started to hand us a bag, and Manager Randy (and obviously the QUEEN of Burger King, I must add), starts telling her that she had the wrong order and didn't know what she was doing, and she was just wasting his time. She came back to us and even had to ask if we had paid or not, she was so stressed by the Burger Queen.

So the girl looked in the first bag and established that it was our bag, after all. Did Burger Queen settle down and apologize? No. So she handed the bag she was trying to hand out in the first place to us. Then she handed us a second bag. Burger Queen was confused since there were two bags, and decided to tell the girl what a waste of time she was to him. I glanced in the bags, and they looked like what we were supposed to have. We were so embarrassed for the girl that we just drove away. Then I started looking for the napkins. Randy the Burger Queen had freaked her out so bad she couldn't even remember to load a bag with some napkins.

Thanks, Randy, for another great experience. Good luck on teaching that group of trailer park boys (we all know why you keep hiring them) to count to six, nine, and 12 when filling the cheesy tot orders. Those are all even numbers, so why do I keep getting odd numbers of tots when I orders?

I WAS COMING HOME FROM WORK TODAY AND THOUGHT ID STOP BY BURGERKING WITH MY FIANCE SINCE I WAS STARVING AND I GOT OFF TO MAKE SURE THEIR LOBBY WAS OPEN WELL WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR I ASKED "THE MANAGER" YANIXANIA WHAT TIME THEY CLOSED SHE TURNED AROUND WHILE SHE WAS SWEEPING AND SAID WHAT! LIKE IT BUGGED HER SO I THOUGHT OK WHATEVER ILL GET DRIVE THRU TAKE IT HOME BUT WHEN I GET HOME I OPEN UP MY WHOPPER AND IT WAS THE WORST WHOPPER IVE EVER HAD COLD AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS SITTING THERE FOR AWHILE SHE TOTALLY FORGOT MY FRIES AND 4 PIECE NUGGETS SO THE ONLY THING THAT I WAS ABLE TO EAT WAS THE TACOS I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND SHE SAID APPARENTLY SHE DIDNT HAVE A NAME SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND THEN KEPT RAMBLING ON ABOUT ME NEVER GOING THERE TO PLACE AN ORDER AND KEPT TELLING ME I COULD GO IN THE MORNING SHE DIDNT EVEN MAKE SENSE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAD!!!
