Food and Service
Ordered a Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich, get it with meat and charged for it. Just this morning gave them another chance had to throw out the Hash Browns, must have been cooked in the oldest grease. The flavor was horrible. Cannot trust this establishments before and especially now as they (top executives) are not cutting back on their expenses. You have been listening to the news!!!

Love Burger King, Felix at store 4493, needs to be told no bad words to paying guests, Your way is not so at burger kind according to felix. Says no more visits for me? I will be at burger king everyday untill I am satisfied, and Felix is corrected . Is Burger King affraid of a comment page or number to contact ? Not Fair, take care of buisness and email [email protected], please .

Orange juice
Do the so called "Top Men" at Burger King still think it was a good idea to go with the tiny, sqare bottom orange juice boxes instead of a typical round cup with a real volume of juice ? I just spilled mine again for about the 5th time because it won't fit in to the drink holder in my car. Wake up guys and gals --it's time to get real.

Very rude manager
Just received the worst service ever at a retailer/restaurant. Went through BK to pick up my son some lunch and after inspecting the hamburger, realized there was no cheese. I very nicely asked if they could put cheese on it. This girl was noticeably disgusted at my request and grabbed the bag from my hand, slammed the window. I could see her throw the hamburger back there. Then she literally dumped it in the bag!! It looked like a tossed salad with all of the ingedients spread throughout the bag. It was clear that I could not ask her to remake it so I asked for my money back. She slammed the window again, was jamming the register and then threw the money at me dropping half of it on the floor behind the register!! Then she ignored me and the money on the floor. Asked for the manager and it turns out that she IS the manager. How horrible. Her name was Stephanie.

Wrong order again
I have went to the local Burger King in Shawano, WI for quite some time never had complaints before until this last month I have been there atleast 4 times and during 2 times my orders came back wrong! I ordered once 2 whoppers for my husband from drive-thru when I got home and gave him his whoppers he came to me complaining that there was no mayonaisse on either of them, keep in mind i was the only car there at drive thru! Last mistake happens last nite went to drive thru again because my husband and I really really wanted the Angry Whopper again, unfortunately when I got home i found the order wasnt right I had asked for an Angry Whopper meal w/ no jalepenos and just the Angry Whopper sandwich with extra jalepenos! Suffice it to say there was jalepenos on both of the sandwichs and there was no angry sauce on either of them which took away from the sandwich! I live at least 10 minutes away and it was cold outside so there was no way I was gonna run all the way back to return it!! I don't know what is going on with this Burger King but it is unbelievable that now things never seem the same as they did a few months ago when my orders were not wrong I hope something is done about this!!!

health code violation
i went into burger king ordered and paid for my food, as i was waiting for my order i saw that the woman making thr food had no gloves on i went back to the counter and said wait i dont want the food she is making she has no gloves on ..i talked to the manager and she said that is not burger kings police to wear gloves i told her that was a health violation.and to just give me my money back because i dont anything.

very poor service
Went to Burger King in Porterville, Ca.there was three cars in the drive up lane. We waited about twelve minutes for the line to move. The car in front of us moved up in about five minutes. when I pulled up to the ordering board a girl ask if wait for a minute?
it was raining so to order I had to have my window down. about four minutes went by and a guy comes on and said he would be with us in a minute, I told him to yell at me because by now my arm and the door panel inside my car is all wet. so I rooled my window up except for two inches and waited another seven minitues and ask thru the speaker are you going to wait on me or not .
he said go ahead and order. My wife wanted a drink that was caffine free and no one knew what I was talking about and I said I want a soda pop that has no caffine. About that time I think it was the manager got on the speaker and yelled into the speaker we have no drinks caffine free. So now I drive up to the window to get my order a guy takes my money and a couple minutes a girl opens the window and slams my burger at me and said here is your burger so I say how about my drinks she said there coming .
finally he hands me my drinks and slams the window I had to honk my horn to tell him I wanted a receipt he handed it to me and slamed the window again. I have been here before and had the same poor service, but I'm very happy to say it won;t happen again as Im' going to the new Carl's Jr. right across the street from them. I hope that more people like me will wise up and put them out of business. very unhappy used to be customer

waiting ages for meal
I visted Banbury Burger king today. I was absolutely disgusted by the service I received. First of all we saw it was quite busy there was six cars in front of us but four had already been served. We had our weekly food shop and thought it might just be easier to grab and go. But this was not the case We got in to order our meal at 13.40 We were told to wait at 14.10 was when our order was taken. We then got our meal at 14.30. I find it disgusting that we pay for a meal that was nearly cold and the chips did not taste very nice at all. I would have thought that with Mcdonalds customers two minutes down the road and cheaper you would do anything to keep business as you lost alot when that got opened. I worked at Burger King when I was younger I know your policies and I know how high your customer policies and standards are what is expected in staff. Have your pratices changed 45 minutes per customer on drive thru is appalling Fast food it certainly was not

Renaming RipOff
Watch out! I ordered a small fries with my meal and it was about $2.00 added to the bill.
I questioned this and they explained that what used to be the Small Fries is now the Value Fries.
Now the Small Fries is the next bigger size that costs a lot more.
To my mind this is deception because most people don't think and just order a Small Fries and don't really look at the bill.

Cruddy Management
My family went to Burger King for a quick dinner the other night. My husband and I both ordered a value meal (over $6.00 a piece) and we ordered one kids meal for our two small daughters. They never eat their entire meals and I am sick of throwing food away. We ended up spending over $17.00 on this food. I asked the cashier if we could have an extra toy for the kids meal as I have two kids. She said "no". I then asked to speak with the manager. I asked her if we could have an extra kids meal toy. The manager said. "yeah, sure, no problem...what kind of kids meal would you like and then I will give you the toy.". I said I did not want the kids meal, just an extra toy. She said that she "WILL NOT" give one without purchasing another meal. WTF...I just spend over $17.00 on cruddy food. I handed her back the toy from the purchased kids meal and told her to keep it. It is not worth my children fighting over this because Burger King will not allow us to have a toy worth a few cents.
Where is customer service?
I refuse to go back...
