More bad commercials
I don't even want to watch another Burger King commercial.
The commercials that they have been running have been promoting degrading family values. First from the one of him in the bath tub and the child walking in on him, the one of the son kicking him and now where the man is in a hotel room with a chicken sandwich and cheating on the cow.
This last commercial really puts the icing on the cake for me.
THIS COMMERICAL ACTUALLY TALKS ABOUT CHEATING even if it uses a cow as its focus. These supposed to be funny but I don't see any humor in them. I think who ever is writing these scripts needs to be fired until then I won't eat at burger king again.

customer service
I was at the Mt Hermon rd Burger king. I asked three times for my order to be king sized and must have repeated my order 5 times. When I got to the window they asked what my order was I told them. Number 1 they didnot have it king sized and wanted me to pay the difference when I told them I had asked a few times for it to be king sized. I asked for no iced in my coke. They repeated that but still had ice in my coke. They need people that can get orders right at the window. I also was waiting for about 10 minutes for all of this to transpire. I should have still recieved my order king size. It was not my fault that they get things screwed up. I will not be going back any time soon that is for sure. My friends will be made aware of this episode.

T.V. COMMERCIAL
I AM ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED THAT A LARGE FOOD INDUSTRY WOULD ALLOW SUCH A TV COMMERICAL TO AIR. WHY ARE YOU TEACHING OUR CHILDREN TO DISRESPECT THEIR FATHERS BY KICKING THEM? I CAN'T BEGIN TO FATHOM WHO THOUGHT UP THIS BRILLIANT IDEA. SHAME ON YOU.

Bad service
Waited in drive thru line 5 min before employee greeted me as he asked me

to "hold on" and took another 5 min to take my order. Upon arriving at

window, we waited as the inexperienced employee stood dumbfounded in front of his

screen before opening the window and proceeded to stand there speechless as

he waited for my money even though he had not yet even told me my total.

Another 3-4 min passed as we waited patiently for our food, when the employee

opened the window again only to ask me what I had ordered and then told me my

total with an outstretched hand even though I had already paid him and was

waiting for my change. He asked the manager for change for the register and we

watched as the manager threw coins to him via the floor, laughing while

throwing. The employee then reopened the window, dropped the incorrect change

into my hand, and then we waited a few more minutes before I had my food thrust

into my hand. He blankly stared again as I asked for my drink.(and a straw,

and napkins, and my receipt) Total waiting time 20 minutes. Number of cars

waiting behind us-7. And to top it all off there was a tendercrisp bun on my

whopper.

Personal Violation
Burger King. Home of where my kids like to eat most. I haven't really been impressed with the cleanliness of the Saginaw locations, but we still go on account of my children's taste. But what really took the cake last Tuesday was when one of their employees used my left behind credit card to purchase their dinner. My husband left my card by mistake when I was at work, realizing it a couple hours later. The next day while checking my online account, I noticed the extra transactions. I then called the restraunt and recieved excuses of how they could see my husband making the transaction, but the other two transactions they convienently couldn't see anyone making. She refunded my money and apologized and said they'd look into it. After 11 years in customer service, I know how many of those little mishaps get forgotten about. Wether this incident got handled at a district level or not, one thing is for certain. Burger King is no longer a word in our vocabulary.

Terrible service and food
Me and my husband were on a return journey back to Germany and as always we go to Burger King at the Ferry port whilst waiting to board our Ferry. As always the service was slow, the staff always seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than in the customers, so after waiting 15/20mins to be served i placed my order, 1 Spicy Bean Burger meal and a Dark Burger meal, to be asked if i was a vegetarian, my reply was yes, i was then asked if i as a strict vegetarian, yet again i replied yes, to be informed that the spicy bean burgers were cooked in the same oil as the Chicken products in a very non sympathetic way, and quite rudely.

As far as i am aware being a qualified chef meat and vegetable dishes such as these are not meant to be cooked together, due to false advertising. I am hoping to get a reply from Burger king on this matter as i will persist with my complaint until i do.

TCBY White Chocolate Cone
My sister and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TCBY White Choc waffle cones from Burger King. Until yesterday that is... We pulled in to get our favorite treat at the Burger King in Rapid City South Dakota and what we got was a shock. When the girl handed out our treat we noticed right off they were smaller. (Given the financial state of our country we could understand that) BUT the taste is GONE! The White Chocolate did not taste very good and the waffle cone was ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL! It was soggy tasting and actually had a bit of a bitter taste. Is there any chance we will be able to get back the old TCBY or at least get some flavor back? P L E A S E...

Over Charging - Beware
Unacceptable advertising / Bait and Switch Tactics / Overcharging Customers / Rude Service Personnel

Signs posted all around every Burger King in Columbus, Ohio advertise a choice of apple fries or mac and cheese as substitute side item for BK Kids Meals.

I have carefully examined several of the signs posted, and all say BK Kids Meals now with your choice of sides.. apple fries or mac and cheese...

Nowhere on any of the signs posted is there any disclaimer that there is additional charges, or that the mac and cheese is a "separate" side item, and NOT part of the kids meal.

When ordering chicken kids meals with the mac and cheese as the side, I was charged an extra $1.49 each for the mac and cheese sides. I asked the store manager (East Main St and Briarcliff Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH) about the additional charge, and pointed out the fact that their signs specifically list the mac and cheese as an "optional" side item, and not an "additional entree" as he referred to it. I also pointed out the fact that on his sign there was no disclaimer about the extra charge.

At this point the manager became very rude and hasty with me trying to get me to leave the drive up window. I refused to leave until he went to the drive thru and read the sign for himself.

When he returned, he said, "I'm sorry, the sign is misleading, but there is an extra charge for the mac and cheese, and it's not included in the meal."

I argued my point to have $3 (the cost of two meals w/ the mac and cheese side) deducted from my ticket, he refused and responded with "If I remove the $3, you're not getting the mac and cheese", and then didn't even wait for a response and walked away from the drive up window refusing to give me a receipt that I specifically asked for.

I believe this to be an extremely misleading advertisement, if not a full fledged bait and switch to increase revenues. My total overcharge was only three dollars, but multiply that by the millions of orders per day taken by Burger King as a whole, and that is a sizeable amount.

There is no way to contact Burger King Corporate offices to file a formal complaint that I have found. I would be more than willing to do so if anyone could point me in the proper direction.

Dirty
On Aug. 2nd we traveled from Idaho to Washington to take our 3 grandsons home. We always stop in Ellensburg because it is the half way point. We always eat at Burger King. Well this last time the whole place was a mess. The tables hadn't been cleaned, the floors were a mess and the bathrooms were discusting. The boys were hungry so we went ahead and ate there. That will be the last time. We have always ate there but this was the last time. I know they were busy but there must have a least one person to go around and clean tables, the pop machines and the table with all the napkins and stuff. So anyone going that way think twice before you go there.

Product Quality & Service
(3Aug08 @ 10am) Food was not fit to eat, but at least it was the wrong order.. The breakfast burrito must have been recycled from the waste bin, as nothing looks so terribly unsatisfactory without being tossed, mashed, and thrown about.. At least it wasn't cooked all the way through, as the cheese was not melted.. That's how it didn't bleed through the wrapper..Now, The bacon-egg-cheese biscuit remains an absolute challenge.. They do not serve B-E-C B's after 0930 am (statement gathered from a series of 5 visits), but they are happy to substitute anything laying about to fill the void in the bag without explaining the switch... I must warn others, as i feel there is a significant risk to health and human safety.. I will be calling the California BBB, and Heath Services for an audit as well..
