my partner and i took our seven month old son out for a stroll around town on sunday, being a sunday shops shut early, so there wasnt many places open we could go to to warm the babys bottle and food.burger king in queens street was open so both my partner and i went inside and placed our order, in the middle of eating our food i had asked my partner to go to the counter and ask for some hot water to warm the babys food, h returned with nothing, saying that they are not allowed to hand out hot water for safety reasons, this i understood so i didnt think too much of it, anyway the baby still needed to be fed so i then took his bottle up to the counter to ask if they could warm it for me rather than them have to hand me the water, one girl went to do this for me when another member of staff told her ''come here, and pointed to a sign above there counter (wich i couldnt see)and then she came back to me handed me the bottle back as she said ''sorry its againts our policy'' we cant warm the babys food...i was not happy at my son was crying through hunger all i had to give my son COLD food...what happend to there logo on there shops ''HAVE IT YOUR WAY?'' they done nothing to help and all i wanted was a bottle warmed, you would think i was asking for the world...they took our money for food ok though didnt they...to add insult to injury then i took my son upstairs to change his nappy, the baby unit there was impossible it was put into a corner where the toilet cubical was it was the type where you had to pull it down before you could lay the baby onto it, but there was a wall one side of it and a toilet the other so there was very little space there to be able to change the baby there...i could not wait to leave the shop, i was so annoyed and dissapointed at there attitude..yet when i have been to other burger king's the staff there has warmed a bottle for me with no fuss but the one in queen street in cardiff however it was like asking to get blood out of a stone...needless to say i will not be buying from them again and neither will my partner so they have lost yet more customers with there stupid ruels and bad manners!!

You have thieves working in your restaurant. I was short changed by a black lady. I bet she kept the change for herself or would have if I had not asked for my change back. She also had the nerve to lie to me and say it was a mistake. I bought something the total came to $6.35. I paid with a $7 bill. I should have gotton 65 cents back but only got a dime and two nickels. I asked for the rest of my change. Now let me tell you I am a registered nurse. I make 90k a year. However your employee had no right to steal from me. She apologized and gave me the five cents. I know five cents is not a lot. But for someone who makes minimum wage very penny counts. This woman also tricked my daughter. My daughter thought that she had made a mistake. I informed my daughter that blacks like to steal for a living and are too lazy to earn money on their own. My daughter kept arguing with me saying she has a job at Burger King. I informed her that she was only hired because she is black and because Burger King does not want to look racist. I had to punish my daughter because of this con artist because my daughter refuses to believe that blacks are thieves. Why just look at shows like cops and America's Most wanted. Most of the thieves, rapists and killers are black. I found out that my daughter is being brainwashed into thinking blacks are equal at school when studies have shown that their brains are smaller than ours. I guess I will be home schooling her next year to put some sense into her.

I feel that this scamming thieving employee should be fired. I admit that if she had been white I would have believed she made a mistake. I am not racist. Blacks just give a bad name to themselves with their high crime rate and cries for racism whenever things don't go their way.

I feel that my intelligence was insulted by this thief thinking she can scam me and should be given a gift card. My daughter should be given one as well because I grounded her and she is suffering by being in her room. (I would have to use her gift card since she is arguing with me) however for the inconvenience that this punishment has caused her she should have some sort of compensation as she was tricked into believing this person's lies.

This has got to be the worst Burger King in the country. The employees act like they hate that you even came there. Then they take forever getting you your food then its cold. The fries are like they redunked them into the grease to warm them up. And if you complain you get no apoligy whatsoever, only more disrespect like its your fault the food is cold and horrible. I give this birger king chance after chance because its only a half mile from my houser, but it is absolutly ridiculous and i am done with them. I searched the internet hoping to find someone to complain to. Apparently they dont even care enough to receive complaints. So I will drive 5 miles to mcdonalds from now on.

The chicken sandwich did not taste right it had a funny after taste.

A Manager was operating the drive through window at 10:11 am when I went to their location where breakfast was supposed to be served untill 10:30 am and the manager told me that "we are out of fucking breakfast, you will have to order something else". I had children in my truck! I think that it is very unprofessional for ANY manager any where to say such things to their customers. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
