misrepresentation
I received a promotional receipt to call in for a survey where upon I would receive a promotional code to enter on the back of receipt. I followed all instructions and when I returned to order a frie and drink to receive a free sandwich the manager informed me that she had to be able to read what I had originally ordered, but the register ink had faded and was not legible. The code and print on back side was fine!! Everyone could see what I qualified for after taking my precious time to call and comply. They need not think I will ever enter their contest again. Also after watching the manager walk away shaking her head because I was dismayed I promise to eat elsewhere as well!!! Guess they don't need my business anymore.

bad customer service
I went though the drive thru at this burger king and ordered a Jr. Whopper. The young lady told me it came up to 2.45. I gave her 2.45 exact. I went to the next window and thought they would give me my change(1.02). No one gave it to me.
I parked my car and went in. I told the manager I did not recieve my money(1.02). They looked at me like I was lying. they finally gave me a dollar and the manager told the young lady not to worry she would just void it out.
I told them I did not mean to cause any problems. One lady said it was okay, but the manager rolled her eyes. Those people made me feel like I was trying to get over on them. When the truth it someone in that place is getting over on customers. Someone is making some extra money. You will not have to worry about me every going back there.

Breakfast food item
I usually don't complain about what I get surved, but this agrivated me. I went through the drive -threw at Burger King in Van Wert, Oh. for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Driving down the road I discovered I had a biscuit with about a half a strip of bacon without the egg and cheese. The biscuit was cooked too long and was hard as a brick and dry. I bought the meal which cost $3. 71. What I got sure wasn't worth what I paid.

bad service and wrong foor
I sent out for a double whopper with no tomatoes and iti was wrong . They give no recept and then when you call they act like you do not know what you are talking about. But whaen a man goes back wth the burger they are ready to be nice and re make it like a woman does not know what she wants to eat.

taking to long
I wanted to order 2 original chicken sandwiches, it took the cashier about 5 mins to come and take my order, there was no one in line, however the drive thru was backed up roughly 6 to 8 cars, she appeared to have an attitude, did not say thank you, nobody in there was moving with any urgency. in the meantime about 6 more people come in, same process, no since of urgency, and to top it all off the gentleman that comes in after me gets his order before I do. This is very very poor customer service, I think that manager should be reprimanded, this was ridiculous

Why does Burger King need to show someone ramming someone with their car while waiting in the fast lane? What does this say about how stupid we have become that this is acceptable. Lets keep it light not criminaly insane

No Burgers No Ketchup No cream
There were no paper towels in the ladies room, Dirty towels on the floor. No Burgers, grill was broken down. No Ketchup in container. No cream for coffee. Coke machine came out syruip only. Not a good experience. Will not return there.

no service
i could not get anyone to take my food order. i`m disabled and in a wheel chair. i could not manuver the maze at the counter. so i went to the area by the soda dispencer. i waited about 15min. the girl at the register saw me but she kept taking people who just came in the door, after me i might add. after she waited on the 8th person without even asking if she could help me, and she definetly saw me. i asked a red head who was working the grill if i could talk to a manager. she told me she was one. i told her about what was happening and all she said was "do you want me to get her to wait on you. i said no, and i also told her you lost a customer.

Employee personal hygiene
I stopped in yesterday at the rest are on my way to work at 8:00am Thursday 6 November 2008.
As I approached the counter, a young man asked for my order while he was picking his nose.
When he gave me my change, he would not look at me and I noticed his fingernails where at least a half inch long and completely filthy dirty, as though he hadn't washed in months. I was completed disgusted. Don't these people take the Florida Foodhandler Class before serving food?
Perhaps this should be looked into.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES
ON 11-02-2008, @ 2AM I WENT TO BURGER KING TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT. I ORDERED A DOUBLE WITH CHEESE, FRIES, AND A DIET COKE FOR MY WIFE, I ALSO ORDERED A TRIPLE WITH CHEESE, FRIES, AND A STRAWBERRY SHAKE FOR MYSELF. I WAS TOLD THAT THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS BROKEN. I INFORMED THE GIRL AT THE DRIVE THRU THAT IM TOLD THAT EVERY TIME I COME THERE, BE IT NOON OR 2AM. SHE PROMPTLY SAID TO ME, AND I QUOTE " I SAID THAT THE MOTHERFUCKER IS BROKEN" I SAID TO HER YOU DONT NEED TO BE RUDE, SHE SAID TO ME THAT SHE IS REFUSING TO TAKE MY ORDER AND THAT ID BETTER GET MY FUCKING ASS OUT OF HERE OR SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE. SO I LEFT AND WENT TO THE BURGER KING AT 119TH AND SOUTH WESTERN. I ORDERED THE SAME THING, I WAS INFORMED BY THE GIRL THERE THAT THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS BROKEN DOWN FOR THE NIGHT. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME . AT LEAST SHE DIDNT YELL OR CUSS ME OUT. THE GIRL ON I-240 AND SOUTH WESTERN NEEDS SOMEONE TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK ABOUT HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. BUT ON THE SAME NOTE THE GIRLS ON 119TH AND SOUTH WESTERN SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL WORK. I WILL NEVER GO TO I-240 AND SOUTH WESTERN AGAIN.
