Went to BK, 1/2 mile from my house, as I do at least 1X a week.They know me now and USUALLY get it how I want. (I worked there years ago) Said they had no onions!! Huh, go to the store and buy them!. I've been in retail 45 years, and if we're out of something, we go to the store ad get it. Had to go to Mc D. and get it for my Grandson. Needless to say, it was horrible!! and he only ate part of it, cause he was hungry!!! ONIONS! Don't know # of store. On Dirksen and Sunrise. DeBary, Fl. 32713. Also, they are very rude!!

AS THE LEADERS OF THE STORES AND PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IN CHARGE OF MONEY, ORDERS AND EMPLOYEES, IT'S PRETTY BAD WHEN YOU CAN GO TO A BURGER KING AND PURCHASE DRUGS. IT'S WORSE WHEN IT'S THE MANAGERS SELLING DRUGS TO THEIR EMPLOYEES AND TO THE PUBLIC. EVERY BK STORE IN OMAHA NEBRASKA HAS AT LEAST ONE MANAGE THAT IS SELLING DRUGS. THESE MANAGERS ALSO ARE SMOKING WITH THEIR EMPLOYEE'S. WE HAVE PEOPLE WAITING ON US THAT ARE HIGHER THAN KITES AND THAT INCLUDES THE MANAGERS. IT'S A SHAME, NO WONDER THEY GET THE ORDERS WRONG, GIVE PEOPLE WRONG CHANGE, AND ARE RUDE TO THE PUBLIC THAT PAY'S THEIR WAGES. IT'S ABOUT TIME THAT THE CORPERATE OFFICE DOES DRUG TESTING ON ALL MANAGER'S WHO THEY HIRE AND HAVE RUNNING THEIR STORES. IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN CHEATED OUT OF YOUR CHANGE, GUESS THEY NEEDED SOME DRUG MONEY. WHEN THE REGISTER'S COME UP SHORT, GUESS THEY NEEDED THAT DRUG MONEY, BUT CORPERATE WON'T DO ANY THING ABOUT IT. MAYBE IF THEY ACTUALLY CARE WHAT GOES ON IN THEIR STORE'S AND WANT TO SAVE WHAT IS LEFT OF THEIR REPUTATION THAN THEY MIGHT, JUST MIGHT ACTUALLY DO DRUG TESTING ON THESE PEOPLE. IT GOES ON IN EVERY FAST FOOD RESTRAUNT IN NEBRASKA. THE ONES WHO BRING THE DRUG'S GET FREE FOOD, WHAT A BARGAIN. DO THEY EVER WONDER WHY THEY ARE LOOSING MONEY, THESE EMPLOYER'S AND EMPLOYEE'S ARE DIPPING INTO THE TILL.

I have been selling my old cars on ebay for a couple of years now until i sold one to one of your employees who's user address is the outlet at butlins in minehead. He has not paid me for the car nor does it look like he will. I am shocked that this employee is allowed to use your premises as a registered user address. I have been told by my legal advisors that if this has been condoned by the management at that branch then i have the option to issue court papers against burger king to recover my losses.

My husband and I visited Burger king tonight which is Sat. night the 23rd of Aug, and was real dissapointed about the service we received while there. First the cashier was having to wait on a manager to come void off an order but we wasn't told anything of why we were having to wait, until I ask what was the holdup on the register. The manager didn't appologize either for the wait we had. After that we had to wait for our order longer cuz the cashier didn't get our order right. He had no personality and politeness of being up front where the main people ( the customers) are noticing his behavior. As far as the food, it was good, but the service was terrible. The guy running the regester was named John.

Really bad service. I ordered to go double whopper sandwich and large fries. I gave my card, they charged it. But there were something wrong the cashier said something i could not understand, i said my order one more time, then she spoke in Spanish with others, then she swiped my card second time. I took my card and burger, drove to home. I got home, checked the bill, but they charged more. Later i checked my account they charged me twice. This is horrible. If you go to burger king and your cashier don't speak that well, just don't order or order something easy. Or they will charge more.
