Awful company
I have yet again run into a STOOPID policy, this time at Burger King, where they say no more than one order per car.
I racked my brain to try and think of a logical reason for this, like maybe holding up the line when there are 7 or more cars in line, but this morning at Burger King (3520 Town Center Drive, Littleton, CO 80129, Phone (720) 344-7919. Store Number 12903). However, we were the ONLY car in sight this morning 9:21 am when this snot-ass came on the speaker and was sure to tell us before even taking our order we would NOT be allowed to have more than one order. When asking him why, both at the speaker and later at the window, he said 'Because, I'm the store manager, and that's all you need to know.'
In my opinion, a REAL store manager would be able to justify the policy, quote it or show it in writing and explain WHY it is a policy, instead of just discouraging future business from hungry customers.
In addition, to further punish us for daring to ask if this was possible, he then said when we gave him the credit card that it didn't look valid and demanded to see my driver's license. Incensed I handed it over and then asked why he needed to run my criminal record check just to approve a burger meal. He then voided out the transaction and started yelling at us to get out of his drive through.
How refreshing that a MANAGER screams at, insults, and threatens potential customers and discourages business.
I just wanted to check in with your audience and see what they feel about this policy, which in my opinion shouldn't be enforced unless they really are in a busy high-traffic period, but even then, should be able to be justified and explained by a MANAGER, especially since we have been to many other Burger Kings that DON'T have this 'Policy'.

decline of food
Burger King has been our favorite fast food restaurant for the last few years, however, recently (for about the last 3 month) there has been a marked decline in the food and cleanliness of the the place. The buns are often stale and the fries are served when they are no longer fresh. The fries have always been among our favorites but lately if business is slow the fries are no longer good!
My wife's favorite choice is the grilled chicken combo and it has been consistently over-cooked (burned). If they can consistently burn it, they should be able to adjust the burner until it is just right!
We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years and are very disappointed in the direction it has taken!

Manager Punching Customer
I went through the drive thru at the Burger King Location #1807 948 E. Main Farmington NM 87401 (505) 327-3420 to order breakfest. I looked at the screen and it was incorrect when i brought it to Ty's attention a general manager he said that he was charging me the right price. I gave him my credit card and asked for a reciept, he rudely replied we always give a reciept. I got my order and asked him if he is alway this rude to customers he started fighting with me and exchanged profanity he then attemted to take a swing at me from the drive thru window. This was the worst customer service i have ever recieved never would i had thought i would be physically abused from a place of business.

Customer Service
The employee at Buger King at 6190 Michigan Ave. Ypsilanti, MI. 78197/ Female, caucasian, black hair, 5.5 tall in her 20's. This employee refused to accept a coupon that the company is offering. But, the problem was the way that she talked to me. She raised her voice. She talked in a rude way. I was never been treated this way. Also, she was whispeering with another employee afroamerican male. she kept saying laughing, "Have a good day", several time after I told her that I will send a report to the company. For sure I will go not be back this restaurant. I will talk to my friends and relatives this ugly experience that I had there. No longer a Customer.

Worst service ever
Dear americans at Burger King,
In case you have not noticed yet, Romania is a country in Europe and also a member of the European Union. On what statements are you denigrating a whole nation because you took some old people from the country to do your shitty Whopper Virgins campaign? Your think your peasants know how to eat a hamburger? Think again. Maybe you should search youtube for a video called A WORLD WITHOUT ROMANIA, before trying to impress anyone with your campaign. Also you should document yourselves first before criticizing. You know, we, in Romania, have electricity and internet, and we do look like humans. Glad you decided to open Burger King restaurants in a country where people DO NOT know how to eat a hamburger, as you state. See if you can build a new hamburger for us, one that we know how to eat.

overcharged and food not good...
I am very upset with the way you handle complaints from comsumers...My husband and I ate at the Burger King on Indiana Ave. in Englewood Fl. on Dec. 1, 2008 We thought we would try the Whopper Juniors so we bourght 4 plus 2 small fries (they were not done all the way) and when we paid it was $9.14 (they didn't give us a receipt) I asked them how much small fries were..they said 1.69...TOO mush..We were over charged I have complained to the Miami office, by phone, several times...No results..
P.S. the first time I called Miami, the lady said someone would contact me..the second time I called, they said it would take 4-5 days...Here it is Jan. 15, 2009 and still not one has contacted me..

I visited Burger King on 12/30/08 at 3:18pm while waiting on my vehicle to be repaired across the street. The dining area was filty; sticky floor by the drink machine, tables not cleaned, floor not mopped. Two staff persons sitting in the lobby talking. When I placed my order the cashier cam from behind the counter to get the other employess to prepare my food. The french fries tasted like apples. The whopper had too much ketchup and mayo. It was the worest experience ever. Burger King #01257.

Worst Business Ever
This has to be the worst Burger Place in the country. They should win an award. From rude employees to terrible food, orders wrong, dirty building. How can they let this continue year after year.
I go there, get crap, go back 2 years later, and its the same crap. Unreal, guess they just dont care

Terrible Service and Bad Attitude
Incident: Burger King with terrible service and bad attitude
Location: Westport Avenue, Norwalk Connecticut.
Time: At approximate 12:30pm- 12/24/08
After we had finished our lunch and my 13 years son went to order more take –out with a sales lady with broken english. When the order came and realized wasn’t what he ordered. My wife told the sales lady that wasn’t my son ordered then another lady in red shirt said to my wife, this is what your son ordered and it was my son fault and their fault.
I was waiting outside and saw my son and wife were very upset and after learned what had happened. I went back in and asked why can’t we change the order, the lady in red said it was my son fault. I then asked her politely if we can change the order and told me NO. I said may be there was a mistake when order and would like to make the correct order again. She told me, we never made mistake and will give me the money back. She had even asked me back for the drink that already filled up. I asked if you are the manager which she claimed and confirmed with a Yes. The worst and last words came out of her filthy mouth was, "Have a Merry Christmas" when she was pushing back the refund to me over the counter. I told her I will never come back to this location ever again.
I think her biggest mistake is a mistake for working in BK.

Terrible Service And Management
*First we had to wait a long time in line because the system was down.
*The order was ready before the cashier charged us.
*The order was messed up and some was missing.
*The manager language. She was very rude and used bad words to the cashier in front of the customers.
*The ticket numbers were all doubled and they were giving the wrong orders to the wrong people.
*The tables were dirty.
* They were out of the ketchup containers.
* The manager was on the phone while taking orders.
