Quality of food
Whatever happened to the charbroiled flavor of the burgers at Burger King. I worked for the first burger king in Cincinnati, and in those days the whopper was 39 cents and the burger was 19 cents, and the cheeseburger was 24 cents. They all had a delicious and juicy charbroiled flavor and was tasty, the best burger I have ever tasted. I have been an avid fan of the Burger Kings since it came to Cincinnati and enjoyed working for Florence Schuller who was the owner. She prided herself in delivering a quality product and always jokingly called the whopper "super delicious" a meal on a bun. I would love to see Burger King return to the quality and taste it was known for and hope that this is done soon even if I have to pay more for the sandwich. Burger King, take this to heart.

Poor service and food quality

I spent a total of 25 minutes waiting to receive my food at my local burger king last night. After this wait the staff was very rude and did not seem bothered about making other customers wait this long. There was a line around the entire building(drive thru) and not more than two or three patrons in the interior dining area. I was forced to wait all this time and deal with rude employees just to top it all off by receiving cold fries and burgers. The wait would not have been as bad if the food would have been freshly prepared. Also when I mentioned it to the staff they seemed like they could careless. When I tried to contact burger king directly they just give me the local number and ask to call to speak with a manager. I'm done speaking with them and I'm done with their chain all together. I will be going to Wendys or McDonalds from now on as they seem to be more concerned about their customers and their satisfaction.

FRESHNESS
I GO TO BURGER KING TWO OR THREE TIMES A WEEK. EVERTIME I GO SOMETHING IS WRONG
WITH MY FOOD. I HAVE NEVER PUT A COMPLAINT IN BEFORE. TODAY I WAS REALLY UPSET. I USUALLY GET THE ORIGINAL CHICK EN SANDWICH COMBO.
LIKE ALWAYS, THE LETTUCE WAS NOT FRESH, IT WAS WILTED, BROWN, HARD WHITE PART OF THE LETTUCE. IT RUINED MY APPITITE, AGAIN.
THE FRIES WERE COLD, AND I HAD TO ASK FOR KETCHUP.
WHETHER I AM SPENDING A DOLLAR OR TEN, I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY MONEYS WORTH.
IF THIS HAPPENED ONCE IN AWHILE I WOULDN'T CARE, BUT EVER TIME I GO...

Bad service
Since when was it an inconvience to a fast food resturant to fill an order???

Come on Burger King wake up- what happened to being cordial. What happened to customer service.

I am 40 yrs old and have visited the same Burger King since I was little. It is the one on Cortez Road in Bradenton, Florida. I ordered from there tonight thru the drive thru, your representative could not muster more than 1 word replies to my order? and god forbid she say thankyou, please or have any dialog at all. I was the only car in the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window there was only one patron ordering inside. Your rep doubled my order/ okay that was a mistake, but she treated me like it was my fault. When does a # 2 meal with coke mean two orders of a #2. The manager had to refund me but again never saying a word, never saying sorry, thankyou or anything. Once I received the refund and my correct order I advised her "you are welcome" and she looked at me like I was going to kill her?? Whats up with

your employee training? Don't you hire people who are proud of their company and who want it to strive in todays economy so they themselves have a job tomorrow? I work in the customer service field and my personal goal at the end of the day is to make sure my company has the business tomorrow and MY customers are happy to do business with my company again?!What's your goal?

Now I remember why I rarely visit your resturant anymore- never again!

Quality of Staff and Food
The casher had nasty skin rash on her arms and before she put are food on the tray she snezed in to her hand. TASTY.
The staff was talking about other staff very loud and We were 30ft away and could still hear them clearly. The coke machine was messed up and when we open the burgers they wer a mess. Now I understand why the restaurant was empty. Won't be long before they close the doors if they don't fix the very poor staffing problems.
O did I say McD's parking lot was half full and they are next door and yes I eat there also and they provide very good service.
The Staff will kill this restaurant

TV Commercial Ad
It's bad enough you have to hire the SLOWEST and SLOPPIEST clerks in the area, now you are gauging your commercials to homosexuals. I'm referring to the ad where the man is thrown out by his whatever and is serenaded by two homosexuals. Thanks for making my decision easy to go somewhere else.

WHAT A RIP OFF. No way worth the $1.99 I paid.

Refused to serve Breakfast
This morning, Saturday, October 25, 2008, I pulled into the drive-thru prior to 10:30AM and attempted to order breakfast. Instead of taking my order, I was told that breakfast was over (the breakfast menu was still displayed). I asked what time they stopped serving breakfast. 10:30, she said. I said "it's not 10:30 yet", and she said, "yes, but it's gone and you can't order breakfast!" So I said I didn't want anything. By now I'm stuck in the drive-thru. When I got to the "pay window", I told this girl that I wanted to file a complaint, that not only is 10:30 too early to stop serving breakfast, especially on the weekend, but it wasn't yet 10:30, the breakfast menu was still displayed, and it's bad business to refuse to serve a customer because for some reason it's inconvenient to make a breakfast sandwich at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. She was rude and trying to make me feel like I had done something wrong. I used to frequent this same Burger King years ago when it was under different management, and the food got so bad that I refused to spend my money at any Burger King until a short time ago. I decided to give Burger King a second chance, since it is under new management. After today, I won't make that mistake again. I drove 2 miles to Jack-in-the-Box, and even though I could barely understand the lady who took my breakfast order at 10:30, she was polite, didn't whine about having to serve me breakfast, and thanked me for my business. That's how you build and maintain a successful business!

Political views @ BK? we've gone too far
I just wanted to let someone know how disappointed I am to see political campaigning has taken to the signs of my local Burger King in Sioux City on 18th and Hamilton Blvd. I was to driving to work this morning, when I was suprised to see "Vote for McCain and Palin". I understand and except that most branches are locally owned and operated but this is too far. Occasionally this particular branch will have "Happy Birthday...so and so" on their signs to local people the store knows. On the usual drive to work when a "Happy Birthday" sign is on display I always smile @ the thought of some 4 yr old's day being made b/c of his/her name on display for their special day. I just wanted to let you know about this as co-workers of mine had also mentioned this and agreed that this public display of political sponsorship was un-needed, and we're a mixture of both political parties. I personally take my voting rights and responsibility serious and plan to make an informed decision on Nov. 4th. Thank you for your time...all I want is for you to pass this on as a reminder that consumers don't want to know or need to know personal views, we're just looking for great service and good food! Tomorrow I'm thinking of taking a different route to work.

Bad service
My son took us out to Burger King in Caro and we had to wait for almost 35 minutes for them to get the order ready. They said they gave him a extra large order of onion rings for taking so long but when we got back to my son and daughter-in-laws house the "Extra Large" order consisted of 9 onion rings. My onion ring order was a small order and who would have guessed that the Once Great Burger King is so hard up for money that it only puts 5 onion rings in their small orders. The burgers we got were the the new Swiss Mushroom and Beef that look so good in the picture however in reality they look like CRAP! The Burgers were Burned, everything was everywhere and it tasted as bad as it looked. I will NEVER go to burger king again and my son who happens to be a professional truck driver is so angry he is not only NEVER going back but is going to make sure every trucker knows how bad the food and service is at burger king. I took a picture of the NASTY burger and plan to hang it on my wall to remind myself NOT to go to burger king again.
