OVERALL BAD SERVICE
I'VE EATEN AT ALOT OF FAST FOOD RESTURANTS & I MUST SAY THIS BURGER KING IS THE WROST. THE PARKING LOT WAS A MESS. I SHOULD HAVE LET THAT CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT EATING THERE BUT I FIGURED SINCE MY FOOD WAS'NT BEING COOKED IN THE PARKING LOT EVERYTHING WOULD BE OKAY. BOY, WAS I WRONG. TO BE A FAST FOOD RESTURANT I'VE NOTICED THAT BURGER KING IS VERY SLOW, BUT I'M WILLING TO WAIT ON A GOOD ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH FIXED MY WAY. I HAD TO RETURN MY SANDWICH TWICE BEFORE IT WAS DONE RIGHT, WELL AT LEAST I THOUGHT. WHILE WAITING ON MY MEAL ANOTHER CUSTOMER BROUGHT HIS MEAL BACK DEMANDING HIS MONEY BACK. IT WAS HIS THIRD TIME BRINGING HIS MEAL BACK. I GUESS THIS DAY WAS PAYDAY BECAUSE A COUPLE OF OFF THE CLOCK EMPLOYEES WERE THERE & MINGLING WITH THE ON THE CLOCK EMPLOYEES LIKE THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS THERE, SITTING ON THE COUNTERS & RAILS. AFTER FINALLY GETTING MY ORDER I LEFT & DID'NT GET FAR BEFORE HAVING TO BRING MY ORDER BACK. WHENEVER I ORDER A CHICKEN SANDWICH I ASK FOR IT TO BE CUT IN HALF. I'D ONLY EATEN HALF OF A HALF BEFORE I REALIZED SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CHICKEN. IT LOOKED LIKE THE CHICKEN WAS OLD OR OVERCOOKED. IT HAD THE LOOK LIKE IT WAS COOKED FROVEN. I BROUGHT IT BACK WITH THE INTENTIONS OF JUST GETTING MY MONEY BACK, & DID'NT GET IT BACK. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SINCE I EATEN A QUARTER OF THE SANDWICH I WAS'NT ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. INSTEAD OF CLOWNING BEHIND 5 DOLLARS & SOME CHANGE, I'D RATHER MAKE MY COMPLAINT THIS WAY. IF YOU SPEND 15 MINUTES IN A FAST FOOD RESTURANT & WITNESS 3 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH STAFF & MANAGMENT. AND THIS BURGER KING FREQUENT ALOT BECAUSE IT'S WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE OF ONE OF THE BUSIEST HOSPITALS IN THE CITY.

Bad service
While I know it has been happening for years, I just can't understand why a place called Burger King has a specific time of day in which they don't serve hamburgers. When I think of Burger king I don't think of eggs, croissants, and sausage. I don't mind them selling that stuff, but there should be the ability to get a damn hamburger at any point they are open. They don't have to keep the entire menu open, but at least have a hamburger available. Jesus...

Bad customer service
Ive been in food industry and we are practicing good customer service.im not the kind of person that complains but the service is extremely terrible.

everytime we go to this store. i dont think they really practice their restaurant policy and customer service. her name was sam J.

just like what happened tonight, i drove up to the drive-thru, the girl in the intercom, said "whats's your order?". i dont think its the right way of greeting your customer. anyway, i gave her my order. den she asked "that's it?" then i said "yes". then i drove up to the window. then she told me the price and asked her to repeat herself. then she made a comment that im on her time with an attitude.

after we pay, she handed our food. but we need to go back because she forgot to give us our drink. she gave it to us and she didnt say anything. our fries was cold and dry. it is not the first time we expererince this kind of service but we are concern on how they affect other people and we should make a move about it.

Extremely inadequate service
After a long night of being the designated driver out with friends, we decided to visit a Burger King with a sign in front stating "Open 24 hours". After sitting at the menu (for ~ 10 minutes) waiting for someone to take our order, we pulled to the window. After 10 more minutes, (and a couple of honks from the car behind us), a girl rounded the corner looking as if she had just woke up. She opened the window, and I asked for a burger and her response was as if I had just asked her the most absurd question she had ever heard. She mumbled something like "We ain't got none, and we ain't servin breakfast now either". I asked why the sign said 24 hours if there is not any food? Her arrogant response lead me to ask for the manager who she said was busy. I then asked her name and her response was "Wa sho name?". The manager FINALLY came to the window and explained there was no food, and wouldn't be for another 30 minutes. It was then that I noticed the police waitng for me at the end of the drive way. THE MANAGER HAD CALLED THE POLICE! As I pulled toward him, he screamed "PULL OVER, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!" I thought to myself, am I in the twilight zone? I didn't rob Burger King, I just wanted a hamburger!
As I pulled over, I looked behind me and saw 5 police cars with lights on! I heard them say that a Burger King employee had a disturbance call. I spoke with the police who actually AGREED with ME that Burger King closes before their hours say!
This whole situation was uncalled for. If there was no food, THEN TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND TAKE THE 24 HOUR SIGN DOWN! I will never, EVER EVER visit another Burger King. What horrible behavior to show to some customers who just wanted a hamburger.

Poor Service
I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Waited for 2-3 minutes at the counter and decided to sit down and wait. Well, the wait was another 7 minutes. I go impatient, went to the counter and asked for my money back. The cashier asked the manager to give my refund. It took the manager 4-5 minutes to come . Finally she made it to the front, didn't care to know what the problem was, never apologised and almost threw my money to the floor. Burger King can do better!

stealing my money
I bought two meal from burger king in Sulibikhat city in kuwait one of them large size and the other in normal size and one onion rings so the cashier ask me for amount 4.3 KD and gave me an un details receipt when i check the price i told her you charged me alot so she told me i`m going to check and come to your table so she came and gave me 0.3 KD and said yes you are right i`m mistaken ... i asked her to call her boss for me when he came i asked him for a details receipt when he brought the receipt i found disaster she sharged me to large meal and light berry muffins ... the boss said it happened she charged you the muffin by mistake so i told him what about the the other mistakes and why she didn`t give me details receipt from the beginning, , , , , , , , , , , , i ask him for a paper to write my complain he refuse to give i call the customer services they don`t answer

missing items
I know, yeah, I know, check the bag before pulling out. But how many times am I in a hurry and forget to or have a long line behind me or just trust in Burger King to do the right thing. Very small problems in a world full of things preoccupying my thoughts. but is it too much to pay for and recieve a whopper of fish that I or my family was hungry for and waiting at home to bite into that delicious handful of a whopper, only to get home and find it not in the bag? Or the missing onion rings or fries or sauces? Please burger king I get really hungry for that fish sandwich so, give it to me, please don't make me drive 10 miles back to the only BK in my area. so, while I know check the bag, I am too often in a hurry. and after all, is that what a fast food place is for, fast food?

Rude/Extremely bad attitude
My fiancee and I went through the drive through of Burger King #5458 in Plainwell, MI on Oct.24th, 2008 at about 10:30 pm. I told the man working I needed a minute to decided, and then announced I was ready. I waited for 2 minutes, trying the whole time to get his attention. Finally he came back on the speaker and said, "Yeah, I F**KING heard you, I've been waiting this whole time." So I asked to see his manager, and he refused. I will never go here again and will tell everyone I know that people here are rude and have nasty attitudes.
