Bad service
So today I was ordering from Burger King at school, the order total was $5.47 and i gave that cashier $20.17. In return, she gives me a $5 bill back; and then I see her turn to another lady and they both smiled at each other. So I stopped and thought about it, it was NOT the right amount of change (I was still standing at the register at that time).

I said, "I gave you a $20, how come I only got $5 back?" The woman goes, "You gave me $10." I'm like, "NO, I gave you a $20." She went to go get her supervisor who came and also gave me a bad attitude. I don't know what was her problem but I really did not appreciate the service they had there. But I am glad that I got my $14 back even though it was suppose to be $14.70.

*NOTE TO SELF: Never buy food from school again.

Rude Employee and bad food
I visited the Burger King on Mineral Spring Ave on 9/14/08, around 7pm. First of all when I went throught the drive-thru the employee that took my order was EXTREMELY rude. She was trying to rush me to finish ordering, every time I would order one thing she would say it that all??? EVERY TIME!!! In a rude way as well. Then when she did not understand something that I would say, she said you want WHAT???!!! I let her know that I wanted honey mustard with my order and she said just tell me when you get to the window. I got up to the window, paid for my order, she asked if I wanted sauce and I told her honey mustard, ok she says. Guess what? I get home and no honey mustard. Mine and my husband's chicken sandwich was extremely burnt and dry. My daughter's chicken fries were old and dry too and they weren't even the normal size they usually are, they were like half the size, probably all broken pieces. I will NEVER visit this BK again!!!

Bad service
I placed my order at the drive through, and was asked if it was correct. I stated it was. I received the wrong order (a meal instead of just a sandwich) and requested a change in the order when I arrived at the payment window. The attendant stated that I verified my order and I was going to accept what I ordered. It was too late to change it. I then went into the store and requested the manager. The manager heard my dialog and offered a refund of the difference between a meal and the sandwich. I asked why I could not receive the same treatment at the window. She could not offer a reason nor a solution that it would no happen again.

To top it off, when I got back on the road, the sandwich was not fixed the way I asked for it.

As Joe Pesci stated in Lethal Weapon 4, "THEY FUCK YOU AT THE DRIVE THRU".

This attitude is permeating society as a whole. I will not visit a Burger King again, nor any other restaurant that does not have consideration for the customer.

Don't want to work
We had gusting winds here in New Albany, Ind. and left thousand of people without power. We had went most of the day without eating and decided to ride around to find something opened to eat a hot meal. When we found Burger King and Kmart opened with power. I went to go inside Burger King and young man named Tim told me he guess he can let me in . I said well i see the note on the door says temp closed? Why you have power, he said he put the sign up cause he is trying to catch up on the cleaning they needed to do?????????? HELLO, THIS IS YOUR BIG CHANCE TO MAKE MONEY. you have power and people are needing to eat. while i was standing there Tim turned away 27 customers, finally when another customer came to the door i said come on in they have power and hot food... I thought i was going to be throwed out heehee this is just another example of young kids not wanting to work and can't handle extremely rush of customers. What has our businesses hired? Its time the companies pay more and get better employees for their money and be strict like they use to about their business.

Bad service
I just stopped in the drive-through this evening... the girl stationed at the drive-through seemed to be interested in having fun, speaking with sarcastic exuberance and overly-dramatic, loud 'friendliness'. It seemed apparent that she and her friends were having much fun in the kitchen. She was even 'witty' enough to ask me if my order was for dine-in, or to-go. When I informed her it was obviously to-go, she directed me to pull to the "only window".

Upon reaching the window, I was informed that they had to cook my meal fresh, and was directed to pull into the parking lot to wait... so I proceeded to pull into the penalty box.

Two unkempt looking girls came to my car and handed my bag to me, and turned to go back into the restaurant, without saying one word to me. I stopped them, and asked them if I could get my drink, which was not offered at the window. She asked what I ordered, and went back into the restaurant, again, without another word.

Both girls came back out a minute later; one handed me my drink, and walked back into the restaurant... and again, not one word was spoken.

I realize that the labor market for fast food is exceedingly thin, but I have to say, these 2 retards are going to drive this restaurant into closure. I've frequented this restaurant on a steady basis, and I don't recall seeing this particular group of staff before.

I manage quite a few restaurants, so I hope I understand the challenges that owners, franchisees and management have with these dopes. I won't return to this restaurant, but not out of spite, but just to ensure I won't lose my temper with these dorks.

The new Burger King radio commercials are disgusting. Using the slang term of "that time of month" when referring to eating at Burger King is just gross -- I will NEVER eat there again.

horrible burger
Today, Sept. ll, I stopped at your sandy plains store and being in a hurry, went through drive-through. Big mistake! I decided to try the steakhouse burger, angus sounded good. I ordered it without the fried onion, with lettuce, tomato, pickle, fresh onion, mustard, cheese. It was over-cooked, absolutely burned (black) on one side, was tasteless! I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt, it was the worst burger I have ever eaten. And the part that was not burned had NO taste at all! What a disappointment! The sad part is that I rarely eat burgers anyway, and to be in a rush, go through drive-through, only to have that horrible a meal. A wasted $6.14!

Fail to open scheduled time
1700 St. Charles Ave.New Orleans, La. This Burger King is notorious for not opening 6am M-S and 7am
Sun. Since Dec.2006, this King continues its routine of opening late frustrating to the point of great aggravation. Why can't the drive in window be closed and allow all customers to receive service inside.
At 9am the King is still closed at a scheduled 7am opening but the window allows cars. Maybe the King isn't concerned about customers that begin the day early, obviously management at this Kings site isn't. Once inside the service is generally good, just open the doors as scheduled.

Bad Food and Bad Service
I went in to get some dinner and the service person was nasty(bad manners). Then I went to get a lid for my drink and one of the girls said the food she just put down in front of me was not mine. I said fine no hurry. I waited 10 to 15 min then asked where my food was because no one was doing anything back in the kitchen. They said the bag in front of me was mine. I said the other girl said it was not mine. They smiles, shruged there sholders and walked away.
I asked for a hot meal because we always get it cold. We it never fails it was cold. The sandwichs looked like they were sat on, because they were so flat.
There was nothing in the sandwiches except for the meat. They were also playing mexican music and only one person spoke english. The place was really dirty too.
No more Burger King anywere at anytime for any reason. EVER.
Can there be anything done about this? I thought we lived in AMERICA CALIFORNIA? NOT MEXICO CALIFORNIA.
